Clean, private and adequate stay. Facilities provided were good. Kitchen with water dispenser, fridge, toaster, stove was good for self cooking was a add-on. Limited breakfast options but unlimited coffee, tea an water. Owner - Alvin was polite and kind and helped with required information.

Атмосферное, чистое, довольно стильное место прямо у набережной. Отзывчивые, улыбчивые, общительные сотрудники. Номер аккуратный, простой, лаконичный, вода холодная. Москитной сетки не было. Есть завтрак (может отличаться в зависимости класса проживания, хостел или отдельная комната), также есть возможность купить экскурсии к варанам (цена везде в городе в среднем одиноковая), а еще дают книгу с описаниями лучших мест на острове и рекомендациями, как доехать. Ближайший магазин в 6 мин, если подняться от набережной к ”верхней” дороге. Постояльцы часто зависают в ресторане при отеле, меню довольно обширное, в отдельные дни жарят свою фирменную рыбу на углях.

The hotel is spacious for family with kids.

Hugely spacious rooms that were very comfortably appointed. Access is via a steep staircase (and another to the restaurant) and rooms face a busy street, but we didn’t find the noise too bad. The breakfast included is okay.

公共區風景不錯 房間不大，個人覺得以這個價格來説是還不錯 但他們的櫃檯，英文很差，有點難溝通 加床墊 他們加收150k 淋浴冷熱水 算穩定 早餐有魚.蛋.菜，我覺得算不錯吃 個人覺得 沒有網絡評論的這麽差啦 如果要便宜住宿，還是蠻不錯的選擇😁

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

Bathroom offers a small shower basically above the toilet seat, no toilet paper / toilet paper bin. No hot water Very good working aircon 1 bed sheet on top of mattress, no sheets to sleep under even when asked Get what you pay for (200k room) cheapest privacy you’ll find in Labuan Bajo Double bed and non-working tv for those that care for one Beautiful view over the town, just up the road from Seaesta hostel (nicest & most social hostel in town) They offer food (order at reception) which is very cheap

Good service from the hotel. Very comfortable bedroom. A delicious breakfast and it will be delivered to your room. If you want to rent a motorbike, it is also available and only Rp 100k.

The property is beautifully decorated and the private balcony offers a fantastic view and spot to watch sunset. As the name hints the property is located on a hillside which means there are a lot of steps. However it’s worth it for the view! It also means that amenities like water are hard to deliver, and we had to wait for more water to be pumped up- not an issue just something to note. Overall the property has a lovely rustic charm, but I would advise brining water or wine/drinks to enjoy on the balcony (there is a fridge) as the restaurant doesn’t have anything other than beer and it’s a bit of a distance to the shop. The staff were really kind & helpful with all of my questions. I would stay again 😀
