Saya sangat menyukainya, dan berhasrat untuk melanjutkan penginapan kami dari 3 malam kepada 7 malam. Walau bagaimanapun, memalukan mereka tidak dapat memberikan tawaran yang lebih baik daripada tapak web pihak ketiga dan kami memutuskan untuk melompat ke penginapan seterusnya.

Staying at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo was an absolute delight. Despite being a relatively new property, having opened about a year and a half ago, it runs with the precision and grace of a seasoned resort. The warmth and hospitality of the staff were unmatched from the moment I arrived, and I must give a special compliment to the efficient and helpful luggage service. The security team, the front desk personnel, and the F&B team were all incredibly proactive and obliging, making sure I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my stay. Special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful with our queries, reservations and check-out: Denal and Amelia 😊👋 I also want to highly compliment the day tour I took, which covered six different destinations. It was a perfect crash course of the entire national park and was well worth the money. I highly recommend anyone staying here to take up that one-day tour for an unforgettable experience seeing the dragons up close, frolicking on pink sands, snorkeling with turtles and manta rays and basking on a Bank crescent sandbank surrounded by crystal blue waters. While the breakfast variety was impressive and the chefs did a fantastic job keeping dishes stocked, the coffee/tea service was prompt...there is a small room for improvement in plate clearance. Being a bit more attentive to clearing used plates would certainly elevate the dining experience even further. Adding to that, we noticed that salt and pepper cruets weren't always consistently placed on every table, so ensuring those are readily available would be a great way to enhance convenience for guests. Additionally, Katamaran could significantly boost its appeal by offering complimentary access to its aquatic sports amenities, such as paddle boats, water bikes, and kayaking. We realized the free activities were not as popular though. Overall, with stunning views, excellent warm personalized service, I would highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Good - nice beach with decent house reef and interesting marine life - free equipment provided for snorkeling and water sports like kayaking, SUP - gym is small but complete with technogym equipment for both cardio and resistance training eg. Bench with free weights, home gym machine - I stayed in the premium beach bungalow; spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities provided, it’s right in front of the beach but has very good privacy due to it being elevated, and has good view of sunrise - even at night you can do things like spotting marine wildlife along the jetty, star gazing because of its secluded location - good service Bad - breakfast is decent but lunch and dinner options need improvement - food tends to be heavy in flavour and carbs, seems like it’s catered more to local tastes Everything else is perfect apart from the food - you are essentially stuck on the island for the entirety of your stay due to infrequent boat rides (2 free shuttles a day) and tide conditions (no boat rides at night due to low tide), so do bring some food or adjust your expectations before getting to the resort

Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

Really love the aesthetics at Parlezo. The wood carvings, murals and especially the terracotta tiles. It's great that there were many lighting options in the room to create different moods. The sheets were fresh and comfortable, and together with the friendly and courteous staff, it made our stay really enjoyable. P.s. just be prepared to climb stairs to your rooms, as the hotel is built on a slope and there are no lifts, and enjoy the artwork and spaces along the way

Great hotel location with spectacular view of the harbour and boats each morning during the breakfast and stunning sunset views. Really worth it just for the views alone. Room wise is nice but had minor issues like no kettle and non working deposit box. Would have been expected these amenities to be there before checking in. Also the provision of small shower and shampoo bottles makes it not efficient and have to keep requesting for extra bottles. Nothing major but something for the management to take note off. The breakfast had enough variety and some nice local cuisine which is enjoyable. Walkable to harbour and most of the shops at the town center

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip. Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special. I would recommend this place to closest friends and family!

Booked the room with the single bed which was small. The bathroom is also tiny and showering will cause the toilet and sink to become wet. The room was near the road and reception so there was traffic noises and people talking loudly outside early in the morning. The pluses were that there was a water dispenser conveniently outside the room and it is a great location within walking distance of lots of eateries.

Overall, this is a unique and memorable accommodation with a beautiful view, a cozy room, and genuinely friendly staff. One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathroom, which makes for a special experience—showering under the open sky and even catching a glimpse of the stars. The laundry service was also convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay. There are a few practical considerations to keep in mind. The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasn’t an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and don’t mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise.

地方不算偏僻，打車到機場十分鐘車程，到主路上去超市買東西也就兩步路，房間也挺整潔的wifi礦泉水都有，就是趕上地震了，房子質量也挺好沒出問題
