Hotel Komodo dengan Sarapan

Hotel ini bagus, baru diubah suai, dan bilik-biliknya sempurna. Katilnya sangat besar, yang mana sangat indah! Bilik dan bilik mandi luas dan cerah! Kami menghargai gimnasium dan kawasan kolam renang. Kawasan renang di laut dilengkapi dengan baik, dan bagus kerana hotel ini terlibat dalam penternakan karang; ia menarik untuk dilihat. Kakitangannya sopan, kawasannya cantik, dan semuanya hebat. Keburukan bagi kami: 1. Pembayaran hanya melalui kad. Kami membaca tentang ini terlebih dahulu, dan secara keseluruhannya ia bukan masalah besar, tetapi agak pelik bahawa orang ramai tidak mempunyai pilihan cara untuk membayar. (Contohnya, deposit pasti boleh dibuat secara tunai; saya rasa itu tidak akan menjadi masalah besar. Saya rasa kebanyakan orang akan memilih untuk membayar melalui kad, tetapi saya rasa mereka tidak mempunyai pendekatan yang berorientasikan pelanggan.) Selain itu, semua bil mesti dibayar dengan segera (pilihan untuk menetapkan deposit ke bilik dan membayar semasa pembayaran tidak berfungsi di sini). 2. Makanan dan minuman - harga 2-3 kali lebih tinggi daripada purata (tiada masalah di sini, hotelnya bagus, dan perkhidmatannya juga bagus), tetapi tidak sedap ☹️ Kami mencuba beberapa hidangan di pantai dan memesan perkhidmatan bilik untuk makanan dan koktel. Saya akan menilai makanannya 3/5, dan barnya 2/5, walaupun saya fikir mereka perlu diperbaiki. Selain itu, ia adalah tempat yang indah; kami akan kembali lagi dan lagi!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location is unbeatable—super convenient for getting around. But the real highlights were the food and the staff and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Good - nice beach with decent house reef and interesting marine life - free equipment provided for snorkeling and water sports like kayaking, SUP - gym is small but complete with technogym equipment for both cardio and resistance training eg. Bench with free weights, home gym machine - I stayed in the premium beach bungalow; spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities provided, it’s right in front of the beach but has very good privacy due to it being elevated, and has good view of sunrise - even at night you can do things like spotting marine wildlife along the jetty, star gazing because of its secluded location - good service Bad - breakfast is decent but lunch and dinner options need improvement - food tends to be heavy in flavour and carbs, seems like it’s catered more to local tastes Everything else is perfect apart from the food - you are essentially stuck on the island for the entirety of your stay due to infrequent boat rides (2 free shuttles a day) and tide conditions (no boat rides at night due to low tide), so do bring some food or adjust your expectations before getting to the resort

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo, IHG Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip. Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special. I would recommend this place to closest friends and family!

Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

Location is excellent, close to the port and all restaurants and stores. Service was okay, the staff is very kind, but their amenities don't feel connected to the experience of the hotel. The spa has a very limited working time, the spa staff isn't helpful to find solutions, and the restaurant/bar is overpriced and has limited offer. The views from the highest rooms nust be nice though.

What a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us. 

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathroom, which makes for a special experience—showering under the open sky and even catching a glimpse of the stars. The laundry service was also convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay. There are a few practical considerations to keep in mind. The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasn’t an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and don’t mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise.
