Great location and the hotel provided us with the use of their business center, with light snacks and drinks daily. Hotel staffs are friendly and concierge service was superb in advising places to visit. Would love to stay there again if I ever go back to Tel-Aviv. Missing the city already!

I booked 3 rooms the room and the hotel not Cleaning at all and more then that we had in my room few animals running under my bad!!! The pilow was with sma off someone elth When Ever i asked - the team help very nice pepole

Great location at the 'entrance' to Jaffa with views of the sea, broad walk up the coastline with all the modern high rise of Tel Aviv. Old city behind has lots of charm, restaurants etc. One morning we comfortably walked along the seafront right up past the Hilton and back as well as all around the port area / centre of Jaffa. Hotel is beautifully and tastefully restored / built, it is charming and stylish. We felt welcomed on check-in (I think it was Dean) and although arrived early, our room was ready. We had booked a basic room but were very fortunate to get upgraded 2 levels to an Executive Room on the 4th floor (with access to Lounge). We overlooked the roundabout, views of sea and coastline, totally lovely. Room is beautifully designed, very comfortable, good size, fabulous large bathroom with separate rain shower. We were here 2 nights only which included Holocaust Memorial Day so all restaurants/leisure closed from 6pm in the whole of Israel. Luckily hotel catering remains open. One would have thought that as a guest of the hotel, they should make sure that there is space in their restaurant and only keep it for in-house guests. It was not the case. No space in restaurant but managed to eat in the bar which serves a limited 'milk' menu including sushi. It was still pleasant, we ordered a pizza to share which was decent. The lovely Sophie made the experience more pleasant and kindly remembered we wanted some milk to take back to our room for our Nespresso in the morning! A note on the 'Mediterranee', the Lounge incase you need to decide whether to book a room with access. It is only open 12:30-6:30 so great if you usually have lunch and beverages. The food is top notch. A fabulous, delicious and well presented array of mainly mezze dishes including various cold fish, some hot dishes (pasta and vegetables) as well as fruit and some sweet things. Wine, tea/coffee, some spirits but couldn't see any mixes apart from fruit juices. Lovely deck outside to sit and relax. Only negatives - staff can be a bit aloof and not very attentive or proactive, especially up on the pool area for service and cleaning up. - bed linen felt cheap (though towels nice), not high cotton count like one gets at most 5* properties I have been to Tel Aviv a couple of times before for business and stayed in one of the modern luxury high rise. If I came back, this is the only hotel I would stay in.

My stay at this hotel was plagued with issues. When I arrived late at night to find there is no on-site parking, I was directed to park at the hospital across the street. Trying to exit their parking lot I somehow found myself strolling through a hospital unit with my luggage around midnight. Creepy and weird. Eventually made my way to the hotel. Check in was slow and annoying, where you were forced to use some finicky tablet that didn't quite work. Room was fine, shower had good water pressure. A/C didn't work for me first two nights, but was later fixed. This was a big issue for me that cost me a night's sleep. On Thursday there is a nearby night cliub that blasts music till at least 3am, costing me another sleepless night. Breakfast is decent, though not as good as it looks at first sight. Coffee is pretty terrible. Forgot some clothes in my room at check out, called hotel and asked about it, they said they would call back but never did. Only good thing is they let me exit my room a few days early, but even that was after many attempts and them changing their position several times.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. It is right across from the beach, rooms have gorgeous views, and the food is excellent. The staff has been so wonderful, especially Avi the manager. He is so gracious and attentive. During Breakfast and during the day, he came to check in on us and see if he can help us with anything while giving us advice to plan our activities for the day. Dan Panorama - Tel Aviv is so wonderful, and we will definitely come again!

The Dan Hotel in Tel Aviv was decades ago a nice hotel. Since then, it became neglected. The executive suite looks dark, the furniture and carpet would need a complete makeover. The access to and the pool area itself don’t look inviting at all. Those resemble more common areas of a 3 Star hotel. Views towards the ocean are nice, the location is absolutely the best, however the rest not so much. Out of necessity of creating revenue, the hotel works also with large local groups (the cheapos!). Encountering them at breakfast was a nightmare since those low class individuals think that they are at a State fair and they absolutely have no consideration for other guests of the hotel. Every single one of them was loud and obnoxious. No manners. Unfortunately at the current stage I can’t recommend this property, let alone the Dan being considered part of the LHW group.

Spent two wonderful days in Tel Aviv based at the Rothschild 22 Hotel. We had tried it last year for one night when meeting up with family and we were not disappointed on our second visit. Reception staff were kind and efficient, the room was clean , comfortable and had a great view. But the most important was that the breakfast under the Chef/ Dining Manager Amram was nothing less than excellent. For someone who is challenged by multiple food allergies Amram was a pleasure to deal with and he gave us the confidence to eat the breakfast. Amram speaks many languages and he certainly understood the menu under his management and care. Certainly that would be reason alone to return to the Hotel - which is centrally located and suited our multiple ins and outs. One minor point is that the Business Lounge was not allergy friendly - something that should be addressed in the future. This does not affect our overall review as The reception staff, Breakfast staff and room staff all merit a good review
