La camera pur se bella e comoda presenta dei difetti per quanto riguarda il bagno che ha accessori tipo il porta carta igienica che rende quasi impossibile fare pipì in piedi e i sanitari orientati male rendono il bagno scomodo
Poi non c'è il frigo anche se c'è già la predisposizione con il mobiletto che prevederebbe il frigo ...
Anche se in un tre stelle non è obbligatorio facendo pagare cinque euro in più si ammortizzerebbe la spesa in meno di due mesi...
Per il resto ottimo albergo per rapporto qualità prezzo!"

The man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.

VirgieHThe hotel is located at the heart of happenings, restaurants, museums, exhibitions and shopping malls. The building is historical, the interior is with modern minimalist design with a touch of classics, such as its beautiful wooden floor and doors.
The hotel staff is super friendly. From front desk, restaurant & bar and housekeeping, everyone has a warm smile and gives a happy ”Buongiorno” every day and to all guests. The Hotel Indigo is a boutique hotel with a big warm heart !

It was fairly good except the male waiter at the breakfast as I asked him where is the olive oil then he kept saying ” si si on the table” and it was not on the table .. it would be better to be more sincere or at least ask his manager if he's not able to speak English , this made me feel bit irritating as he obviously looks annoyed by answering my question
all the rest was ok , would select this hotel again if I go Torino

Safe and Good location. Just take a short tram ride to beautiful old town.
Room is quite basic and small but functionals. Kettle is provided with some tea sachet. No coffee.
But made up by the owner by offering us an appretif before our dinner.
Buffet breakfast is reasonably price @€9.00.
Refer to photos.
Valet parking only €15/day right in front of the hotel. Very good and reasonable.

Pengguna TetamuHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

aciccuLa camera era molto pulita e ordinata.
Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio.
Presente un televisore a schermo piatto.
Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita.
Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo.
L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
