Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war immer sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind groß und haben große Balkone. Das Bad hatte immer heißes Wasser und wurde täglich geputzt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren nicht sehr freundlich, aber das Personal im Rest

The people who served us all were friendly, the food from the restaurant of the hostel was served quickly and rich.
Only the hotel is on the highway, you have to move in the car or in the Uber if you want to leave the hotel
But everything was very good.

This property is a gem in a wonderful location 1.5 hrs from center of Mexico City. We stayed two nights prior to travelling home and used uber ( a bad experience) and a taxi ( good experience) to take us to and from the hotel. It is a very welcoming hotel with wonderful staff and activities laid on such as yoga ( we did this with an excellent instructor, but didn’t get his name…sorry), cultural walks and bread making etc). The neighbouring town of Tepoztlan was a must see. A vibrant and colorful small city with many artisan shops. We loved the hotel a great place to relax following a busy holiday and just before flying home!

No complaints about this hotel. The checkin was. Super smooth even though I booked it only moments earlier. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location is great. Very close to the main road but far away just enough for it to be quiet and relaxing. The pool was large and very well kept. The rooms were very spacious and clean with excellent service.

The room and pool area offer a beautiful view, which was definitely a highlight. However, the hotel is quite old and basic, and both the room rate and the breakfast felt overpriced for what was offered.
I chose this hotel mainly because I had an event nearby, so it was the most convenient option.

An absolute gem of a hotel with incredible facilities. We came for a wedding at the chapel, but the entire grounds felt like a paradise. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was efficient and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a bit of luxury in Cuernavaca.

It was my first time to stay in this hotel. Although the price felt a bit expensive, it was still worth it. The location was good, the room was relatively large, and the facilities were complete. I booked an extra night.
