Cari Hotel 4-Star di Incheon

This was my first staying here..arrived in the late afternoon via taxi, and the check-in process took a bit of time. Unfortunately, the swimming pools are only open from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM, so I was unable to utilize them. The lobby is situated on the 6th floor, which initially caused some confusion. My primary purpose for staying was for sleep, as I spent most of my time out. Upon returning to my room, I discovered it had not been cleaned, despite having placed the ”please clean up” sign. When I returned at 9:45 PM, someone, presumably a cleaning staff member, had removed my sign and left it back in my room. I was quite disappointed that my room was seemingly intentionally overlooked for cleaning. Following this, I expressed my concerns to the front desk, requesting a different room. After some discussion, I was eventually provided with a new room. Please be advised that the accommodations may appear different from the advertised pictures, though the rooms themselves are decent and clean. There was also a peculiar odor in the lobby area. Plus I made separate reservation for next day, I had to check out by 11 & check in again 3pm...

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, even though the hotel itself was quite nice. Before my arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask if early check-in would be possible since my flight landed in the morning. I also asked Trip.com to contact the hotel on my behalf. Neither the hotel nor Trip.com informed me that there would be an additional charge for early check-in. They only asked what time I expected to arrive. When I arrived at around 10:30 AM, the receptionist showed no expression and immediately told me that if I wanted to check in then, I would have to pay KRW 11,000 per hour. Since I wasn't informed of this policy beforehand, I decided to leave the hotel, have breakfast, and spend some time sightseeing instead. I returned at around 1:00 PM, and the same receptionist was at the front desk. She was even eating at the reception counter in the hotel lobby. Without any greeting or smile, she told me that if I wanted to check in at that time, I would need to pay KRW 22,000. I paid the additional charge because I had no other choice. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was honestly the worst front desk service I have ever experienced. What made it even more disappointing was that the hotel was far from busy—there appeared to be many vacant rooms. The hotel itself is good, but the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff left a very negative impression. I hope the management will provide better customer service training in the future.

A pretty good option for travelers looking for convenience and value. The rates are very reasonable, making it a solid choice for a short stay near the airport. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s just two stops away from Incheon Airport, which makes getting there quick and hassle-free. The hotel is right next to Unseo Station, so transportation couldn’t be easier. The surrounding area is also very convenient. There’s a Lotte Mart directly opposite the hotel, perfect for picking up groceries or last-minute essentials, and an Olive Young downstairs for skincare and toiletries. On top of that, there are plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never have trouble finding something to eat. The only downside was the air conditioning system. The hotel uses a central heating system, so there’s no individual control for the aircon in the room. It did get quite warm at times, and we had to open the window to cool things down. Overall, it’s still a practical and comfortable choice for anyone transiting through Incheon or looking for an affordable, well-located hotel.

The auto check-in was okay. I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in and their proximity to cafes and restos down below. A lot of variety for a small plaza. I was there for nearly a week and it was really convenient to walk to the metro or stroll around and find what I was looking for.

Was tricky to find at first but was brilliant after I was upgraded and then given a view. I had a great time and was able to relax in the spa (which was AMAZING) before my long flight back to the uk. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for solo traveler’s!

Room was big, location was very convenient. The towels, bed sheets, and pillow cases were not very clean. Had some stains on them. Pillow was very hard and flat. So if you’re not used to such pillows you’ll find it difficult to sleep. There was also a small roach crawling on the floor….. I had to close my luggage because I was afraid that bugs wiikd climb into the luggage!

I arrived in South Korea and it was a little difficult to find the lift and entrance. Upon check-in i realize aircon was not working during winter and spring. You have to open the window. Rooms was very comfortable, warm showers. They even have a small kitchenette, fridge and microwave in the rooms. I would say its quite a good stop over location if you are travelling for work. I went Lotte to shop, and bought lots of snacks. There's also Daiso in a small corner. I liked the supermarket very much! Some facial products on level 1. Ask the reception which lift leads to which hotel, as 2 hotel brands share the same reception but the cards service separate hotel lift rooms. Big lobby area, which was good, I re-packed my luggage before leaving for the airport! Overall, I am glad I found this hotel. I had a good rest before continuing my journey back to Singapore!

I had a wonderful stay at The Week & Resort in Incheon. If you’re arriving at Incheon International Airport late at night, I highly recommend staying here instead of making the trip into Seoul. It’s only a short drive from the airport, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge before continuing your travels the next day. The resort is about 15 minutes from the airport and sits near the beautiful beaches of Yeongjongdo, offering a peaceful escape after a long flight. (Tripadvisor) The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. Waking up to the ocean views was an unexpected bonus! The staff was friendly, and the facilities made the stay feel more like a vacation than just an overnight stop. Whether you’re dealing with jet lag, have an early morning flight, or simply don’t want to travel into the city after a long day, The Week & Resort is absolutely worth the stay. It was the perfect way to start my trip, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Clean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.

The place is very suitable for young one-night couples who don't really pay attention to the little things. For families with kids, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. When we chose, we thought there would be a bathtub in every room, but there was no bathtub in any of our group of people's rooms. The reception couldn't give a parking discount. They said there are a lot of different companies out there and they can't help.
