Hotel Incheon dengan Sarapan

The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

Second time staying at this hotel. The F&B section at Restaurant 8 has been consistently amazing thanks to the team especially the dedication by Julie (manager) who exceeds expectations and often goes the extra mile. What did fail this time round was the concierge staff who had booked us to the wrong destination through their local taxi and had also misinformed us that credit card was accepted when in fact the driver requested for cash. It ruined our morning especially when we only had 1 day to explore Seoul. The hotel did reimburse our ride from the erroneous destination to the one we were meant to have been dropped off initially. Overall, I would rate my stay a 3/5 due to the experience with concierge at the hotel.

Overall, it’s a comfortable stay. Clean room, near to the metro station, friendly hotel employees and free amenities and tea at the lobby for you to take what you need. It’s really a good experience if you want to explore out of Seoul. Although it’s near a metro with escalators, it is far if you want to visit Seoul, Myeongdong area as taking metro to these places can take about 1 hour plus. But if you want a non-touristy place, do check out this hotel. In fact, the hotel has lots of local restaurants, cafes and olive young for you to shop and wonder.

good place, down there have one gs25, can walk to nearby bus station to get to unseo or can just 5 min walk to unseo. bad is just if with luggage is hard to drag cuz the lane is not so flat good. oh and they can help keep your parcel. i buy on wvs and they do keep it for me~

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, even though the hotel itself was quite nice. Before my arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask if early check-in would be possible since my flight landed in the morning. I also asked Trip.com to contact the hotel on my behalf. Neither the hotel nor Trip.com informed me that there would be an additional charge for early check-in. They only asked what time I expected to arrive. When I arrived at around 10:30 AM, the receptionist showed no expression and immediately told me that if I wanted to check in then, I would have to pay KRW 11,000 per hour. Since I wasn't informed of this policy beforehand, I decided to leave the hotel, have breakfast, and spend some time sightseeing instead. I returned at around 1:00 PM, and the same receptionist was at the front desk. She was even eating at the reception counter in the hotel lobby. Without any greeting or smile, she told me that if I wanted to check in at that time, I would need to pay KRW 22,000. I paid the additional charge because I had no other choice. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was honestly the worst front desk service I have ever experienced. What made it even more disappointing was that the hotel was far from busy—there appeared to be many vacant rooms. The hotel itself is good, but the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff left a very negative impression. I hope the management will provide better customer service training in the future.

Very comfortable stay during my business trip. The room was clean, quiet, and modern, and the staff were friendly and professional. The location near Central Park was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel for one night before our flight. Overall, it was fine for a short stay before departure, but nothing outstanding. The hotel is located in the airport area, but it is not as close to the terminal as we expected. Getting to the airport still takes some time, around 30 minutes in our case. However, there is a shuttle bus every hour, which is convenient. A very useful thing is that there is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. This was really helpful for a short overnight stay. Our room was in a traditional Korean style, with a low table for eating while sitting on the floor. It was interesting, but probably because of this traditional style, the furniture felt quite old. Some wooden furniture had visible wear, scratches and small chips, and overall it felt like it had been used for many years. The room had everything we needed for one night before a flight, and in general everything was okay. However, we expected a little more from this brand. One small inconvenience was the lighting: at first we could not understand how to turn off all the lights. There was some device in the corner that had to be plugged into a socket, and only after that we managed to turn the lights off. Overall, this hotel is suitable for one night before a flight, especially because of the shuttle bus and the convenience store downstairs. But the room did not feel very fresh, and for a Best Western Premier hotel we expected a bit more.

15mins by Uber from Incheon Airport, great for those catching early flights and avoid long traffic time from the downtown town. Located at a small town with lots of food outlets, Lotte Mart and OY. Great choice for a temporary stay.

호텔 내부가 새것같이 깨끗하고 청결했어요. 매우 흡족. 날이 추웠는데 체온에 맞게 조절되듯 따뜻한 난방 좋았구요. 어메니티 일회용 제품이 준비되지 않는 줄은 알았지만 비누조차 없을 줄은 몰랐다가.. 당황했어요^^; 다음엔 세안에 필요한 제품까지 챙기는 걸로! 아침에 머리 감고 드라이기가 고장인지 작동되지 않아 말리느라 애먹었어요. 이른 시간이라 그런지 전화를 받지 않아.. 꾹 참고 말리고 나왔네요. 그럼에도 재방문 의사 아주 많아요! 이 금액에 이 퀄리티 믿을 수 없어요^^ 쉬느라 호텔 내부사진을 찍지 못했네요. 체크아웃할 때 아차 싶어 복도 찍은 게 다예요. 그만큼 잘 쉬었다 갑니다 :)

The worst mattress ever. Could not sleep. And service terrible. Front desk clerk missing from 8 to 8 nobody unt the evening. During the day rarely somebody there. Room smaller but the worst is the mattress. I could fill every spring. I think that was the box spring not the mattress itself. No shuttle even if they advertised. It doesn’t exist. So the front desk said. Not wanting to stay again here 🥹
