Hotel Seoul dengan Bar

Location is decent but traffic can be quite congested given that it is in city hall area. It’s walking distance to restaurants and tourist attraction. Unfortunately room is relatively old and quite poorly maintained. Its dusty and daily amenities are not properly stocked or replenished. Thankfully I called and staff took action to fix it correctly. However, it would be better if things are good to begin with.

it’s all about the location. the hotel is in the heart of Myeongdong area. if shopping and street food is your reason to visit Seoul, stay here. the staffs are okay, they are polite. the room is clean, modern, and spacious just enough for a convenient stay. almost no view from the window , though - there’s another building blocking the view. i like the coffee and tea corner, and the neat bathroom. though i do think that it is a bit overpriced. overall rating: 8/10.

I travelled for semicon korea trip. It was very convenient as coex is very near to oakwood. 5 minutes walk through B1 floor. On the B1 itself, have a lot of food stalls making it easier for traveler like me during the business trip. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. Appreciate the staff who was so kind and nice as well.

I would like to commend the majority of your staff for their polite and helpful demeanor. However, I had an unfortunate experience with the male staff who handled our check-in. Due to an oversight, we had accidentally booked a twin bedroom instead of a king bedroom. When he asked whether we had reserved a twin bed, we responded that it should have been a king bed, not realizing our mistake. At this point, the staff appeared impatient and spoke to us in a rather abrupt manner, stating, “We don’t have rooms with king’s bed now. That’s why I’m asking you.” While I appreciate his intention to clarify our booking and prevent misunderstandings, I felt that his tone and attitude were unnecessarily stern and made us feel uncomfortable. I hope that in the future, staff interactions can be handled with greater patience and empathy, especially in situations where guests may have made honest mistakes.

Penginapan adalah ok, kecuali baldi ais dan cawan dibiarkan tidak jelas. Lokasinya bagus, disambungkan ke stesen Yongsan melalui laluan pejalan kaki terlindung. Ambil susur keluar 3 menuju ke Seoul Dragon City dan naik lif ke tingkat 1 ke lobi. Kafe dan restoran yang bagus di kawasan Sin Yongsan dengan menaiki bas.. Kembali ke hotel - concierge menandakan beg saya kepada nama lain. Saya terpaksa membuka kunci tablet saya dengan cap jari saya untuk membuktikan ia beg saya.. (salah saya kerana kehilangan tiket dan yay untuk keselamatan). 🤣

The room was impeccably prepared—both beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained throughout my stay. The daily housekeeping service was executed to an exceptional standard, deserving of the highest praise for its consistency and attention to detail. Breakfast was thoughtfully arranged and thoroughly satisfying, with the only minor distraction being a few guests whose table etiquette fell short of the otherwise refined atmosphere. The concierge service exceeded expectations, delivering not only efficiency but also a remarkable level of personalized attention that left a lasting and highly favorable impression.

The hotel is very nice + very newly designed hotel. Pros: -nearby the sinsa station/area (but required around 5-7 minutes walk there) -Big and cozy bed for two people -Toilet with good warm water -Good amenities -Good space for 2 luggages to fit (big ones) -Has a very nice cafe on the rooftop to see seoul city -Able to see seoul towel from our room! What to improve/Take note: -the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in. -No microwave/only fridge available -The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

The room is small and a little boring but you’re paying for the location, and it’s comfortable and clean. There’s a good beer bar, Seoulista, on the ground floor. There’s is an aerial walkway connected, which goes to Seoul Station. You can also use the metro Exit 7 (I think) but it will charge you just for walking through if you are coming from the AirPort Express. The breakfast arrangements are quite eccentric, but I had a good breakfast.

1. Lokasi tidak begitu dekat dengan kereta api bawah tanah seperti yang dijangkakan (ianya berjalan kaki sedikit ＞10 minit jadi sangat tidak disyorkan pada musim sejuk), lebih baik menggunakan bas (5 minit). 2. Kebersihan adalah baik pada mulanya. Tetapi selepas itu, saya fikir wanita pembersih itu menjadi malas dan perkhidmatan harian bertambah buruk dari hari ke hari. (Jadi saya gembira saya hanya menempah 3 malam di sini). Selain itu, cebisan pembungkusan/risalah makanan plastik kecil (maaf tetapi hanya ada gambar kabur di bawah) yang ditinggalkan oleh tetamu sebelumnya di bawah katil tidak dibersihkan dengan teliti jadi kawasan permaidani agak kotor daripada yang anda jangkakan. 3. Bas lapangan terbang juga lebih jauh daripada yang saya jangkakan. Nama perhentian bas menyebut nama hotelnya jadi saya fikir ia betul-betul berada di luar tetapi tidak, ia berada di seberang jalan dan kami terpaksa menyeret bagasi berat kami melintasi lintasan zebra yang panjang (dengan tompok-tompok jalan yang tidak rata)… 4. Mungkin satu perkara yang patut dipuji ialah kakitangan mereka di penerimaan tetamu L1, sangat membantu dan terdapat juga mesin penimbang bagasi (sekiranya anda terlebih beli dan perlu menyemak seperti saya)

room was nice and clean, my kid loves the bath tub. Saw some comments saying the room smells bad but my room does not have that problem. they don’t really clean the room but new towels and bottled water will be provided everyday. they would also help take out the trash.  cleaning staffs were very nice, the female staff in the reception area was nice but the male staff wasn’t, can’t help but wonder if he absolutely hates his job. anyways, would definitely be back!
