Title: Fantastic hotel, but pick your season wisely! Our stay at Mandarin Island Hotel was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we (reluctantly) left. The welcome was incredible—we were greeted with a traditional dance and refreshing drinks, which set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff were consistently polite and provided great service throughout. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect, right on the beautiful white sand beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to start the day. Unfortunately, we were hit with a stretch of horrible weather during our visit, which meant we couldn't enjoy Boracay to its fullest. We actually decided to check out early because of the rain. This is no reflection on the hotel—it was perfect—but a strong tip for future travelers: choose your travel dates carefully. The island is a paradise when the sun is out, but the weather can make or break the trip. We loved the staff , especially at Don Vita restaurant for both breakfast and dinner .Alwaya friendly and polite . The in house entertainment was fantastic especially in the stormy weather when we couldn’t go out in the evening . We also hired the in service hotel transportation to transfer from airport to the island —— it was incredible, efficient smooth I’d give it five stars , on the morning we were leaving quite early they even packed us a breakfast to go !!! I would definitely return!

We stayed at Crimson Resort in Boracay for 3 nights and had a mostly wonderful experience. We were in a room with a private plunge pool, which turned out to be a lifesaver. The afternoons in Boracay were extremely hot and sunny, and being able to cool off in our own plunge pool was fantastic and made the stay much more comfortable. The resort itself is lovely, with a relaxed yet upscale island vibe. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and attentive. The breakfast spread was impressive — wide variety of dishes from different cuisines, always fresh and well-prepared. We also really enjoyed the overall atmosphere around the beach and swimming pool area during the day. It had the perfect sunny, peaceful Boracay feel. Unfortunately, the evenings were disrupted on two out of our three nights due to wedding events on the beach. One of the weddings took up almost half the beach with decorations and ran until late at night. The extremely loud music combined with constant anchoring announcements made it very difficult to relax. It was quite a nuisance and significantly affected our evening experience. Because of this, we deducted one star from what would have been a higher rating. Would we return? Yes, we would consider coming back — especially for the beautiful resort, excellent staff, great food, and the lovely plunge pool room — but we’d prefer to avoid peak wedding season or ask the resort in advance about any scheduled events. Overall, Crimson Resort is a solid, beautiful choice in Boracay, just be mindful of potential beach events if you’re looking for quiet evenings.

We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Our recent stay at the Hue Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! 🏨 We truly enjoyed every moment, and it left a lasting impression on us. The first thing that struck us was the genuinely warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff. 🥰 Each member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping crew, was incredibly friendly and attentive. They always greeted us with a genuine smile and were eager to assist with any query or request, making us feel right at home. It truly enhanced the overall ambiance of our visit. 💖 Beyond the exceptional service, the amenities offered by the Hue Hotel were simply fantastic. 🌟 We took full advantage of the facilities, which were all meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. Whether it was the inviting pool area 🏊♀️ or the well-equipped fitness center 🏋️♀️, everything exceeded our expectations and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. The room we stayed in was a pristine sanctuary. ✨ It was spotlessly clean, with every surface gleaming and not a speck of dust in sight. The quality of the food was consistently excellent, and it was a pleasure to anticipate what new treats the next morning would bring. 🥞🍓 All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful and memorable time staying at the Hue Hotel. 🎉 The combination of outstanding staff, superb amenities, impeccably clean rooms, and a delicious, diverse breakfast made for an unforgettable getaway. We were so thoroughly impressed and pleased with every aspect of our visit that we are already making plans to go back and book again in the near future! 🤩 It’s rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes so perfectly, and the Hue Hotel certainly did. Nice hotel, food was just barely ok, room service was basically non existent, had to phone multiple times to get through. Good location near the beach, friendly staff.

Before our trip, we honestly thought Boracay might be a bit overrated because of all the mixed reviews and comments we had read. However, our stay at Belmont Hotel Boracay completely changed that perception. One of the things we appreciated most was having the best of both worlds. Whenever we wanted to experience the lively and crowded side of Boracay, we could easily head out and enjoy it. But after a long day at the beach and the busy tourist spots, it was always a relief to come back to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Waking up every morning to a quiet and serene environment made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel gave us the option to choose between the vibrant energy of Boracay and a more exclusive, tranquil retreat whenever we wanted to unwind. Because of that balance, we genuinely enjoyed every day of our Boracay vacation. What we initially thought might be an overrated destination turned into a trip filled with wonderful memories, comfort, and relaxation. This is a trip we will always treasure—truly one for the books. The property was nice and well maintained. The staff were great. The location was hard to get to and the hotel had poor shuttle service and it didn't even go to the port. Service only ran on a schedule a few times a day and has very limited seating so bottom line it was of no good to us. It seems due to their remote location they would make shuttle service a priority but I think they want to keep you on the property to patronize their restaurants. It was beautiful property but the restaurants weren't that great and we got board after the first day. I think in the future we will look for something closer to all the activities.

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.

My friends had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay at Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort. They loved the beachfront location, the relaxing pool, and the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. The rooftop pool was an added bonus, offering a great place to unwind and enjoy the views. They also shared that the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout their stay. Overall, they had a great experience and would gladly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Boracay.
