GGuest UserOur beach vacation this time was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the ocean. Just opening the balcony door reveals an endless sea view, and waking up to the sound of waves in the morning was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's overall environment was spotless, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped, creating a relaxing resort atmosphere throughout. The pool area is very thoughtfully designed, featuring both an infinity pool and a children's pool, catering to all guests. Enjoying the sunset by the pool in the evening was particularly romantic.
Our room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a very quiet and peaceful stay. I especially loved the bathroom design, which is both modern and functional, allowing you to soak in the tub while enjoying the sea view.
For dining, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering fresh fruit, freshly prepared hot dishes, and local specialties, catering to all tastes. The hotel's seafood restaurant is highly recommended; the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the dishes were delicious.
The staff were friendly and incredibly responsive to our needs, making us feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out.
Overall, this is a perfect seaside hotel for a relaxing getaway, ideal for both couples and families looking to create beautiful memories. We would definitely return again!

GGuest UserI had a great time staying at Henann Palm Resort in Boracay. The resort is very nice and well-located, just a few steps from the beach. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Sshyshy13They were nice, respectful, and helpful while we were still checked in but once we checked out, that hospitality completely disappeared. We got stranded in Boracay and had to check out right in the middle of a typhoon. Unfortunately, the staff refused to even lend my boyfriend an umbrella for a few minutes so we could safely get to our transport. To make things worse, I wasn’t feeling well and had started to develop a fever.
Let’s be honest, Hennan is not a budget hotel. You expect a certain level of service and compassion, even after you checked out especially in extreme weather conditions.
It was disappointing and frustrating to feel like the care and courtesy we received only applied while we were still paying guests. After checkout, it felt like we didn’t matter at all.
For the price you pay, I expected better treatment at the very least, a bit of kindness and understanding during such a difficult situation. Sadly, this experience left me feeling robbed and deeply disappointed.

My 1 yr old enjoyed the amenities as there are a lot options to play with
The complimentary access to Brighbuds Play Club is a nice gesture.
They have a beautiful swimming pool

Housekeeping is quick to attend to our needs
Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

Coast Boracay exceeded all expectations! Perfect beachfront location, beautiful modern rooms, and a relaxing pool area. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. LLira’scapeThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

The location is excellent—secluded and peaceful, offering a sense of privacy that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were well-maintained and enjoyable, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the standout features was the complimentary shuttle service, which made it easy to explore the area and return to the hotel hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and tranquility in Boracay.

KKendeeJNI stayed there for 5 nights, it was amazing. Although my partner said the mattress was quite hard. Service was helpful they assisted right away when we needed one.
Location was kinda far from the downtown (D'mall) and we had to take the hotel's car to be at the front gate otherwise we had to walk, and who knew how many minutes it'd take since that was a pretty distance from lobby and main road. Then we took the TukTuk (not sure what they called in there 😳) and it was always 150 Peso no matters which station you're going to.

YYson VlogThey upgraded us to a villa room near the pool area, as Im with my Senior parents,
The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor,
Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing.
The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken.
The room a but old but acceptable.
Overall is ok.
