MMaskahThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

YYaLenkaWe decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel.
We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Boracay and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone – but especially to kite surfers!
The location is simply unbeatable. The hotel is situated right on Bulabog Beach, which is the main kitesurfing spot on the island. Being able to walk out of the hotel and straight onto the beach, with all the kites in the sky and the wind conditions perfect for riding, was a dream come true. If you’re into kitesurfing, you really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely taken care of. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference.
The room was spotless – super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was clear that the hotel takes cleanliness seriously, which I really appreciated. After a long day on the water, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
And I can’t forget about the breakfasts – they were absolutely delicious! Fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day before heading out to the beach again.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfect location, fantastic staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great food. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay – especially kite surfing enthusiasts!

Their bar area is placed nicely just in front of the beach. This helps us chill and relax while we take our drinks and meals.

RR IIIWe had a pleasant experience staying at Lime Hotel. It’s conveniently located along the road where you can ride e-trikes and mini buses easily to save time instead of walking. Our room has everything we need as well. The only downside for us are the stairs but it’s not that big deal I think.
We are also commending every staff as they are all helpful and they always greets us whenever they see us.
Overall, we had a great stay at this budget hotel in Boracay Island! 😊

AAthi MalothanaI had a lovely stay at this hotel. The area it’s in is just paradise. The staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. The only problem I had was the condition of the bedding and the towels. However they atleast gave me new towels upon request. So I would go back, because they were very kind and helpful

PPengguna TetamuThe only access is through the beach front and their restaurant . No partition or different path to the frontdesk. You have to walk pass by people eating. When I first came, the vibe is not inviting. It looks abandoned, and messy.I booked for a garden view, I was guided to a secluded part. No garden view either. And pretty dark. The way to the room,plants are dead. It’s feels scary for a solo traveler. The room was clean but no basic amenities. I have to go to the front desk to ask for towels cause there is no telephone. The towel were hard, it feels like sand paper in touch. The beach towels are more like a rag. Specifically the green ones.the threads are falling off. The sheets are like rags, many holes. The door is hard to open. I really didn’t sleep there. I just left my bags and went to my friends cause so many mosquitos in the room. I tried their bfast and dinner, the refills are pretty slow so when we came there is almost non were left. The employees were nice but the hotel needs some renovation and upgrade.

MMR NOBODY76Check in was fast. Staff and security were friendly. Great location in front of the beach. But the resort seems old and the floor in the room was sticky. 3 options of pool to relax in. Booked a deluxe room even though I was alone. Room was big. The towels were worn out though.
