Ferra Hotel Boracay is a decent option with a good location. Nothing extraordinary, but it does the job. What really stands out is the staff — genuinely warm, always smiling, and very friendly. It makes the stay more enjoyable than the hotel itself might suggest on paper. A solid pick if you’re looking for a well-located base in Boracay with a welcoming atmosphere.

We decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel. We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. I'd like to highlight its key advantages, which made our stay comfortable and delicious. Pros (things that really impressed us): 1. Location: The hotel is in a very convenient location. What's also valuable is the peace and quiet. It's not as crowded as Station 1 or 2, but all amenities are easily accessible. 2. Room: We had a wonderful room with direct access to the pool. This is a huge plus: you can jump right in the water in the morning or sit by your mini-terrace in the evening. The room is clean and comfortable. 3. Staff: A special thank you to the hotel staff. They are very kind, conscientious, and do their job well. All requests were resolved quickly, with a smile and a genuine desire to help. You can feel their genuine care for their guests. 4. Cuisine/Breakfast: Breakfast was included in the price and was a real highlight of the morning. Very tasty, filling, and varied. But the biggest discovery was the vegetarian breakfast. It was so delicious and filling that I ordered only that for the last few days of my stay. A major drawback / Beware (personal experience): Be careful when leaving the hotel grounds. There are tour vendors (excursion vendors) standing near the hotel. Unfortunately, they're not very reliable. We encountered them actively pushing services, and then they might change the terms after the deal. I recommend either booking excursions in advance at trusted locations or ignoring the guys at the entrance to avoid ruining your mood. Bottom Line: Banana Bay Boracay is a real find. It offers the perfect balance of price, quality, peace and home comfort. The amazing staff and hearty vegetarian breakfasts made our stay almost perfect. I'd return without a second thought, but I'll be giving the vendors at the entrance a wide berth.

Small good if you want just sea and sleep perfect.food is nice. We also requested extra bedsheets, pillows, and a blanket, and they asked for an additional charge. This was not pleasant. While most places charge around 500 pesos, they asked for 1,500 pesos, which we believe is absolutely not worth it. Overall, the room, sleep quality, breakfast area, the sea, and the pool are nice. The pool is mainly suitable for diving activities, and there are constant training sessions taking place. In general, the hotel is acceptable, but it does not justify the extra charges.

Everything was great overall — we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the coffee is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we noticed was with the sunbeds. Many guests reserve them early and then don’t use them for the whole day. Because outside drinks aren’t allowed on the beach, guests can’t even buy a shake or another drink elsewhere and bring it in, so they’re left without a place to sit. I think the bar might be losing quite a lot of money because of this. Maybe it would help to introduce a policy where, if a sunbed isn’t used for, say, 2 hours, the towels could be removed and the spot made available for other guests. Two hours feels like a reasonable time. But overall, it’s a great hotel and we had a lovely experience.

Had a wonderful 1-night stay at La Carmela de Boracay! Even though it was a short trip, I got some amazing rest. I slept for three hours right after checking in and another solid eight hours at night because the bed was so comfortable.The room was very clean, and all the amenities—the air conditioner, TV, and refrigerator—were working perfectly. I also loved that the room had its own private terrace and even included a Bible. While I didn't get a chance to try the pool, the hotel’s location is excellent since it is just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay! I am generally pleased and satisfied with my stay at Nigi Nigi Too. The staff and cleaners are friendly and attentive. When booking at this hotel, here are a few things to keep in consider: - The standard room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Instead, there’s a large refrigerator available for everyone to use on the first floor. - Free drinking water is also available on the second floor for everyone to use. - The hotel only provides mugs inside the room, so it’s a good idea to bring your own water container or thumbler. - There’s no cabinet to store your clothes, but there’s a designated area where you can lay them out. - Hangers are included in the room. - I was provided with two bath towels. - You can always request to clean your room during the makeup room hours. - There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on the third floor, you’ll have to take the stairs. The room is well-equipped with a functional air conditioning system, a TV, a lampshade with a small table and two chairs, and a clean, unclogged bathroom. The bathroom also features a working water heater, a bidet, and a lavatory with complimentary dental kits. Additionally, they provide body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The WIFI works perfecty fine too. You can always request a beach towel daily. However, slippers are not provided during my stay. The breakfast is excellent. As a solo traveler, I booked a room that accommodates two people, but I was still able to receive two breakfast meals per day. My room is located on the third floor, at the very end of the building in the resort. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor. You’ll be conveniently close to the water dispenser and the first floor. Additionally, it’s just a minute’s walk to the beautiful white beach. There’s a bar at the hotel entrance, so it might get quite noisy at night. The walkway to the end building is beautiful; it’s like walking through a garden. The rates at trip.com is cheaper rather than booking direct at the hotel. Overall I am happy with my stay will sure keep this hotel in mind when i plan to go back to Boracay. We recently stayed at Lime Resort Boracay and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the location is good and the amenities are decent, that’s where the positives end. The service was poor, staff were not very responsive or accommodating, which already affected our stay. On top of that, the room clearly needs renovation. It felt outdated and not well-maintained, which was far from what I expected. The breakfast was also a big letdown and definitely needs improvement. The quality and selection were disappointing, and overall it did not feel worth it. Overall, this place has potential because of its location and facilities, but with the current condition of the rooms, poor service, and underwhelming breakfast, I wouldn’t consider it a satisfying stay.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The area it’s in is just paradise. The staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. The only problem I had was the condition of the bedding and the towels. However they atleast gave me new towels upon request. So I would go back, because they were very kind and helpful

Check in was fast. Staff and security were friendly. Great location in front of the beach. But the resort seems old and the floor in the room was sticky. 3 options of pool to relax in. Booked a deluxe room even though I was alone. Room was big. The towels were worn out though.
