Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home instantly, good breakfast thanks to the chef, the location is perfect and i love the view from the hotel looking towards the golf course.

I had such a wonderful stay at the hotel! 😊 It’s super clean and in a perfect location. The only little downside was that breakfast isn’t included for standard rooms over $100. Other than that, I absolutely loved it! The restaurant and bar deserves ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

Had a wonderful stay at The Nest! The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was relaxing and memorable. Отель очень понравился! Неожиданно высокий уровень обслуживания, не уступает лучшим отелям Турции. Номер стандарт достаточно просторный, большая кровать с двумя тумбочками и кушеткой, большой шкаф, длинный стол и стулья, кресло с журнальным столиком - мебели достаточно для комфорта. В ванной душевая кабина, ванна, не хватает только биде или гигиенического душа. В ванной также стеллаж для одежды. Чистота на высоте. Сервис тоже: вечером приходит работник и расстилает постель, ставит около нее тапочки и коврик типа полотенца. Завтрак проходит возле бассейна, на улице или в помещении. На шведском столе, помимо стандартных блюд, три разных салата, несколько видов сыров (в том числе камамбер и рокфор), 4-5 видов свежих соков (арбуз, ананас, маракуйя и др), из фруктов - два вида маракуйи, арбуз, ананас, оранжевые шарики - ”гусиная ягода”, папайя, а также плоды томатного дерева. Завтрак изысканный!

The hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is situated in the city of Kigali, offering a panoramic view of the city’s picturesque landscape from its elevated position. The swimming pool is a highlight, and the staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and a willingness to assist guests. I highly recommend booking a stay at this hotel during my next visit to Kigali.

It was so disappointing to be treated by the hotel driver paid for all transportation treating me as if it's a favor to drive me around. Complained to the manager... hope to bring some sense of professionalism in him. Besides everything was ok... unless I had to ask for bathing soap when I need to shower!
