My stay at Bodwin Apartments with my partner was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was clean throughout, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and having a cleaner made our stay even more comfortable. Bodwin himself was incredibly attentive and always keen to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so helpful and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. And I have to mention—Bodwin makes the best Americanos! ☕️ We genuinely loved our stay and would highly recommend Bodwin Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

The owner, Mr. Tom, and his family were absolutely awesome and made me feel very welcome. The manager, Madam Joy, was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. I was even offered a complimentary lunch and given helpful advice on taxi rates, which I really appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, even though it was a short visit. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Отель очень понравился! Неожиданно высокий уровень обслуживания, не уступает лучшим отелям Турции. Номер стандарт достаточно просторный, большая кровать с двумя тумбочками и кушеткой, большой шкаф, длинный стол и стулья, кресло с журнальным столиком - мебели достаточно для комфорта. В ванной душевая кабина, ванна, не хватает только биде или гигиенического душа. В ванной также стеллаж для одежды. Чистота на высоте. Сервис тоже: вечером приходит работник и расстилает постель, ставит около нее тапочки и коврик типа полотенца. Завтрак проходит возле бассейна, на улице или в помещении. На шведском столе, помимо стандартных блюд, три разных салата, несколько видов сыров (в том числе камамбер и рокфор), 4-5 видов свежих соков (арбуз, ананас, маракуйя и др), из фруктов - два вида маракуйи, арбуз, ананас, оранжевые шарики - ”гусиная ягода”, папайя, а также плоды томатного дерева. Завтрак изысканный!

The Nature Kigali was the most beautiful experience. Strategically located, delicious breakfast, warm and friendly, amazing, accommodating staff. The owner Hugh is very friendly. We felt like we were at home away from home. Great value for money. The food is so popular that is well frequented. There are stores in walking distance.....What can I say..I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in spick and span budget hotel. I would do it again!

It’s good. Nice view. Nothing fancy. But its pricing is appropriate. They are young as a hotel and advancing. Wifi is temperamental in rooms. Hit and miss. Surges. Depends which room I suppose. Pretty strong mostly in cafeteria and bar /lounge area. Shower temperature is controllable. Although shower head in my room was working but kinda weird in its releasing of water. Half running out the one side. I made due. Bed is just fine. There is a fan. But no kettles make coffee or tea in room I’m not used to that Maybe it’s common in Rwanda not to fund that. Service is solid. Breakfast is a good value imo. Careful of prices. Several errors. Not intentional imo. Some staff maybe are not good at math. Few errors and corrections I had to explain during my week. Owner / manager is wonderful imo very helpful . Even meant me money to pay my airport driver when my many ants would not release cash as I headed there at night Union pay card. Not as convenient. Alsi drive me in the morning to get cash at ATM downtown . USED a taxi type app due pricing. Fair. Driver service outside of himself byva contacts did not use this app and was private airport style pricing. Expensive. If it’s not him don’t use the other. Too much money. All in all proper value for cost imo.

Finding nice hotels is luck and effort recognizing an excellent hotel an IQ test. Trip.com Group helped me find this place. Highly recommended

Central location, perfect breakfast, rooms are bit small but comfy. Towels and bedsheets were not in good shape, no A/C but fan

The hotel was nice and the staff are very friendly but the food was horrible. I think they really need to employ new chefs. The food was so bad that when I order a chicken bryani I couldn't eat it.

I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.
