Upon arrival at Lanta Triple Novel, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home, assisting us with everything we needed. We stayed in the bungalows, which were spacious and well-equipped. There was a clothes drying rack inside and another on the porch—this was the first hotel where we had ample space to dry our clothes. The porch was furnished with plastic chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bungalow featured a small kitchenette accessible from the porch through a side door, which is convenient if you're planning a longer stay. Inside, there was a small plastic wardrobe for storing clothes and a mini-fridge. The only thing missing was a table and two chairs inside the room, which would have added to the comfort. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool. The location was very quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The only minor inconvenience was during heavy rain when the metal roof became quite loud. We rented a scooter from the owner at a decent price, making it easy to explore the island. Although there's a restaurant as part of the hotel, we didn't have the time to dine there. Originally, we planned to stay for three days but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much. The location is perfect—it's close to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner where you can get everything you need for your stay. It's a 4-minute drive to Saladan Pier, so you'll have an easy time catching ferries or speedboats for further travel. Overall, our experience at Lanta Triple Novel was excellent. The friendly owner, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made our stay memorable. I had an amazing stay at the brand-new Phumala Lanta Seaview Resort! The bungalows are unique, built on stilts amidst lush greenery, with a magical view over the treetops and the coast. Staying here feels like being in a small fairytale, with comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, and a lovely terrace featuring both a bathtub and sun loungers. Between the bungalows, charming lighting in the trees creates a special and cozy atmosphere in the evenings. If any challenges arise, the staff and owner are incredibly attentive and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The service is truly top-notch! The resort is just a 5-7 minute walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. Across the road, Pad Thai Rock n Roll serves absolutely amazing food, and their staff is incredibly friendly – a must-visit during your stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from four to nine nights. Note that the hotel shares its reception with Bakantiang Resort, so make sure to mention this to your taxi driver to find the correct location. Highly recommended!

The reviews giving this place give stars as their favorite place are a bit overzealous. The views are definitely spectacular but the deficits aren't lacking. The pros do not justify this hotel; simply that ko lanta is a great destination. Keep in mind: there is no lotion nor conditioner here: curly hair, especially type 4, will suffer. The is no washcloth, phone in the rooms, nor hot tub. Wifi is guarded more than the nuclear football, rooms are certainly worn, there are no USB outlets. For couples: there are definitely young kids here who will never remember the trip, so you may hear crying during breakfast or when trying to get a massage. The maids are neglectful at replacing room amenities, the safe is broken and this place is not vegan friendly. They served me egg in the first dish ordered after recommending I simply let their restaurant know. I did not get the impression that they really understand how to handle dietary needs. The restaurant is awfully overpriced and the food is okay if you even trust the restaurant. Breakfast I stuck to fruit only... I had to go into town for food; Drunken Sailor tasted amazing. Staff friendliness could use improvement. They could at least try to hide their disdain for tourists better. This is expressed with body language and also verbally as we were told false information more than once, when greetings don't even preface with a hello and when staff prioritize chatting with each other rather than assisting a guest. When I asked for Sfiff's name, since nobody wears name badges nor introduces themselves.. to properly greet her. She acted like I was asking for her first born son! They conveniently don't mention that due to Ramadan, there's closed shops and you have to rent a bike to reach the nearest one. That would have saved an hour of time. If you opt in to the hotel taxi service, it will take 3 hours to reach the hotel at 3,000 baht one way. No food or water after a long flight and travel were provided, so please get it from the airport. Google ”Mun Lanta” taxi for 2200 baht taxi via Whatsapp, where they also provide food and water. Furthermore, the system to rent a motorbike is convoluted as you will incur late fees if not returned in time. Why not simply charge for the actual time instead of playing games with late fees and guesstimating return time? This hotel is far overpriced. Get something for half the price, rent a motorbike in town to access better restaurants and the same street. That's my STRONG recommendation.

Отличный отель! Очень добрый и вежливый персонал, особенно администратор (или она владелец). Есть хороший бассейн, прокат байков прям в отделе, с трансфером до пирса помогли и даже купили билет на Пхи-Пхи через стойку в отеле. В общем нам понравилось.

Месторасположение отеля далеко от тусовочных мест, хорошее, уютное, красивое, но к морю спуск по крутым ступеням, зато вид из номера просто супер. Номер удобный, сантехника новая, но кондиционер установлен в номере так, что дует прямо на кровать, спать невозможно. Завтраки не понравились, на любителя.

We stayed over NYE in a Deluxe Villa. It was great for the 2 of us. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and House keeping came everyday and cleaned the room, changed towels and topped up the glass bottled water. This place is on an island- there will be insects and bugs! They didn’t bother us. Shower pressure was good, there was ample of hot water and the bathroom size was good! We had stayed in a standard room before NYE and then came back to Royal Lanta after staying in Ko Phi Phi. The staff really make this place- always friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile if you show basic manners and respect. In the short time we were gone the sun lounger mattresses and umbrellas had an upgrade and on NYE all guests received a thank you letter and bottle of wine. The resort does need some improvements but overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff were awesome and we would stay here again during peak time.

Het resort ligt aan een hele drukke weg. Dus de hele dag en nacht hoor je auto’s en met name knetterende brommers en scooters voorbij razen. Slapen zonder oordoppen onmogelijk. Kamers zijn ruim met zwembad voor de deur. De kamers zijn tevens erg gehorig. Zorg dat je niet in de buitenste kamers wordt gedumpt, anders mag je de hele tijd tegen een muur van een andere kamer kijken. De prijs die wij moesten betalen was te hoog voor wat we kregen.

Отель расположен в шикарнейшем месте. Виды просто потрясающие. Заметно, что от отеля остались остатки былой роскоши, что он древний и долго не работал. Но соотношение цены (50 долларов за ночь) с сервисом и открывающимися видами на остров и море - перекрывают всего его недостатки в виде уставшей мебели. Выбор питания не сильно большой, но мы не притязательный клиент. Нас всё устроило и завтраки входящие в стоимость и отдельные блюда, что мы заказывали на обед и ужин. Персонал очень приветливый и выполнял любую просьбу. Из минусов - нет купабельного пляжа, но пройдя 1 километр в доль пляжа, мы поняли, что идеальных пляжей на этой стороне нет. И весь пяток гостиниц, что были по дороге, так же мучаются, как и мы, только прайс там выше. Ещё один минус - номер, что мы себе выбрали возле бассейна высоко находится и тяжело в него забираться по ступеням, но эти труды вознаграждаются завораживающим видом из номера или бассейна. Большую часть мы провели на бассейне, т.к. купаться на пляже не очень комфортно. Но считаю, что нам повезло, т.к. мы там были одни. Совершенно одни, в гостинице всего было 5 человек, вместе с нами, и других людей, мы видели пару раз. Это было шикарно, чилить в бассейне с крутейшими видами, на другие острова и наблюдать, как птицы насороги летают с дерева на дерево.

Hotel ini terletak dengan baik dan berpusat untuk meneroka pulau. Malangnya, hotel ini tidak diselenggara dengan baik. Untuk kemudahan seperti ini, pekerja tidak mencukupi untuk memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik. Hanya ada sarapan pagi dan anda tidak boleh mendapatkan apa-apa lagi untuk dimakan atau diminum di hotel. Bersebelahan dengan hotel terdapat restoran pantai kecil dengan makanan dan minuman yang lazat, yang menjadikan penginapan anda lebih mudah. Kolam renangnya besar dan bersih, tetapi tiada payung, jadi anda perlu berjemur di bawah sinar matahari atau kembali ke bar pantai. Bilik-bilik tidak dibersihkan sepanjang penginapan kami; kami terpaksa menukar baldi tandas sendiri dan meminta tuala segar. Sungguh memalukan bahawa kemudahan yang begitu indah telah dibiarkan merosot seperti ini. Kakitangan berusaha keras, tetapi tidak dapat berbuat banyak kerana kekurangan masa dan tenaga kerja.

Banglo itu berada di lokasi yang tenang dan mempunyai teres kecil dengan meja dan dua kerusi. Antara lain, terdapat juga tali untuk menjemur pakaian (sangat praktikal). Bilik itu bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Malangnya katil adalah seram; mata air tilam menekan belakang anda dengan kuat sehingga anda tidak boleh tidur. Kami mengkritik itu. Mereka kemudian meletakkan topper di atas tilam kami, yang menambah baik keadaan sedikit. Pemilik meletakkan banyak usaha ke dalam reka bentuk resort, yang menunjukkan usianya.
