酒店服務非常好，都很熱情，看見人就給我們打招呼。我媽媽過敏，幫我媽媽把全套有香味的床品全部都換掉了，房間非常乾淨整潔，所有的房間都可以看見大海，我發現最小麪的別墅房的海景會被遮擋住一部分，但是山上的更好一點。我的房間在最上麪，媽媽是第一排正對沙灘，景色很好。 酒店一個游泳池一個餐廳，環境很安靜漂亮，在一個小海灣裏，浪不大適合下水。餐廳的食物做的很不錯，價格也不貴，和我去鑽石懸崖餐廳去吃差不多的價格，我們在酒店裡吃了三頓。 酒店有送去島內各地的車，每個地方都有價目表，我們包車半天四個小時，2500泰銖。去10公裡外的沙灘，單程400泰銖，我覺得價格也很可以。可以打電話叫酒店到沙拉丹碼頭接，這個是免費的，但是好像是不送的。 馬*雞要預約，非常便宜，泰式按摩手法很好，才600泰銖一個人50分鐘。而且麪對大海感覺非常好，按摩的大姐很仔細，會觀察你的各種表情來注意輕重。我爸爸提早給了100泰銖小費，居然給他多按了20分鐘。

We were super impressed with our accommodations here . Huge rooms , cozy linens , partially out door bathrooms were unique and plenty of space for hanging clothes etc There are approximately 13 villas spaced nicely in lush tropical gardens . There’s a good sized pool and restaurant area. At 1200 bht a night we consider this the best value in the area. The two guys on reception were super helpful, organised a snorkelling tour, rented us a scooter and had our laundry back within hours . Guests should welcome a harder mattress , mosque prayers at 5am and you’re not directly on the beach ( but the price tells you that ) Definitely will return here 🙏

我很感激建築設計師，你們把這家酒店造得很美，尤其是臨海的一卧泳池別墅美極了！它給我們的第一印象是奢華的、震撼的！這個酒店最貴的房型在同一片海灘上是獨一無二的。此外，就算你定的是普通房型，你也能享受美麗的公共的泳池。 然而，與其昂貴的價格並不相匹配的是它的服務。除了老闆娘，其他的員工包括酒店前台、餐廳服務員都無法用英語正常交流，導致入住過程諸多不便。不論是哪種房型，就連四千一晚的別墅泳池房也是沒有任何歡迎水果，或任何其他增值服務、小物品給您“貴賓”的感受。房間的清潔服務很不及時，總是在客人在的時候做清潔好尷尬！並且清潔做得比較馬虎，桌子都沒擦… 此外，自助早餐主要是針對西方人的麵包和雞蛋，但是沒有奶酪、沒有冷切肉，連果醬、酸奶都衹有一種口味，我是有看到其他老外顧客失望的眼神。當我們問及是否有亞洲早餐，服務員告訴我們：對不起，沒有！好吧…連續四天一成不變的早餐實在有點乏味，最後一天我們還吃到了非常不新鮮的麵包… 喝的方面，沒有鮮榨果汁，不過好在酒店的現磨咖啡是真的好喝。 此外，雖然泳池酒吧衹有一位員工當值，但是他做出來的雞尾酒確實不錯，尤其是老闆推薦的mango daiquira口感讓人驚喜，比我們後來去的島上第一名的某五星酒店更為好喝。大家一定要試一下。 總之，我們在酒店還是度過了美好的假期，畢竟旅遊在外，心態很重要。衹是每當想起我們支付的價格，內心就覺得不值呀……

Rawi Warin Resort in Thailand hosted our destination wedding, and we were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. As a couple from different countries who met in a foreign land but now reside together, we sought an intimate wedding with 33 guests. Rawi Warin stood out among the 20 resorts we researched on Krabi/Ko Lanta due to its remarkable beauty and elegant ambiance, ultimately leading us to book our wedding there. Throughout the planning process, the resort's communication was frequent and efficient, ensuring all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon our arrival three days before the wedding, we were struck by the well-maintained gardens, picturesque pond, and exquisite buildings, all of which contributed to the resort's appeal. The resort staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience, displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. They consistently greeted us with smiles and ensured our needs were met throughout our, and our guests stay. Rawi Warin's wedding package included essential elements such as decor, flowers, stationery, a wedding officiant, wedding cake and a wedding coordinator, making the planning process more streamlined. While an outdoor wedding was not possible due to weather conditions, the resort efficiently transitioned to an indoor setting, which turned out to be equally enchanting. The attention to detail in the wedding arrangements and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The resort's pool was also a standout feature, and the surrounding natural beauty added to the overall allure. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to Rawi Warin and its dedicated team for their contribution to making our wedding a memorable occasion. We recommend the resort for couples seeking a picturesque destination wedding experience.

We chose Twin Lotus because it is adults only. It was romantic, peaceful, lovely, and we will definitely go back. We selected a room in the back as it was cheaper and we did not need to be on the beach. There are several,pools to choose from. The ine at the beach can get filled by 0830 but we always managed to get chairs with an umbrella. If you do not occupy your chair they remove the towel but leave your belongings. We took chairs that had a book on the side table. The book owner came and we explained no towels were on the chair. She knew the rules and said she would choose a beach chair instead ( along the beach are chairs but no umbrellas). We were thrilled she was so nice. The breakfast buffet is standard and plentiful. All the choices were delicious. No flies or ants anywhere. You may see an occasional meandering water monitor but they walk past you. The gym is immaculate and adequately equipped. The spa is wonderful with well- trained staff. We had dinner there a few times and the food was very good. There are places in the little streets behind the hotel and along the beach and next door, but Twin Lotus food was better though a bit more costly. Happy Hour drinks were good. We had a Go Dive snorkel dive tours to Koh Haa and a car ride to Old Town. Recommend both. The people in Old Town were exceptionally nice and the little museum is quaint. Eateries along their street are good. Allow two hours for Old Town not including the drive to and from. The next time we stay at Twin Lotus we will go to Phi Phi but have been before. Twin Lotus has many books to borrow located inside breakfast restaurant, There are buggies to drive you to and from your room or villa if you have mobility issues. Do not bring glass bottles or glass to the swimming pool. Any wait staff will give you a plastic mug or ”glass” to drink your beer or drink in the pool or at the pool. Please read the rules at pool entrance and follow them to keep yourself and others safe. The resort is mostly European people and everyone, young couples and older ones, singles, and all were cordial and respectful.

My wife and I spent a week towards the end of March at this resort which seemed nice from the pictures on the internet but disappointing once we got there.. The location is ideal and beautiful but having a Bar next door playing either loud music or boring music until very late at night was annoying to put it lightly. As for the resort itself, overall it was rather expensive plus we were disappointed by the fact that the Thai staff knew hardly any English which caused all sort of misunderstandings, communicate via Google translate wasn't the top considering that this resorts claims to be 4 stars. Other than these factors, we found out that there was Yoga on the roof managed by an Italian Yoga Instructor who happened to be very passionate and professional.His spoken english was flawless as he took very good care of us despite of the challenging and various Yoga classes, in fact this was the highlight of the resort itself ! Sri Lanta Resort: Highly recommended Stayed at Sri Lanta Resort for 5 nights and had an extremely enjoyable/relaxing experience. The room was top shelf. Nice big comfortable bed with a fantastic view over-looking the sea. Very clean. Great air-con. Mini-fridge. Balcony. Extremely nice bathroom with double sinks. Give the room two thumbs up. A little bit of a walk up-hill but it’s not a mountain. Easy solution if you rent a scooter. Food was really good. Good balance between Thai and western food. Fruit shakes were on point. Restaurant is on the beach with a great sunset. Ordered room service with a pizza one evening. The manager and staff were beyond amazing. Nice and friendly. When checking-in to the resort, the manager escorted us to the hotel room himself. He was deadly awesome. Providing so much useful information on: what to do, where to go, how to do it etc. Great recommendations during our visit on the island. And extremely helpful. Transport your luggage up and down the hill to & from your hotel room when checking-in & checking-out was a bonus. Also, the staff were exceptional with transportation to and from Ko Lanta (pick up & drop off). Resort is quiet and spacious. A great place to do some relaxing. Chill out on the beach or hang out by the pool; both are nice relaxing options. There are 3 pools on the resort. The hotel is located in the middle of Ko Lanta island. So again, hiring a scooter is recommended. Kept it simple and rented from the hotel itself. Mu Ko Lanta National Park is a 20-minute ride south. Lanta Old Town is a 20-minute ride east. There are a small handful of good restaurants within walking distance too. If you are in the mood for a tasty burger, I highly recommend Hungry Shack just up the road (5 mins walk north). All in all, Sri Lanta is a great resort and highly recommended.

Alama was such a good surprise! All my top options were fully booked and by taking a look at the photos online, I expected quite an average stay/accommodation. But to my surprise, Alama was better than expected and I might consider coming back. I booked the Suite with Garden View and it looked exactly like on the photos. I personally love the southern part of Koh Lanta so to me the location was perfect. There are so many nice bars and restaurants within walking distance, plus a scooter/car rental, a 7 eleven, ATMs and of course Kantiang Bay. Because Alama is so high up, it can be quite a walk to your room or to the pool/breakfast area but the view from there is just stunning and the perfect way to start your day. So hopefully you won't mind the steps either! Just know that there is no alcohol (but you can bring your own) and the toilet has a curtain and then there is a wooden door to the bedroom, so if you have privacy issues, I would not recommend it.

Unfortunately the stay was a little bit tainted by the lack of sleep- we had a room facing the road and were awoken by the hotel security alarm every night between 1-3am. It seemed a dog was setting off the alarm but it was just a bit disappointing that it wasn’t til our 5th night of being woken up that they turned off the alarm Room- overall the room was kept quite clean, and was fairly basic and maybe not as modern as other places. Shower was ok but the temperature was hard to stay constant and kept burning hot Location- on long beach the location was excellent, close to many other restaurants and bars and most people rent bikes to get around this island which I felt safe doing from the hotel Facilities- pool is excellent, beautiful infinity with a view of the beach. Lots of loungers which do get snapped up pretty fast but the hotel has a policy to try to avoid people reserving loungers. Massages also available on the beach next to the pool and hotel restaurant (though more expensive than other places nearby) serves good food and has a good happy hour on its cocktails which are great.

Arrived with a 3-day booking and within a day had extended to 10-days. I found this resort beautiful with lovely spacious bungalows, and a fabulously designed bathroom/shower. The staff could not have been more friendlier or helpful with everything. The pool was a great size, next to the beach, with stunning views whilst swimming. All the food and shakes were delicious and at great prices. We rented a bike from the resort for our whole trip, and was close to everything. Fresh shower/beach towels everyday. The island itself was beautiful and if I ever return I would stay here again.
