Hotel Mountain view di Daerah Ko Lanta

It was a beautiful experience — the entire resort was surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kid-friendly. My children loved playing with the toys, and the infinity pool was absolutely stunning. There’s also a lovely treehouse overlooking the valley, complete with bean bags for relaxing. The food was fantastic too! Very close to the beach just 5 minutes walk and the staff arranged different tours with discounted rates.

Upon arrival at Lanta Triple Novel, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home, assisting us with everything we needed. We stayed in the bungalows, which were spacious and well-equipped. There was a clothes drying rack inside and another on the porch—this was the first hotel where we had ample space to dry our clothes. The porch was furnished with plastic chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bungalow featured a small kitchenette accessible from the porch through a side door, which is convenient if you're planning a longer stay. Inside, there was a small plastic wardrobe for storing clothes and a mini-fridge. The only thing missing was a table and two chairs inside the room, which would have added to the comfort. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool. The location was very quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The only minor inconvenience was during heavy rain when the metal roof became quite loud. We rented a scooter from the owner at a decent price, making it easy to explore the island. Although there's a restaurant as part of the hotel, we didn't have the time to dine there. Originally, we planned to stay for three days but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much. The location is perfect—it's close to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner where you can get everything you need for your stay. It's a 4-minute drive to Saladan Pier, so you'll have an easy time catching ferries or speedboats for further travel. Overall, our experience at Lanta Triple Novel was excellent. The friendly owner, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made our stay memorable. ที่พักไม่ไกลจากชายหาดสามารถเดินไปได้ บริเวณรอบๆ มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหาร ร้านขายยา และร้านค้าอื่นๆ อีกมาก พนักงานน่ารัก บริการเป็นกันเองมาก และกระตือรือร้น ทางที่พักมีบริการให้เช่ารถ นวด และซักรีด ถือได้ว่ามีบริการครบครัน

Loved this place so much and in my opinion it’s the best option on the island (there are only maybe 15-20 hotels and most of them are a bit drabby or don’t have a pool or nice beach). That being said, Koh ngai isn’t for everyone so take in to account a few things- 1 there are no roads and very few shops, basically just the hotels, there isn’t even an atm machine on the island. 2 the beach faces east which means great sunrises but sunsets can be hit or miss compared to the west facing beaches. Swimming is a bit tricky, lots of rocks and coral and the tide swings are pretty big, but that does make it surprisingly good for snorkeling and there aren’t really any waves. Also last thing- thanya has a huge pond with about 12 Komodo dragons which is awesome.

Отличный отель! Очень добрый и вежливый персонал, особенно администратор (или она владелец). Есть хороший бассейн, прокат байков прям в отделе, с трансфером до пирса помогли и даже купили билет на Пхи-Пхи через стойку в отеле. В общем нам понравилось.

I stayed at the Tamarind Twin resort as a solo traveller for 4 nights and thought it was very good. The place is in a nice quiet location both close to the beach and restaurants and bars on the high street. The staff were very helpful and I booked all my trips and ferry journeys with them along with a scooter rental. The pool was nice for a dip after being at the beach and I could always get a sun lounger. I would have no hesitation booking this place again if I return to Koh Lanta.

Wonderful find. I spent hours trying to find rhe right place and I did. Rim Khao is a lovely little group of bungalows that back into the forest, but are conveniently on the main road and just a 10 minute walk from the beach. This is a brilliant place for a really good price. I spent hours watching the monkeys, ants, lizards, frogs, birds and butterflies that were very present. As I had no transport and only a walking budget, was limited where I went. But there was enough. The beach is beautiful for swimming and sunbathing. There is little shade, but if you walk to the end of the beach, theres a lot more shade there. If tou are happy to scramble the rocks, there is plenty of wildlife there too....fish, a billion crabs and brazen seabirds.there are plenty of restaurants, both local and tourist all just a stones throw away and the walking street is as good as any. The room was very quiet with air con and a fan that were efficient. The hot water was plentiful in the shower and cleaners were operating every day. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and English was really strong which of course is always appreciated , but never expected. The pool is more of a plunge pool, but thats all i personally ever need. You may consider it needs a bit of tlc, but it didnt bother me. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the road could barely be heard.just remember that the call to prayer can be heard almost everywhere. Oh, and a 7/eleven right next door. Amazing, and i hope to go back.

Плюсы: расположение- пляж Клонг Дао( в отлив купаться проблематично), от отеля, с левой стороны, если стоять лицом ко входу, с торца бетонная дорожка до пляжа- пара минут, недалеко- хорошая Северная часть Лонг бич; напротив, через дорогу довольно крупный 7/11. Есть террасная зона с низкими столиками и тюфяками( для курильщиков). Есть комната хранения багажа- оставить вещи на пару часов до и после заселения Кровати комфортные, в комнате свой санузел( туалет+ душ+умывальник), но за рецепцией есть раковины вне туалетов, проблем с умыванием не было, постельное белье хорошее, есть штора, но не индивидуальная, а сразу на двоих,у каждого свой вентилятор, и ещё один общий, чайник! Минусы: дороговато, Цена приличного отеля в Бангкоке, выселение в 11ч, вместо 12, шум с дороги, но не критично, беруши не требовались; кондиционер по расписанию( в общем, в этих краях, смотрю, распространённая практика), не хватает крючков, в санузле хотя бы пару гвоздиков просто вбить; между кроватью и стеной большой проем- вот там прямо грязно, чтобы помыть, ничего двигать не нужно, и эту пыль, волосинки, шерстинки очень хорошо видно на белом белье; за отелем при мне покосили траву, а так там пустырь, заросший местным бурьяном, можно было бы на этом месте организовать зону отдыха или курилку- вложений много это не потребует, просто как на вечернем рынке в Саладане поставить брезентовый тент и тот же брезент бросить на выровненную землю( а в идеале -оформить бассейн😁), с противоположной стороны рецепции- заброшенная часть- туалеты, какое -то помещение; пальмы в горшках сохнут..

Great if you live having your peace and quiet and healing thru staying in nature. 💚PROS: + very kind and helpful staff, absolutely lovely + beautiful private bungalow, thoughtfully decorated and with basic needs met + there's a restaurant that is part of the bungalow complex. You can get amazing pancakes for a banging buck and great fried rice. Opening hours are from 7 a.m to 9 p.m. ! + It's in the country side, so you can really relax and enjoy the sounds of nature + the staff helps you with calling a taxi or renting a scooter 💔CONS - it takes around 30min on foot to get to the next 7/11 and or pharmacy, but only 9mins by motorbike !do yourself a favor and rent a scooter/motorbike in general. It's around 250THB for 24h + sometimes a little extra for gasoline. Taxis are around the same price for just ONE trip! 💖 We would definitely stay at this Bungalow again, since we really enjoyed our time there
