"What an incredible place! We’re staying at the Twin Lotus Resort & Spa (adults-only during this season) on Koh Lanta, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic: it’s right on Klong Dao Beach, a super long stretch of beautiful white sand. Even at low tide, it’s all soft sand—no rocks or coral to worry about. In the mornings, it’s pure bliss to walk for miles along the shoreline with the calm sea and peaceful atmosphere. Absolutely lovely. The resort itself is spectacular. Surrounded by tall palm trees and lush tropical gardens, it feels like a real oasis of calm. No kids around (strictly adults only), so you can truly breathe in the peace and tranquility—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The infinity pool is stunning, positioned right in front of the beach with comfy sun loungers and high-quality towels. You can spend the whole day switching between the pool, the sea, and a shady spot under the palms… heaven! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive—always smiling, super helpful, and the service is top-notch. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety and everything tastes delicious. In general, the food at the resort restaurants is really good, both in quality and presentation. Honestly, it’s rated as 4 stars, but in terms of experience, it outshines many 5-star places we’ve stayed at before. I have no idea why it doesn’t have 5 stars officially—it’s spotless, beautifully maintained, and the overall vibe is just perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing spot on Koh Lanta, don’t hesitate—come to Twin Lotus Resort & Spa. You won’t regret it for a second. "Our overall experience of the Lanta PURA was excellent. We had an issue with the AC on one occasion and they came straight away and sorted it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are some great choices on the breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel is really close to everything including the walking street. It’s also right next to the beach and the view is absolutely stunning! We would highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed at rawi warin for 4 nights in one of the hillside rooms. The room was spacious with a small balcony. The bed in particular felt huge as it was 2 beds pushed together. As other reviews mention, the hillside rooms are about a 10 mins walk away from the main pool. Walking is quite pleasant though as you are surrounded by greenery. And there's a closer hillside pool that has a great view. The facilities were great esp. the main pool which was huge, chlorine free, and very empty past 6pm - we were often the only ones using it in the evening. Also enjoyed the table tennis and pool tables. My only piece of feedback is that the resort could be better lit at night - it was too dark walking down paths/stairs. Loved seeing lizards and monkeys around the resort. Didn't try the hotel food much - there are some good restaurants a short walk away. The stretch of beach attached to the resort was beautiful and good for swimming."

"Kemudahan perkakasan di dalam bilik agak lama, tetapi jenis biliknya sangat bagus. Anda mendapat apa yang anda bayar. Kemudahan perkakasan seperti air mandi masuk besar dan kecil Walau bagaimanapun, sikap pelayan sangat baik, jadi saya fikir masih berbaloi. Pada masa yang sama, adalah disyorkan agar pihak hotel membaiki cerun kerikil yang curam yang masuk, supaya perjalanan motosikal akan lebih selamat dan lebih mudah."

"Amazing location room was big clean and everything was included bathroom towels. The people are very friendly and the are not expensive. We did a thai massage 1 hour for 2 persons 900bht. We booked only the breakfast this was very good buffet for every one on different countries. Nearby is a 7eleven we walked 1km of the hotel and there are enough restaurants on the road we eat at Mai's Kitchen 👌🏾"

"The reviews giving this place give stars as their favorite place are a bit overzealous. The views are definitely spectacular but the deficits aren't lacking. The pros do not justify this hotel; simply that ko lanta is a great destination. Keep in mind: there is no lotion nor conditioner here: curly hair, especially type 4, will suffer. The is no washcloth, phone in the rooms, nor hot tub. Wifi is guarded more than the nuclear football, rooms are certainly worn, there are no USB outlets. For couples: there are definitely young kids here who will never remember the trip, so you may hear crying during breakfast or when trying to get a massage. The maids are neglectful at replacing room amenities, the safe is broken and this place is not vegan friendly. They served me egg in the first dish ordered after recommending I simply let their restaurant know. I did not get the impression that they really understand how to handle dietary needs. The restaurant is awfully overpriced and the food is okay if you even trust the restaurant. Breakfast I stuck to fruit only... I had to go into town for food; Drunken Sailor tasted amazing. Staff friendliness could use improvement. They could at least try to hide their disdain for tourists better. This is expressed with body language and also verbally as we were told false information more than once, when greetings don't even preface with a hello and when staff prioritize chatting with each other rather than assisting a guest. When I asked for Sfiff's name, since nobody wears name badges nor introduces themselves.. to properly greet her. She acted like I was asking for her first born son! They conveniently don't mention that due to Ramadan, there's closed shops and you have to rent a bike to reach the nearest one. That would have saved an hour of time. If you opt in to the hotel taxi service, it will take 3 hours to reach the hotel at 3,000 baht one way. No food or water after a long flight and travel were provided, so please get it from the airport. Google ”Mun Lanta” taxi for 2200 baht taxi via Whatsapp, where they also provide food and water. Furthermore, the system to rent a motorbike is convoluted as you will incur late fees if not returned in time. Why not simply charge for the actual time instead of playing games with late fees and guesstimating return time? This hotel is far overpriced. Get something for half the price, rent a motorbike in town to access better restaurants and the same street. That's my STRONG recommendation."

"Absolutely impeccable. We stayed for 5 nights as a family with a 6yo child. We were more than satisfied from the first second to the last. Checkin was very friendly with welcome drink and we received a free upgrade to a seaview room with pool access. The breakfast was great, a wide array of Thai and European food. We also had dinner there several times, which was also of a very good quality. The sports offers (Pilates, Yoga, Thai Boxing etx.) is 5star worthy, also the craft offers at the kids club was great for my daughter, although there were almost no other children using the kids club. The room and the cleanliness leave nothing to desire, the staff was always friendly. I there was one thing to critisize, it would be the A/C, which was broken once, and for my liking is too cold and directed to the bed. Also there was a hint of a mouldy smell coming from the A/C when on. But that is complaining at the highest level."

"Besser geht es nicht!! Ich war schon häufig in Koh Lanta und habe noch niemals einen derart wundervollen Ort gesehen! Die Inhaber des Hotels kümmern sich um ausnahmslos alles und man bekommt viele Tipps, Tricks, kostenlose Früchte und vieles mehr. Die komplette Anlage ist perfekt gepflegt und könnte nicht sauberer sein, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht und das Hotel befindet sich an einem der ruhigsten Orte auf Koh Lanta, obwohl es sehr zentral liegt. Wir könnten einen Ort nicht mehr empfehlen ❤️"

"Really good hotel. An island inside an island. At this moment its going under renovation on some of the sea side front villas, but to me the impact its so minimal and the staff and management did ( and advised at our arrival) all what the could to minimise it. Not trying to be extra polite, but its a reality that staff( all of them) was extra nice. To say something less “nice” I just would say , that the finishes tell you that they have a few years but in any case the design its so actual . On top of that Breakfast its good but for a 5* hotel i would say that it could be improved a bit more , but again, in general its very good and at least to me it was more than enough. Free transfers to krabi airport. Again I just have good words and I will recommend it 100%"
