Menginap di Somerset Pattaya seperti biasa merupakan pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang strategik, betul-betul di seberang jalan dari pusat membeli-belah, menjadikan aktiviti membeli-belah dan makan harian sangat mudah. ​​Memandangkan bilik katil bersaiz king yang saya tempah tidak tersedia, pihak hotel dengan baik hatinya telah menaik taraf saya kepada bilik twin standard, yang merupakan pengaturan yang teliti. Bilik ini menawarkan pemandangan yang hebat dengan sebahagian pemandangan laut, dan kolam renang atas bumbung sangat menakjubkan, menawarkan tempat yang bagus untuk berehat dan menikmati pemandangan. Secara keseluruhan, ia memberikan nilai yang baik untuk wang. Akan lebih baik jika harganya boleh menjadi lebih berpatutan, dan saya pasti akan mengesyorkannya kepada pelancong lain.

Third time being here. A very nice room with access directly to the swimming pool. Perfect for kids and family. Pool side bar is perfect with promotion buy one get one free. We had pizza and beer with great times. Kids love it. There is a kid club with daily activities for kids too. Swimming pool is very large and many activities good for kids. Access to the room requires golf car. Need to prepare to wait a bit to go outside. Parking available.

Really nice hotel, close to beach and loads of bars and restaurants close by. Staff are very attentive and nice, they couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend this hotel 100%

This hotel is in a very convenient location—close to the bus terminal, the beach, and the market but it's very quiet. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. What surprised and deeply touched us was how they handled a forgotten item. When my friend left something behind, the staff arranged to ship it to Bangkok with top-notch security. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival. 🛏️ The Room & Comfort The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner. The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot. 📺 Appliances & Tech WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day. Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter. Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly. Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove. 🍳 Dining & Breakfast Served buffet-style and tasted amazing. Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods. But there were no seafood or fish available. 🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees. Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel. 🔄 Verdict We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything I needed. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from Central Mall and only about 5 minutes from the beach. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, and everything you need, including restaurants, bars, shops, and cafés, is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

I made a reservation just by looking at the location because of the Songkran Festival. I thought the square footage would be small, but it was more spacious than I expected, and since it was newly built, I lived comfortably. I went up to the rooftop swimming pool during the day, but it was so hot and hot that I just came down.

This hotel is very nice, but it needs better maintenance. Rooms are formidable, huge, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is big and full of palms and trees. The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC. The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!! Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

We had a great stay here , the room itself was great. Very spacious,cozy and modern at the same time. The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice,cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.

Really great hotel, and really good hotel. Staff is very good and funny hotel have a cocktail and rooftop above hotel swimming pool.
