Worth the stay! It’s right in front of the beach 🏖️ with easy access to everywhere. The bed is comfortable, and the toilet is spacious and clean. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping all areas spotless. No doubt, their hospitality is top-notch. Kudos to all the staff!👍

Pleasantly surprised. This was my first visit to Srinn hotel. It looks bright and clean from the outside, a fact that continues throughout. (Plus point). The reception is light and airy, and modern in design, although it could be better laid out to make the most of the space. Such as an area with a sandwich toaster and microwave which is placed in a position where egress and access to the rooms is, narrowing the space, making it awkward for large cases or people walking in opposite directions. A better option would be to move this area to the far side of reception, where there is a random table holding nothing but a few nick nacks. On checking in, the staff, two very friendly ladies, we're busy with several guests, and what looked like a ton of paperwork. I feared a long wait. But no, the ladies were supremely efficient, and within a few minuets I had my key and was on my way to the room. All this with amazing, happy smiling, and most welcoming attitude. (Oh, how I wish this was how all hotel receptionits were.) Remembering this hotel markets itself in the budget category, that on arrival the porter-cum-security guard/car park attendant, had marshalled me into a parking bay, although there was only one other car there, then carried my luggage, albeit two relitivly small bags, to reception, before showing me to my room. Not something one generally experiences in a hotel in this catagory. He was not a bellhop looking for a tip, as once in my room he wished me a pleasant stay and was immediately gone. The room. Light, airy and a good size, with a fair size balcony.the double bed is smaller than many, but not all, hotels in this class, more of a European double, not queen or king size. Comfortable mattress. The pillows were passed their best; once your head touched them they became wafer the. This was resolved with a simple request, and within moments I had newer firmer pillows. Bed linen clean, white, crisp, fresh... full marks. One oddity, there being only one bedisde table (night stand). It seems they only plaved one as the other side of the bed is nearer the wardroab, but If the bed was moved a foot or so to the left, there would be plenty of room for a stand on each side of the bed without restricting wardrobe access. (As I say, the bed is not large). The wardrobe had clothes hangers, drawers, and houses a small in-room safe. A large smart TV stands on a low sidebord/counter, but would be better wall mounted, as it prevents the sideboard being utilised for any functional purpose. A fridge, a cafe style round table with two chairs, a full length mirror, and some shelving completes the bedroom. A kettle, mugs, & teaspoons provided, along with a daily allowance of two sachets of 3in1 coffee. Complimentary toothbrushes, cotten ear buds, shower cap, are supplied. Shower gel and shampoo in large pump action bottles are in the bathroom. (Not my favourite. I always take my own toiletries). Towels, white, soft, fluffy, two hand, two bath. Full marks for those. Bathroom relitivly small, and the shower instalation is cobbled together like an afterthought. The showerhead spraying water in all directions, this needs attention. The balcony hosts a wicker cafe style round table and two chairs. Smoking, should you indulge, is permitted on the balcony, but thankfully, not in the rooms. One more oddity. Part of the hotel, in front of the car park, is a 'coffee cabin' with a shaded seating area. Unfortunately, this was not open... due to it being low season? I'm not certain this is correct. So, all in all, I rank this as a superior budget hotel, with an exceptional, dare I say fantastic, crew of staff from reception, to porter, to room maid. If the small things I've mention here were addressed, it would be almost perfect. As it stands, I put this at the top of my budget hotel league in Pattaya, but reserve the points for improvement. I really enjoyed my stay here. 1. Rooms are clean and convenient compare to other hotels on this beach 2. They provide free transfers to and out of the pier. I didn’t know they can pick up you from the pier (maybe you should inform them before arriving) but they no problem can transfer you anytime to pier after check out. 3. I changed hotel to check different services and asked to store my small back on 1-2 days, because after I got booking here again. And they got no questions and stored it for free 🙏🥰 4. They provide towels and beach seats free for quests. Personal all around and my staff were save with them plus they have toilet near by. So convenient. If you now staying at hotel for can pay for seats: small chairs 100 batt, big ones 200 batt. Plus additional towels (idk how much) But we will planning to hang out at this location during our stay in different hotels on the beach because there are less people around 🙌 5. We are family of vegetarians and the host kindly agreed to chance our breakfast menu and I’m so thankful. Thank you Tawaen Beach hotel for making my stay at this beach very very comfortable. I will definitely come back again 💞

It was my first stay at this hotel. I decided to book based on the photos on their page. I asked for a room with a balcony but initially got a room without a window. The room was full of dust, the AC wasn't working and TV screen was fully covered in dust, the remote didn't have batteries. Not to mention there was no mini fridge nor trash bin. In toilet there was no soap, shampoo, toilet paper, nor a small towel for the feet. Upon my request we got a different room. This room was much better. Although it had dust behind the bed and one bed light and one outlet wasn't working and there was no TV remote, this room had a window next to the bed and in the toilet, a mini fridge, AC was working as well as the remote. A few things were still lacking like a small towel and a trash bin. The liquid soap and shampoo together with toilet paper we got upon my request because it wasn't in the room when we entered. Even though I booked for two nights I decided to stay one night. There was noise from Big C around 7-8PM from some kind of outdoor aerobic exercise. Also to mention the positive things. The girl at the reception was polite and helpful. Although I don't know why she didn't give us the second room first, she managed to make our stay pleasant. The location is close to Big C and the bus station. There is a baht bus waiting a few minutes to take you to the beach. Since we stayed for one night only, I asked for a refund for the second night which the staff approved. It seems that there's no housekeeping. The rooms are dusty and many amenities are missing. The price and location is good and I'm sure with regular maintenance this would be a good hotel to stay. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will come to this place again if they don't improve the service. Amazing location right on the beach road at soi 7 corner. Rooms are dated but the bed was comfy. WiFi only barely worked . Good for the price but with the WiFi problems I don't think I'd stay again

Friendly lady gave me my room's key. Breathtaking view over the sea. Beautiful place. I left the key in the room on the table when I left. I phone the guy and tell him that the key is in room A1.

MrMac's Place is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a solid, no-fuss budget accommodation. If location and customer service are your top priorities, this hotel delivers. All the rooms, as I was told, are similar in terms of basic amenities, meeting the needs of a budget traveler. The Best Feature: Location! The absolute best feature of this property is that it's situated away from the busy part of the city and its proximity to public transport. The main hop-on, hop-off route stops literally right in front of the hotel entrance, making it incredibly convenient (and cheap!) to get around the city. Fantastic Staff and Service The staff here are truly awesome—from the friendly faces at the front desk to the hardworking cleaning ladies. I originally booked a standard room without knowing the hotel layout, despite the high occupancy during the peak high season and the busy firework week, the front desk girl kindly upgraded me to the last available Deluxe room on the second floor. This level of service was deeply appreciated. Important Note on Accessibility A key piece of advice: The building has four floors and no elevator. If you are not very agile, be sure to book a Deluxe room, as these are located on the first and second floors. The standard rooms, while perfectly fine, are on the third and fourth floors, which means a lot of climbing. Traveler Tip: Avoid Street-Side Rooms For a quiet night's sleep, I highly recommend requesting a room away from the street side, as those rooms can be quite noisy. Overall, a bare bone, functional base for exploring the area, supported by a wonderful team.

Ease of access is everything in this hotel , close to food and entertainment venues ,some rooms are more quiet than others,staff are great and very helpful even though it’s a bit dated it’s worth it for everything else.o

Swimming pool look old, but clean. Wifi speed is not good, 12mb max. Room is big but look old, room is clean. Walk 5 minutes to 7-11 store and SCB atm There is a balcony with cage. The view to field with banana tree. There is space in balkony, they could place dryer for belongings, but they didn't and I don't understand why. After coming from street my t-shirt is wet, it would be nice to dry it here. Cleaning and water every day Overall feeling it is good hotel
