Home away from home. I stayed here for two weeks and it was nothing short of a 5 star hotel. From the amazing à la carter breakfast buffet to the rooftop swimming and bar. Extremely friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Just got back from another stay at Somerset Pattaya, I keep coming back here honestly. Place is always clean, like really clean, you can tell the housekeeping team takes it seriously. Location is great too, everything you need in Pattaya is close by so getting around wasn't a hassle at all. Reception staff were super helpful the whole time, anything I needed they sorted out quickly, no complaints there. Big shoutout to Chatchadopam from housekeeping, she cleaned my room every day and honestly went above and beyond. Small things like that make a stay so much better. Room itself was spacious and comfortable, nothing felt old or worn out, everything worked fine. Only thing, and it's not really a complaint, just wish the pool stayed open later than 8pm. Would've used it more in the evenings if it closed a bit later. Anyway, another great stay, I'll keep booking here whenever I'm in Pattaya.

This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exceptional Return Stay – Personalized Service Beyond Expectations! This was my return visit to the hotel, and I must say I am as impressed as I was the first time. I had requested a complimentary birthday cake and a pre-booked Pavilion, both of which were handled perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the following team members: Khun Pakakan (Reservation Office) & Khun Somporn: Thank you for the seamless coordination and for securing the Pavilion booking for me. The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

This hotel is in a very convenient location—close to the bus terminal, the beach, and the market but it's very quiet. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. What surprised and deeply touched us was how they handled a forgotten item. When my friend left something behind, the staff arranged to ship it to Bangkok with top-notch security. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival. 🛏️ The Room & Comfort The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner. The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot. 📺 Appliances & Tech WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day. Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter. Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly. Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove. 🍳 Dining & Breakfast Served buffet-style and tasted amazing. Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods. But there were no seafood or fish available. 🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees. Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel. 🔄 Verdict We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

A True Hidden Gem in the Heart of Pattaya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I ended up at the Aston Hotel under a bit of stress after my flight was cancelled, forcing me to extend my stay in Thailand by a week. Honestly? It was the best ”accident” that could have happened. Since the hotel just opened in December 2025, everything feels incredibly fresh, modern, and pristine. It’s rare to find a spot that balances high-end quality with such a reasonable price point. Highlights of My Stay Modern Luxury: Being a brand-new property, the rooms are sleek and the amenities are top-notch. You can really tell they put thought into the design and comfort. Prime Location: If you want to be where the action is, this is it. It’s perfectly situated right in the middle of Pattaya’s best shopping malls, vibrant nightlife, and amusement attractions. Everything I wanted to see or do was just a short walk or baht bus ride away. Exemplary Service: The staff went above and beyond. Even though I was dealing with the headache of a cancelled flight, their warm hospitality and efficiency made me forget all about my travel troubles. A Quick Tip I opted not to add breakfast to my booking, and for me, it was the right call. Because the hotel is so centrally located, there are dozens of incredible local cafes and street food vendors right outside the front door. It’s a great way to explore the local flavors! The Verdict Whether you’re booking a planned vacation or—like me—need a last-minute sanctuary, the Aston Hotel is an absolute winner. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone visiting Pattaya. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully with a confirmed flight next time)!

Nice hotel resort in its price. My room was at 7th floor. Clean, tidy, AC working well. View ia great (sea view and pool view. Breakfast:l OK (not bad not good) Staff: Friendly and helpfull. Cleaning: they clean the room in daily basis. Location: It is exactly next to the beaxh. Some restaurant nearby, 7eleven - 3 min walking. Huge swimming pool. Unfortuneatly, gym facility is very poor. Only 1 treatmill and set of barbel. Conclusion: I'd come back again.

It’s good room good location easy to find the good food great restaurants and so many big mall near by … wow that awesome … but the one thing about parking lot … maybe not enough for our car

The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
