Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. Nice stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was modern and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were good. The only downside was the location, which is a bit far from the main areas. Other than that, everything was fine and I would recommend this hotel.

Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Konaklamamız süresince bizimle mıhteşem ilgilendi. Bu ilgi ve alakası için kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Bundan sonra bu otel Bursa da kalacağımız tek adresimiz oldu. The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast was great and a good selection of variety of food for a healthy morning meal. Parking for customers is in the back. Polite staff and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Anatolia! The hotel is perfectly located, close to pretty much everything, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and has a luxurious feel throughout. The amenities were great, and the staff were genuinely lovely, welcoming, and always helpful. We stayed in an Executive Room, which had a beautiful view and a large window that made the room even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also good, although it would be even better with a wider selection of traditional Turkish dishes, especially local Bursa specialties and things like börek. Our only minor inconvenience was the food delivery policy. When ordering food from outside, the staff won’t bring it up to your room, so you have to go all the way downstairs to collect it yourself. A small detail, but something worth improving. Other than that, everything was excellent. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Saya pernah berkunjung ke banyak hotel sebagai pelancong biasa tetapi ini sangat unik. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, berdekatan dengan mana-mana tempat: bas mini, bas, restoran, pusat Gorukle, Trio AVM, barang-barang itu memberi saya bilik yang sangat bagus , sangat bersih, mereka sedia membantu bila-bila masa, kakitangan boleh berbahasa Inggeris, saya dapati semua kemudahan yang saya perlukan dengan tambahan, malah mereka menawarkan sarapan yang enak dan mewah, pemandangannya indah dari tingkat 6, ada lega sebaik sahaja anda masuk ke dalam bilik, begitu tenang dan santai, mereka berhati-hati kerana wabak itu. Saya akan memberikan semua bintang ke hotel ini, penginapan yang luar biasa, saya pasti akan datang ke sini lagi, saya menyukainya.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.
