Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. Просто волшебный отель. Расположен в парке. Чистый , вкусный воздух, полное умиротворение. Еда в ресторане восхитительная. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый (немного подучить английский). Бассейн чистый, большой , очень комфортный. Минус один-нет меню на английском. В остальном очень довольны, вернулись бы сюда ещё и будем рекомендовать всем.

Nice stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was modern and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were good. The only downside was the location, which is a bit far from the main areas. Other than that, everything was fine and I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

Saya pernah berkunjung ke banyak hotel sebagai pelancong biasa tetapi ini sangat unik. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, berdekatan dengan mana-mana tempat: bas mini, bas, restoran, pusat Gorukle, Trio AVM, barang-barang itu memberi saya bilik yang sangat bagus , sangat bersih, mereka sedia membantu bila-bila masa, kakitangan boleh berbahasa Inggeris, saya dapati semua kemudahan yang saya perlukan dengan tambahan, malah mereka menawarkan sarapan yang enak dan mewah, pemandangannya indah dari tingkat 6, ada lega sebaik sahaja anda masuk ke dalam bilik, begitu tenang dan santai, mereka berhati-hati kerana wabak itu. Saya akan memberikan semua bintang ke hotel ini, penginapan yang luar biasa, saya pasti akan datang ke sini lagi, saya menyukainya.

It was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful

Otelin önünden (Uludağ Üniversitesi İstasyonu) şehrin merkezine (Şehreküstü/Ulucami Hanlar Bölgesi İstasyonu) metro hattı ile trafiğe girmeden/park yeri aramanıza gerek kalmadan rahatça gidip gezebilirsiniz. Otel eski Holiday Inn sadece işletmesi/adı değişmiş. Executive odada kaldık, ga*** konforlu ve rahattı. Hizmet kalitesi iyiydi bir dediğimiz iki olmadı isteklerimize hemen dönüş yaptılar. Personelin müşteri memnuniyeti ne verdikleri kaliteli önem için teşekkür ederiz...
