Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The apartment was easy to find using Google Maps, and it offers free parking conveniently close to the main entrance. The owner was very helpful and even assisted us with bringing our luggage to our room, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience

Bursa is my new favourite place the price is very diffrent from istanbul and the hotel very nice it was big even tho economy room everything was nice the sleep location if u like to walk this place is nice.the reception has good service and good information the lady really help me with how to explore this place and public tranport everything was good.if u want to back istanbul using bus u can use Otogar Bursa that was big station for busses very easy. I had good time and fun in bursa If u want to go bursa teleferik (cable car) u can walk to there its like 6 km from the hotel just prepare for a bit of hiking because the road was up hill.I recommend u take public transport to teleferik to bursa (uludag).u can walk back hotel by walking that perfect time u explore the city it was 1 way to hotel.

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Anatolia! The hotel is perfectly located, close to pretty much everything, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and has a luxurious feel throughout. The amenities were great, and the staff were genuinely lovely, welcoming, and always helpful. We stayed in an Executive Room, which had a beautiful view and a large window that made the room even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also good, although it would be even better with a wider selection of traditional Turkish dishes, especially local Bursa specialties and things like börek. Our only minor inconvenience was the food delivery policy. When ordering food from outside, the staff won’t bring it up to your room, so you have to go all the way downstairs to collect it yourself. A small detail, but something worth improving. Other than that, everything was excellent. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min. Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel. Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

The hotel is simply charming, with a beautiful old architecture that truly reflects the spirit of Bursa. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff is always kind and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for what the hotel offers, making it a great value for money. Highly recommended!

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.

Overall it was fine for the price, but when I checked it, the WiFi didn’t work. They said it would be fixed in 2 hours. Then I asked them again and they promised to get it fixed by the evening. But the next morning it still didn’t work, which affected my work and I had to move to another hotel without any refund for the rest of the stay. Also, in the bathroom the shower was leaking and the floor was wet. Staff looked nice and friendly, but giving the false information about WiFi isn’t nice at all.
