Ceylan Splend'or Uludag, Autograph Collection
"Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. "Good people and locations"
Pera Pansiyon
"Zenhotels is the provider and supplier, and Pera Suits seems unaware of this fact, resulting in terrible customer service. Their behavior was very rude, and it left my wife in tears. Such treatment cannot be justified, regardless of cost. They misled us by quoting a price of 5100 TL for a better room, but then downgraded our rooms to the same price. This is unacceptable, and potential customers should be warned. I strongly advise finding another place to stay."
