"The worst hotel I've stayed in in Bursa, from check-in to check-out. Terrible location, dusty rooms, broken door, cheap pillows, and awful reception staff. The only good thing about the hotel was the concierge, a very respectful, cheerful, and helpful older man who gave a very warm welcome and spoke better English than the reception staff. He should be the hotel manager because he knows how to treat guests well and respect them."
