Overall we had a very nice stay and really liked the room with a large balcony.

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

الفندق جداً جداً جداً ممتاز نظافه وخدمة غرف وكل شي ممتاز كانت من أفضل الرحلات عندي انا والعائلة وأنصح به كثيراً يوجد مواقف سيارات مجانا بالفندق تحت والاستقبال كان اكثر من روعه وخصوصاً الاخت Müzeyyen تتكلم اللغه العربيه ممتاز كانت جداً ممتازه مع عائلتي وأطفالي مهم لكل فندق ان يجعل اشخاص يتحدثون اللغه العربيه لتسهيل اجراءات على المسافرين العرب بشكل عام والخليج بشكل خاص لانهم الاكثر استخداماً للفنادق انا جربت الافطار جميل جداً ولكن لا استطيع التقييم بشكل افضل بسبب كرونا والاجراءات المتبعه لكل فندق الفندق قريب جداً من سوق MARKA MALL وقريب من الحديقه وقريب من محطة القطارات ويوجد بقربه مستشفى ميديكانا انا جربت الغرفه بالزاويه تطل على محطة القطارات اسمها كورنر عند الحجز صراحه الاقامه فيه اكثر من روعه يستحق التقييم 10 /10

Geçtiğimiz hafta tavsiye üzerine ilk defa gittim bu otelin spasına. Yaşadığım muhitte böyle güzel hizmet veren bir Spa merkezi olması güzel. Yurt içi, yurtdışı bir çok spa gördüm hepsinin kendine has bir konsepti var. Ama nedense burada hiç bir konsept yok ne müzik, ne tütsü kokusu hiç bir şey yok. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve tesis hakkında bilgi veren hanım hariç yüzü gülen kimse yok. Spa ambiyansı adına danışmanlık almanızı tavsiye ederim. Bunların hepsi geliştirilebilir ancak orada çalışanlara bağırıp duran elindeki eşyaları gözümüzün önünde sağa sola vuran Hanım orada çalışmaktan pek hoşnut değil gibi geldi bana. Ben spa ya rahatlamaya, stresimden arınmaya gelirken masaj odasına kadar gelen azarlama sesleri beni rahatsız etti. O kırmızı pantolonlu hanım orada oldukça da bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist wherever possible. The bed is soft and extremely comfortable. However, the buffet breakfast was basic and just okay. Overall a good experience.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

I stay in Hampton by Hilton Bursa two nights, facilities are good, environment is quite, everything is ok for me.

لم يكن الموظفون ودودون عند تسجيل الدخول ولم يقم الاستقبال باستقبالي واستقبال الحقائب مما اضطرني لحمل الحقائب بنفسي والغرفه لم تكن مجهزة بأغراض الحمام الكافيه واخبرني موظف الاستقبال انه اذا اردت تنظيف الغرفه يجب عليك الطلب لانهم لن ينظفو من دون طلب ومع ذلك لم اطلب في اول يوم وتم تنظيف غرفتي لم اعرف لمذا الاستقبال يبلغني باشياء لايفعلونها
