This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere. ✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet. ✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. ✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space. ✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea. ✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation. 💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.

Останавливаемся в этих аппартаментах уже второй раз. Нас все устраивает. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина. В гостиной большой диван. Персонал очень приветливый. В прошлом отзыве я писала, что у кого чуткий сон может мешать шум с оживленной дороги - у нас номер выходил на бассейн. В этот раз у нас окна выходили на ресепшен , было тихо.

## ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5: Beautiful property with great food, but let down by poor service **Pros:** Gorgeous grounds, excellent food **Cons:** Unprofessional service, lacks a true luxury feel for the price I recently stayed at XO Cape in Fethiye. While the hotel has immense potential and some fantastic highlights, the overall experience fell short of a true luxury getaway, leading me to give it a 3 out of 5-star rating. ### The Good: Rooms, Grounds, and Dining On the positive side, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are stunning, modern, and well-designed, and the entire property and grounds are beautifully maintained. Another major highlight was the food—everything we ate was very good, highly flavorful, and beautifully presented. The culinary team definitely knows what they are doing. ### The Bad: Service and Value for Money Unfortunately, the service is where the experience truly stumbles. For a hotel in this price range, you expect attentive and professional hospitality, but we found the staff to be largely untrained. On multiple occasions, we noticed employees hanging around on their smartphones rather than paying attention to or serving the guests. It felt like we had to wave people down just to get basic service. ＞ **Final Verdict:** Because of the lackluster service, that absolute ”luxury feeling” you expect at this price point never quite kicked in. It’s a beautiful property held back by poor service. However, if they manage to fix these issues and train their staff properly, **we would definitely come back in the future.**

My mother was staying in a separate room upstairs, she liked it though it was too high for 72-year-old. There was everything for cooking and we all loved her terrace. Room was small but comfy. AC wasn’t working, but staff were kind to fix it (together with the socket). Smell inside was funny, but we had a good sleep no matter what. Cats were attacking her door for couple of times)))

What a gem of a hotel ROOME is in Fethiye. Booked here for one night as had an early start in morning to get our bus. Our room was gorgeous - very spacious we booked a room with a round bathtub in the room & it didn't disappoint soo relaxing. Lovely comfy bed & bedding was lovely quality + smelt wonderful. One tiny gripe with the room is there does need to be possibly one light that you can make brighter if you wish as lighting in room has been designed with room ambiance in mind... Also whilst the location is brilliant for shopping , dining out etc it is on quite a noisy street so just bear that in mind if you like ultra quiet rooms. Breakfast was a delight - lovely staff attending you & the breakfast was of very high ingredients. I only wish we had been able to stay a few more nights but we will definitely be going back neck year & this time we will book a table at the restaurant downstairs  Le Populaire which has rave reviews. Thank you to all staff at ROOME for making our stay so enjoyable 😀

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and set within a well-secured resort, which made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk to everyday essentials like transport links and some nice, affordable places to eat. The resort itself faces the sea, and even though our apartment didn’t have a direct sea view, the beach was literally just across the road. Getting around was very easy without a car since public transport runs regularly and is surprisingly cheap, starting from about 70 pence per trip. The host, Lebrentals, was great to deal with, and Sadik, our main contact, really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and always happy to help—often saying, “just let me know whatever you need,” which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to come back. It’s a genuinely nice place to stay.

It’s a huge villa with a swimming pool, bar and restaurant — everything you need. The front desk and staff were patient and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us Chinese guests who don’t speak English well. I’m so grateful. The whole place is luxurious, elegant and well‑thought‑out. You’re welcome to visit China!

Отель понравился. Удобное расположение на первой линии, с красивыми закатами. Вкусные и сытные завтраки. Свежий ремонт в номерах. Недалеко парк Sehit Fethi Bey. Были на новый год, поэтому было важно, что в номерах тепло и хороший напор теплой воды в душе.

Very satisfied with the facilities of the room! The room is also very affordable. The reception staff at the front desk is friendly and enthusiastic, but his English is not very good, but it is not a big problem. The fly in the ointment is that the hot water in the rain is not hot enough, and the bath is a bit cold. The traffic is also convenient. There are many minibuss that pass through the door of the hotel. I have two more times to go directly to the beach, but this is because they are all downhill, and it will be very tiring if you walk up. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel located just 400 meters away from the beach. My room was very clean and spacious, furniture was fresh and I got impression hotel was renovated recently. The only issue I found in the room was cause of the bare tile floor it has big echo and you can hear every door slam of the neighbours rooms and every move of the furniture. Rooms have no sound proof at all. They serve breakfast from 7 until 10 at the bar terrace overlooking the street. Breakfast had a lot of options, fresh fruits, cheese, boiled eggs, hot sausage, olives, pastry, baigels, packaged butter, jam, et. They have coffee machine and choice of packed tea. Daytime from the pool you can see a lot of paragliders landing to the beach. And night time you can hear nearby nightclubs. The hotel bar was quiet at night though. In the morning you can hear birds. Big thanks for the staff cause they were ready to change my room, but it's not so easy to find a quiet place at this location, it's a busy area.
