"We stayed for 5 nights in a family room in June 2026. It was a 5-star hotel with excellent comfort and everything was perfect, and it was incredibly clean. The family room was especially good, and the rooms on our floor looked nice; they were renovated and sparkling clean. I inspected a few rooms while they were being cleaned. The view from the terrace was amazing. The breakfast was very clean and wonderful; the buffet wasn't complicated, it had everything. All the staff, from housekeeping to the breakfast area and the reception area, were smiling; no one was grumpy. The daily cleaning was also great. The hotel deserves more stars. "This hotel is located on the road outside Fethiye, and its price and configuration are three-star. According to the three-star standard, it is still okay. It's a bit original: the village road and parking lot next to the hotel are all untreated dirt roads, and the hotel has no walls. It's also a little cozy: there is a small swimming pool, breakfast can be taken outdoors, and there is an open space surrounded by several houses in the hotel. The service staff seems to be from the village. It has a homely atmosphere in the countryside, and it feels good. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but it is basically enough. It's good for a business trip or a temporary stay for one night."

"We were guests at The Residence for Two weeks at the end of May We are regular guests to Antalya in The Regnum Maxx Royal Cullinan Rixos etc so high calibre hotels This hotel’s ambiance service and vibes bettered all the above We were totally blown away with the welcome given on arrival the service kindness and genuine care that your stay was of a high standard Everyone from cleaners gardeners waiters and managers, welcome service and attitude was outstanding We stayed in block 46 with views out to sea thru the wooded area this block receives sun all day and is extremely quiet The room has a jacuzzi style bath (salts and oils included) Power shower iron ironing board hairdryer and straighteners Bottles of branded sprits and a fridge full of soft drinks There are snacks and chocolate replaced daily too Pillow menu and pillow spray! The room is nothing short of immaculate with turn down service included too There is a swim up bar a pool bar and a beach bar Service round the pool is constant from friendly Emily staff who simply can not do enough for you The resort seems to be mainly English guests and the standard of spoken English by all staff is amazing Food is served daily in the main resturant which is all Al a carte you will want for nothing Cuphea is a nice lunch time area also Al a carte) bookable but free in evenings) You can book free The Al a cartes next door too There are 3 Turkish Italian and Chinese Payable steak and fish Balkon has a fabulous Turkish breakfast spread in a gorgeous setting In the lounge there are chocolates ice cream and cakes ☺️ After frequently visiting the top hotels in Antalya with double if not more price tag I can highly recommend The Residance It maybe considerably smaller but service facilities and overall feeling of complete tranquility is second to none I could go on and on .. but dint think twice about booking Enjoy "

"A very pleasant hotel for a serene holiday surrounded by the deep blue sea and forest. Our holiday became more enjoyable with the hospitable welcome of Mr. Muzaffer and the friendliness of Ms. Zehra, who is responsible for the cleaning of the hotel. Be sure to try the burger at the lunch snack bar or by the pool. Everything was perfect. It can be your first choice for a pleasant and peaceful holiday. We will come again."

"We first came in September 2025 and loved the hotel so much we decide to return. There have definitely been some changes, some for the better, some for the worse. It is still an excellent modern luxury hotel with a fantastic All inclusive concept but I don't think we will return again immediately. Daytime activities: It was a shame that none of the entertainment team from last year were still there. In fact there seemed to be hardly any staff at all. I especially liked the gym and exercise programs and the instructors were good. Whilst there appeared to be more variety of activities this year they were less frequent than last year so no overall gain. Last year SUP (paddleboards) was 6 days a week at 9am now it is only twice a week at 8.30am which is a bit too early. Same with mountain biking. Paddle courts were free before but are now 25 euros per hour. The addition of the Hyrox equipment and TRX is great and I would have liked more classes. There was a wellness day each Saturday but this cost 30 euros and there was not much else happening because of this. Evening entertainment: Shows were watchable but quite samey apart from the magic show. I was hoping to see some return acts from last year which were great e.g. the orchestra. They did not seem so well attended this year but maybe the hotel was not as busy. Food/restaurants: The Turkish and Asian are no longer free compared to last year. We ate at Seasons a lot which was very good but I did feel the menu was not as varied as last year. Good to see some of the same staff especially Selman in the beach bar. The paving of the beach bar terrace is definitely a good addition to the hotel and made this a much better venue for after show entertainment and they had some decent bands play after the show. Be aware if your room is near the neighbouring Signa hotel as they play loud thumping music all day and until about 1am. I sat at the adult pool each day and it drowned out any music being played around the pool. I could hear it in my room above the noise of the air conditioning. Given both hotels are both part of the same hotel chain I would have thought they might operate more cooperatively so that neighbouring guests are not inconvenienced by loud music. Also note that the air conditioning is pre-set by the hotel to no lower than 20 degrees though ours did not go below 22 and we were waking each night as it was too hot. We complained and they manually adjusted it."

"We checked into the golden moon last night for just two nights, after leaving a hotel in oludeniz that was awful. From the minute we walked into golden moon, we felt home. This is the first time staying here and wish we had longer! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the room was absolutely beautiful with a pool view and everything about this hotel is so chilled and relaxed. We didn’t come down until 9am and there were plenty of sun loungers left! Also, a huge green flag for us is that the hotel is dog friendly. I think there are a few dogs that live on site and for a dog lover who has Turkish rescues at home, this was really special and touching. I’ve seen a few reviews about the dogs being an issue but they’re not. They don’t bother people, they’re just happy to sit, chill, wag their tails and run around happy! What more can you want? Happy dogs, happy staff, great location.. just beautiful. Thank you golden moon and the only thing I am sorry about is that we didn’t get to stay longer!"

Very limited basic food, no fried eggs, pancakes for children to enjoy! 2nd night out of 7 and we have not eaten breakfast here (2 adults, 2 children) The showers are not hot in the evenings, so we’re having to have luke warm showers which is making children ill. Short staffed, reception doesnt answer the phone. Booked via loveholidays who have confirmed airconditioning is part of the booking, the hotel has tried asking us to pay extra! No- we will not."
