"Just arrived back from a lovely 18 night stay here at Golden Moon Hotel. Rooms have had a re vamp from last year & are very nice, although I did miss the chair . The bathroom is unchanged atm. Bedding & towels changed & room cleaned every day. We didn’t do breakfast but lots of guests did. We where in room 202 and didn’t hear any dogs, cats, cars ect Air conditioning we fully working. Bar staff lovely, Alex & his brother ( sorry I forgot) If I had a gripe or two it would be , 1 - the grids around the pool where dirty & looked like they could do with a good scrub & the grid by the steps where broken . 2 - the grass in areas was mud, so when you got out the pool you needed flip flops on to walk back to your bed , my husband didn’t & got mud everywhere, on the towels , floor ect And also the sunbed mattress looked really bad Apart from that all good. We look forward to seeing you again soon."

"Back from a fantastic week at the Hisar and no complaints from us. Arrived and our needs were met by the team with no issues. Bags helped to the rooms and ready to start a week of relaxation. One of our rooms was in the block next to Eski bar so could have some loud noise, but as we never went to bed early it wasn’t an issue for us. We enjoyed laughing at the bar across the road from the balcony. The other room was at the opposite end of the pool, great location too. Rooms were always clean with fresh towels and bins emptied almost daily. Breakfast was basic but that suited us - scrambled eggs on toast, mushrooms on toast, beans on toast, oats and yogurt, fruits, cheeses. Always something a little different each day. Pool itself was great, as a fan of the shade I’d soon worked out where I wanted to lie. The other sun worshippers also were happy. We ate lunch at the hotel most days and dinner twice - the steak was cooked exactly how we like it and was an excellent size for the price paid. Salads were huge and pasta tasty. Cocktails by the pool in the afternoon were delicious. Eski bar was great fun - pool table to keep you entertained whilst waiting to meet others and great service and cocktails. Turkish bath in the spa below was relaxing and the staff so friendly. Not one complaint from us for this trip - thank you Hisar Holiday Club. We first came 20 years ago and will be back again soon."

"We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided."

"Very very disappointing, ROOM 20 GARDEN if you where allocated a pool veiw you would possibly be giving 3/4 stars? ( for those giving rave reviews, I have been coming to ole deniz for 23 years) I have stayed at basic, boutique, but thought would give Karbel a try as for the good reviews. Late arrival, taken to room ,room ok, wake in morning opening the curtains, was in complete shock!! There where several tin sheds ,piles of disused hotel equipment wood mental .. very depressing!! Asked to move room , manager appeared helpful and obviously did not see a problem , we where moved to a downgraded room which was smaller loud air con needed because room was hot , woke up toilet didn't work , manager said whole block was at fault , moved to original room in what i will call shanty veiw. The entrance to this room is situated on a main busy very noisey ! no quality sleep. I have never had bites , this time several ,maybe damp from laundry being washed/dried,adjacent to balcony *Pool nice *Breakfast mainly caters for Turkish pallet, so toast egg omelette, English breakfast for a price *entrance beautiful *rooms to back smart/ deluxe nice..but no actual difference balcony unusable as gastly veiw (depressing not what you expect on a holiday) *sulphur smell from bathroom *very noisey road noise so no quality sleep I have attached several pictures entance/room On booking there is no mention of the laundry facilities, so no informed choice before booking The whole holiday was then overshadowed by this room , as I needed to sit on balcony to relax and breath fresh air I shall also be emailing jet2 and will be asking for explanation as why shanty veiw is not mentioned and there are no pictures only a room will an exceptional green tree ? ? Did any one else have a problem with this room?? Plus VEIW Outside of this hotel we have had a fab time as usual ole deniz is beautiful"

"Basic but amazing location. More than average but not quite very good. Bathroom was basic (shower room really). Looked a bit ramshackle - fuse box for shower was in the bathroom (exposed not boxed in), which can't be safe! There probably other cabins that were higher spec but ours as you see from pics basic. Had an amazing view. There must be mosquitos during the summer (there were nets around the windows). Small swimming pool available, had a great breakfast, dinner was a buffet (nearest place to eat a taxi ride away), so need to use taxis or have a car to get around. Had various games (pool table, darts, table tennis, TV screen and bar, so well catered for."

"Nice hotel, but a lot of stairs and the outside lift is very slow. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The best part of our holiday was the entertainment team, Mr Luxury, Mr Frankie, Mr Madu, Mr Kai, Miss Victoria, Miss Suzie and Miss Irina, they were all so fantastic and great daily activities and evening shows were amazing. The only thing I felt let the hotel down was the food."
