"Location: very good, central, buses to oludeniz and Otogar Place: clean, very comfy beds, daily cleaning, renovated bathroom, nice view from balcony Minuses: half of our stay (3 nights) there was no WiFi, they gave us different but on our floor there was absolutely no connection to it so the problem was not di. Bathroom door: I wouldnt recommend it if you come with new boyfriend/girlfriend, using bathroom might be uncomfortable due to the fact that there is no regular door but more like 'door cover' on rail which leaves spaces o the right and left side so everything is heard in the room Overall I would choose this place again if they fixed the WiFi i think is very nice and cozy place."

"I have been going to Ant Apart Otel for many years, it is the best place you could ever wish to stay. Tan and Ceylin are the most brilliant owners, nothing is ever too much trouble and they make you so so welcome. These are self catering apartments and you can eat and drink whatever you like in your apartment, there only request is that you do not bring your own food and drink around the pool area (not too much to ask) There is a fabulous restaurant where you can get various foods from breakfast, lunch and snacks. The food is always good. Our apartment was cleaned on a daily basis and the sheets and towels changed every 2/3 days, the maids were always very friendly. The bar staff are excellent, quick to serve you and nothing is too much trouble, cocktails were good too. I watch the maids every morning when they arrive and they clean the reception area, toilets around the pool and the stairs leading up from reception before moving on to other areas and into the rooms, they work very hard. All the decking around the pool has been refurbished this year and the pool man comes in every evening to make sure the pool is up to standard. I would highly recommended anyone to stay here, you will have the most fantastic time You will arrive as a guest and leave as a friend and will want to come back."

"The overall feeling is better than Hanghai, but the swimming pool in Hanghai will give you extra points for taking photos. This hotel is right next to Hanghai and belongs to the same cliff seaside. There is no beach. You can go down to the sea directly through the stairs. The water is very clear and very beautiful. I swam in the sea for a while and could see the seabed directly. There were many fish, which was suitable for swimming and snorkeling. I smoked a cigar by the sea to feel the sea breeze. I had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed the sunset. The portion was large and the taste was good. Good seats need to be booked in advance. Breakfast is not in line with the appetite of Chinese people. The cheese bread and eggs are tasteless. "Absolutely gutted to be writing this review regarding the Hisar. We have been staying here for the last twelve years and always had the best time! We loved this hotel! However this year not long after arriving someone ( with a key ) entered our room and stole all our holiday money! The way we were treated was awful, while waiting on the police to arrive I needed water as I was hyperventilating and felt sick! I was actually charged for the bottle of water which I couldn’t believe. They’ll say they checked all the security cameras and no one entered our room, but there is in fact NO cameras that record any room doors only the bar area and a few steps to the rooms! ( obviously) they asked why we had so much cash, which I proved re email we had which was none of their business. We cant even claim holiday insurance as we are only covered for up to £200 in cash with £100 excess. We had to use a credit card to get by and are now waiting for the dreaded bill to arrive. Such a shame as the bar staff pool guy waiters & cleaners are all such lovely people. We had more offers of help from hotel guests local shops and friends but no help whatsoever from the hotel! We also just found out that this in fact also happened to another family same time last year!!! ( hotel said it’s never happened before ) well it has. At the end of the day you’re only a number and not a friend! Advice from us DO NOT leave reception without a safe key EVER !!! We will never stay in this hotel again."

The family room was especially good, and the rooms on our floor looked nice; they were renovated and sparkling clean. I inspected a few rooms while they were being cleaned. The view from the terrace was amazing. The breakfast was very clean and wonderful; the buffet wasn't complicated, it had everything.
