"Overall it was very good, mainly because of the location, the parking space in front of the hotel and the fact that you didn't have to think about what to eat, you took care of all your meals directly at the hotel. The beach is only a five to ten minute walk away. But the downside is that the room facilities are too old and the air conditioning is not very good, but overall it is not bad.
总体来说还是非常不错的，主要是位置好，门口有停车位，而且不用考虑吃什么，直接在酒店解决了所有用餐。距离沙滩走路只要五到10分钟的路程。但是缺点是房间的设施太老旧了空调也不是很好使，总体来说还不错吧。"

PPengguna TetamuThis is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff are one of the least helpful during my Türkiye trip, you can feel they are very robotic. Does’t feel welcomed at all but the room is really lovely as seen on the pics. Bfast is great with lots of choices. Location is great cause it is close to all the yacht and the old town. From the balcony of our room we have the view of the marina.
Ps: when i booked the room I saw theres a swing in the web however the room I stayed doesnt have one.

位置:步行五分鐘就是海灘，坐小巴下車走路五分鐘就到，而且不臨街不吵。
環境:是一個小花園別墅式酒店，外國人很多，環境超級棒，中心是泳池，還有一圈數量很多的躺椅，整個酒店花園裡裡外外都比較乾淨，綠化也很好，給人很chill的感覺。
服務:超級棒！！！前台小姐姐服務超級熱情，英語流利，溝通非常順利，介紹到位，酒店裡自助餐，酒水吧枱，甜品吧隨便吃！
餐食:自助餐種類非常多，口味比較偏歐洲，座位也很多不會擠。
總之體驗非常棒！

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a really lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and set within a well-secured resort, which made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk to everyday essentials like transport links and some nice, affordable places to eat. The resort itself faces the sea, and even though our apartment didn’t have a direct sea view, the beach was literally just across the road. Getting around was very easy without a car since public transport runs regularly and is surprisingly cheap, starting from about 70 pence per trip.
The host, Lebrentals, was great to deal with, and Sadik, our main contact, really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and always happy to help—often saying, “just let me know whatever you need,” which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to come back. It’s a genuinely nice place to stay.

The hotel is in the process of renovation works which disturbed our stay but minimal . Breakfast service was superb and good value , staff was super friendly and very informative . We would stay at this hotel again but not in the same room . Location wise would highly recommend .

CCascadianVikingThis is a nice hotel with views of the ocean and swimming pools. However, it's not very walkable. You have to walk up and down a steep mountain with very little room to avoid cars and trucks and motorcycles.
And if you're tempted to be a dummy like me and walk from Fethiye, don't do it!

CC_KYLE _J_XThe hotel has a spectacular view of Oludeniz cause it is actually on hillside. It is good gym exercises to go up and down by foot everyday. The transportation service is highly recommended if you would like to go and back between the beach or Hisaronu and the hotel. There is a taxi station right next to the hotel which is convenient. The bellboy and restaurant staff demonstrate their professionalism in the hotel. The breakfast included in the room rate is good. I thought the view and the hotel swimming pool are their selling points.

I’ll share my story with you:
They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting.
I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think.
So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice.
So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday.
I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”.
Absolutely worst service experience ever.
