This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere. ✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet. ✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. ✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space. ✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea. ✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation. 💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.

Удобная зона с лежаками у бассейна. До моря очень близко через красивые улочки с разными деревьями и цветами. За углом у дороги два магазина , где можно купить все необходимое , рядом остановка до центра Фетхие, ехать 20 минут. Пляж хороший , при нас из моря вышла черепаха. Единственное не хватало духовки.

Очень хороший отель, сервис на высоте, в номере есть все тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, можно попить кофе или чай, близко к морю, что не маловажно у отеля есть пляж бесплатный напротив через дорогу 😍Завтрак а-ля карт в ресторане по меню очень вкусный 😋Однозначно рекомендую!

## ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5: Beautiful property with great food, but let down by poor service **Pros:** Gorgeous grounds, excellent food **Cons:** Unprofessional service, lacks a true luxury feel for the price I recently stayed at XO Cape in Fethiye. While the hotel has immense potential and some fantastic highlights, the overall experience fell short of a true luxury getaway, leading me to give it a 3 out of 5-star rating. ### The Good: Rooms, Grounds, and Dining On the positive side, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are stunning, modern, and well-designed, and the entire property and grounds are beautifully maintained. Another major highlight was the food—everything we ate was very good, highly flavorful, and beautifully presented. The culinary team definitely knows what they are doing. ### The Bad: Service and Value for Money Unfortunately, the service is where the experience truly stumbles. For a hotel in this price range, you expect attentive and professional hospitality, but we found the staff to be largely untrained. On multiple occasions, we noticed employees hanging around on their smartphones rather than paying attention to or serving the guests. It felt like we had to wave people down just to get basic service. ＞ **Final Verdict:** Because of the lackluster service, that absolute ”luxury feeling” you expect at this price point never quite kicked in. It’s a beautiful property held back by poor service. However, if they manage to fix these issues and train their staff properly, **we would definitely come back in the future.**

The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose. The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive. He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad.

Stayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.

My mother was staying in a separate room upstairs, she liked it though it was too high for 72-year-old. There was everything for cooking and we all loved her terrace. Room was small but comfy. AC wasn’t working, but staff were kind to fix it (together with the socket). Smell inside was funny, but we had a good sleep no matter what. Cats were attacking her door for couple of times)))

The cutest little spot in Oludeniz. The bungalows with the jacuzzi add to the ambience. You can see the paragliding from your balcony which is an added bonus. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and you can book the paragliding there for around £50. Please be aware that this hotel is on a steep hill, so walking to, and from your room will definitely make your legs, stronger and toned. Family friendly.

It’s a huge villa with a swimming pool, bar and restaurant — everything you need. The front desk and staff were patient and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us Chinese guests who don’t speak English well. I’m so grateful. The whole place is luxurious, elegant and well‑thought‑out. You’re welcome to visit China!

The hotel located just 400 meters away from the beach. My room was very clean and spacious, furniture was fresh and I got impression hotel was renovated recently. The only issue I found in the room was cause of the bare tile floor it has big echo and you can hear every door slam of the neighbours rooms and every move of the furniture. Rooms have no sound proof at all. They serve breakfast from 7 until 10 at the bar terrace overlooking the street. Breakfast had a lot of options, fresh fruits, cheese, boiled eggs, hot sausage, olives, pastry, baigels, packaged butter, jam, et. They have coffee machine and choice of packed tea. Daytime from the pool you can see a lot of paragliders landing to the beach. And night time you can hear nearby nightclubs. The hotel bar was quiet at night though. In the morning you can hear birds. Big thanks for the staff cause they were ready to change my room, but it's not so easy to find a quiet place at this location, it's a busy area.
