TTravel bugxoxoxoI have very mixed feelings about this hotel- the room was modern and simple and clean. Soomin—at check in was lovely & wonderful so thanks :) However, the breakfast waiters/staff- were the rudest. I have never experienced such bad service and I’m not the type of person who is bothered by service. They were rude, snappy, slow and insulting and called our tip “fun” when we simply only were bought a orange juice 30 minutes late

SSagar DodejaWe became Hyatt Member and still we had to call so many times for just 2 bottles of water.
Moreso, it’s been 20 days and still they have not released the security deposit. Everywhere we went in our USA trip, the security deposit was released the very same day of checkout. We called them so many times, they say that we have unblocked it but it still show pending in our credit card.
Then we saw many google reviews that this is a common problem of Hyatt Place at Anaheim.
We will try to avoid staying here the next time.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

드드라이어Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

AAgatha81酒店地理位置很好，出門左轉步行去迪斯尼大概十來分鐘，沿途有一家麥當勞🍔可以吃飯，衹是可選品種有點偏少。右轉步行20分鐘就看到網紅阿甘蝦館，菜品不錯，也很適合打開拍照。酒店前台很熱情，服務貼心，發現客人英語不好，會立刻用手機翻譯溝通；房間清潔打掃得很乾凈，提供洗髮水、護髮素、沐浴液、洗手液和護膚油。但是沒有牙膏牙刷和拖鞋，本來看酒店訊息寫了提供拖鞋，去前台問了下確實不提供。另外沒有免費的瓶裝水，房間有兩瓶收費水，一瓶8美元。酒店臨街，且衹有五層，所以會比較吵，特別追求安靜的話要慎重考慮。如果為了去迪斯尼還是很推薦這裏，提早訂性價比很高。

RRebecca.TThe hotel is well located within 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Resort. It’s not for those very particular about cleanliness though. The hotel tap water not sure why came out cloudy and the pot and pans doesn’t look very clean so ended up not using it at all. But was fine for a short stay.

MMr TongThe location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me.
If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access.
Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄
No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room.

LLakwtseraThe hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland.
On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
