Cari Hotel 2-Star di Anaheim

It’s not too far from Disneyland, nor is it too close, so the surroundings are quiet. At night, we can clearly hear the sounds of fireworks. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient for quick shopping or meals. The interior/room is clean and well-equipped, so it seems like a comfortable place to stay even for a longer period.

Except for its location -close proximity to the Anaheim convention center, it feels and smells like a motel and not a hotel. Parking is free.

We enjoyed our stay here for 2 days, everything met our expectations. Easy convenience to a gas station right next store and close by the Park. Continental breakfast for Customers Only down play we had was the waffle maker took forever to cook which could cause delays for you. Other than that Great Stay!!!!

We are a family of 7 and we are from Asia. This is our second stay in Cortona Inn and it does not disappoint. Pricing is competitive. The rooms are spacious even for a big family like ours. What we like the most is that all in-house guests get to eat breakfast for free. They serve egg, sausages, toast/bread/muffins, cereals, coffee and fruits. And because Cortona is very near Disneyland Park and various food establishments and shopping centers, it is very convenient to its guests. We like to stay at Cortona. Looking forward to our next visit.😃

The location is convenient for walking to Disneyland. The parking was great. The service was great. The parking spot is right outside the door. The room did not have bugs on the floor or bed. The cleaning was okay as there were things that could use scrubbing. If you are looking for a place to park all day for Disneyland and take a nap with your kids this is perfect. For overnight stays the noise level and parking were good for us but there are bums around Disneyland walking around so just be aware that it is not a hotel thing. The only upgrade for me to come again is the bed is way too hard for me to sleep comfortably.

We got the suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and it was perfect for 5 adults (one room as a bunkbed). This is the second time I have gone and Trip.com has saved us hundreds of dollars compared to what my friends would have paid. The staff is very friendly and Maria at the complimentary breakfast is amazing! She is so nice and hard working. The location is great too because there is a Target and a great Viva Bargain 99 cent store close by. It was easy to find places to eat and very close to Disney. The airports aren’t that far away either (SNA and LGB) which makes it nice. We don’t spend much time in the room as this is our Disney trip, but we should be back in April.

Queens Inn Anaheim is a decent place for the price. The location is hard to beat—just a quick walk to Disneyland shuttle and close to restaurants and stores. The service was nice and the staff were friendly. It’s not fancy, but if you’re looking for something clean, convenient, and affordable, it’s a solid option.

The staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was a no frills type room. While it had a really nice bathroom. And the bedroom had a mini fridge and a microwave. It didn't have a dresser. It did have a tv with cable.I ordered a room with a king size bed, and got a room with one queen size bed. And a headboard left on the wall where the second queen had once been. It gave the room a spacious feeling. Despite being the wrong size bed, I didn't complain. I'm not more than. 6' like some people that need a king size bed. Anf at the end of the day, it's just a place to sleep and get a shower. It was a comfortable sleep. And despite being on the corner wasn't as quiet as I had hoped. But it's a motel. Non-smoking rooms available. There is a pool. I didn't check it out though I was too tired my first day, and too busy the next. If you don't require much, this might be for you. The price is right and the location is prime.

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

They gave me a different room than what I had booked at first, the sheets in that room were dirty, the floor was cracked, and the couch was broken. I switched over to the room I had originally booked and it’s cleaner but the bathroom door doesn’t even close and the beds are super hard. I didn’t pay that much though so I guess you get what you pay for. The employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
