There were also 2 balconies so that you can enjoy the great scene of Waikiki Beach. Walking distance to choices of restaurants and convenience store. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy.

SSevost13We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience.
First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level.
I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure.
A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised.
Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, had a nice stay and can recommend it! The room was just the right size, really nice bed and fairly well equipped. Would've liked some additional amenities and a kettle but got it sent up to the room after a quick request to the front desk.
The immediate vicinity of the hotel has what you might want, a bunch of supermarkets and restaurants and isn't too noisy.
Would've been a perfect stay if it wasn't for the construction ground blocking the view to the ocean (no bigger issue with noise, in case someone would be concerned).
Oh, also the gym present on the premises was much more well equipped than I would've expected and should be enough for the typical gym rat to flex a little bit before going to the beach(not enough for a serious session ofc).

PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel location for the price! 5 minutes walk to the beach, big rooms, lovely queen size beds, and there were so many free services and lessons for the Christmas season. You can borrow a free surf board / beach chair and all, which is really useful considering the ridiculous prices for their rental at the beach! We stayed here for 11 nights and loved our stay.
Huge shoutout to Magdalena for being an amazing housekeeper and really doing such a good job everyday, as well as the two F&B director and manager who were conducting all the free Christmas classes, from poke bowl making to cocktail mixing and gingerbread house design. We had a lot of fun!

Free bottled water provided (2 bottle in each room and 2 bottles at check in). The only downside is the noise from the street and from the pool can be bothersome if you are sensitive to.

SSteven711Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaFor our recent trip to Hawaii, we chose the Poolside Suite at Wayfinder Waikiki — and it was such a great choice.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a tropical, laid-back style, and had direct access to the pool right from the terrace. It honestly felt like our own private villa!
The pool area is small but super stylish and peaceful — perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. ☕️
The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the whole vibe of the hotel felt very local and welcoming.
One thing to note: it’s a little bit of a walk from the main ***** of Waikiki, but that also means it’s quieter and more relaxing.
If you’re looking to enjoy both the beach and a cool hotel experience, this is a great place to stay!

PPengguna Tetamu部屋にお水のボトルがありませんでしたが、廊下にいたスタッフに言って受け取りました。お水のレフィルは1階と3階(ロビーとプールがある階)にあり、氷は各階にあり便利でした。
朝食付きにしましたが、日替わりのメニュー3種類からひとつ選んで、フルーツとパンとドリンクはビュッフェ形式でしたが、品揃えがもう少し欲しいと感じました。金曜日から日曜日までの2泊で、最初の土曜日の朝は開始時間後に行くと並んでいて、席も相席になってしまいました。
日曜日の朝は開始時間より早く行きましたが、既にオープンしていました。おそらく土曜日も早く開いていたんだと思います。なので、早めに行く事をお勧めします。
ホテルの外にも食事するところはたくさんあるので、朝食付きじゃなくて良かったと思いました。
建物は3年ほど前にリニューアルしたようですが、古い建物でドアも内側から体を使って押さないと閉まらなかったです。笑。でも、そのおかげでワイキキでは価格も抑え気味なので、オーシャンビューの部屋を予約出来ました！
ワイキキの中では外れの場所ですが、ホテルの前にピンクラインのバス停があり便利ですし、道路を渡ってすぐビーチで防波堤があるので、浅い場所で安心して遊べます。ビーチの場所としてはオススメです。

DDanielWe were a bit disappointed initially with the cleanliness as there was a stain on the bed sheet upon entering the room. Thankfully, housekeeping changed it within the hour. The place is located in a central location, close to the beachfront at Waikiki, with a partnership with beachfront stores for beach equipment, as well as GoPros, sunscreen, lotion etc. that can be borrowed, included in the resort rate.
However, the age of the hotel is really starting to show, it is in need of not just a touch up but an overhaul where possible. To be fair, the price, especially that paid for during this period, was a fair representation especially compared to neighbouring downtown hotels, given you do receive much more space and a kitchenette with microwave in the case of the 1 bedroom suite. However, I would say that I would have enjoyed my stay far more if at least some work was put in to modernise the space. In particular, my bathtub had peeling paint, and the colours of the room need some work.
