PPengguna TetamuHotel personnel and services were friendly and prompt. The hotel was kept very clean, including the two rooms we booked. Our rooms had beautiful views of the beach, and you could walk on beach right out of hotel, very nice! There are many great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Another plus, Starbucks is located on the hotel premises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to stay here on another trip except we did not anticipate the $60 a day valet parking because parking is very limited in Waikiki. Maybe other hotels have limited parking - I don't know; however, hopefully, others will find free or cheaper parking options when staying at this hotel.

NNoskovI usually book with the Marriott down the street whenever I’m in Waikiki but I opted to try the Hyatt for the first time; it was also a little cheaper than the Marriott the day that I went.
I got a King room with a city view on the 7th floor. The room was large, clean and one of the corners of the tower so it had a curving layout.
Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was cold. My only little gripe was in the bathroom, there weren’t any shampoos or conditioners or body wash in the tub like other hotels.
Can’t say much for service since I was only there for a day but the employees I did interact with were friendly and helpful.
Definitely would stay there again.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, had a nice stay and can recommend it! The room was just the right size, really nice bed and fairly well equipped. Would've liked some additional amenities and a kettle but got it sent up to the room after a quick request to the front desk.
The immediate vicinity of the hotel has what you might want, a bunch of supermarkets and restaurants and isn't too noisy.
Would've been a perfect stay if it wasn't for the construction ground blocking the view to the ocean (no bigger issue with noise, in case someone would be concerned).
Oh, also the gym present on the premises was much more well equipped than I would've expected and should be enough for the typical gym rat to flex a little bit before going to the beach(not enough for a serious session ofc).

My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a balcony where I could watch the sunrise over the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning felt like pure bliss.
The resort’s amenities were outstanding. The pools were clean and inviting, the fitness center was modern and well-maintained, and the spa offered truly relaxing treatments. Dining on-site was a delight—the breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, and the beachfront restaurants made every meal feel like a special occasion.
What really stood out was the warm aloha spirit from the staff. Every team member I met was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my stay perfect.
This resort combines luxury, comfort, and the magic of Hawaii in the best possible way. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this slice of paradise again!

KKrazee MikeRenovated room was nice, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The location is excellent, right next to a bus stop, and complimentary benefits like reusable water bottles with cold refill stations and free beach chairs/umbrellas from a partner hotel add great value. Minor quirks exist (e.g., outlet placement, sticky door), but the overall experience is highly recommended, especially considering the competitive price.

PPengguna TetamuPark Shore was a great hotel. Literally you walk out the door walk 100 feet and cross the street and you are on Waikiki Beach. The rooms are great but the room with even a partial view was fantastic. We stay there twice one night before the cruise and one night after. With a fabulous view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. The second floor has a restaurant which had 10% off if you stayed at Park Shores. Which I rate at 4. A bit of pricey but great food. The pool is located on the third floor which was great. Free water and coffee in the lobby. ABC store next door. Foods, gifts, drinks. Perfect location perfect price.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a tropical, laid-back style, and had direct access to the pool right from the terrace. It honestly felt like our own private villa!
The pool area is small but super stylish and peaceful — perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. ☕️
The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the whole vibe of the hotel felt very local and welcoming.
One thing to note: it’s a little bit of a walk from the main ***** of Waikiki, but that also means it’s quieter and more relaxing.
If you’re looking to enjoy both the beach and a cool hotel experience, this is a great place to stay!

AAnnettekissОтель нам очень понравился. Прекрасные виды на город с 30-х этажей. Номер состоит из 2 комнат, есть кухня с большим холодильником и плитой. Практически, как квартира. Я бы здесь с удовольствием пожила подольше. У отеля есть парковка за отдельную плату, но можно бесплатно парковаться на соседних улицах.
В качестве подарка дали бусы из ракушек и карту на прокат видео в автомате внизу. Бассейном отеля не пользовались. Воды в бутылках в отеле даже при заселении не было.
Если ищете экономный вариант в Гонолулу – рекомендую.
