今回求めていた旅行にピッタリのホテルでした。 【部屋】 ・広い ・洗面台が大きい。持参したアメニティ類を全部広げられる。鏡も大きく、拡大鏡もあるのでメイクがしやすい。 ・シャワーの水圧最高 ・トイレの流れ良し ・バスルームに広い荷物置き場があり、ハンガーも10本以上あった。折り畳みハンガーを持参したけど使わなかった。膨らませた浮き輪3つやスーツケースを余裕で置けた ・チェストがたくさんあり、服を全部しまえた。 ・ソファーの後ろも大きな鏡になっていて身支度しやすい。 ・コンセントもサイドベッドにいくつもあり、携帯の充電に困らない ・キングベッドに大人2人と小1が余裕で寝られた。ソファーベッドもあったけど使わず ・ハウスキーパーがいつも綺麗に掃除してくれて、ビーチ帰りの砂もなし ・タオルもティッシュも充実 ・コーヒーマシンも紙コップも、お酒飲むグラスもいつも綺麗に補充されてた 【プール・ビーチ】 ・プールからビーチへ直行できる。ホテル専用のビーチチェアがたくさんあり場所を取れないことはなかった。そこにタオルや荷物を置いて、プールで遊びそのままビーチで遊び、またプールに戻るなど手ぶらでできる。 ・プールサイドにデュークスのスタッフがオーダーはないか常にウロウロしているので、その場でメニューを頼める。プールに入りながらお酒を飲んだりできる。 ・プールは浮き輪オッケー ・ビーチバッグが部屋にあるのでそれを使える。大きくてしっかりしていて、そのまま街歩きにも持って行ってる人を良く見かけた。持参必要なかった。ウォーターボトルも貰える ・プールサイドにウォーターサーバーがある 【ホテル全体】 ・スタッフがフレンドリーで親切 ・ホテルに着いたらすぐスタッフが荷物を運んでくれる。12時半に着いたが何も言わずにアーリーチェックインしてくれた。荷物もすぐに部屋に届けてくれ、金庫の場所だけ教えたらエンジョイ！とすぐに部屋を出て行ってしまったので、チップを渡しそびれるくらい。 ・日本人が少なく日本語が完全に出来るスタッフもいないが、カタコトの単語でだいたい通じた ・ホテルカードがないとエレベーターに乗れないのでセキュリティがしっかりしてる ・ロビーに降りるだけでフラグリルやデュークスがあるので便利。9時近くの遅めの朝食だとフラグリルも空いていて、予約なくてもビーチ側のロケーション最高の席に座れた ・1階のシティビューの格安プランだったが、ラナイからは海も見えて充分満足 ・立地最高で、インターナショナルマーケットプレイスは道路渡った目の前。ホテル階下にはショップもたくさん。最終日前日にお土産買うのを忘れ、22時までやってるホノルルクッキーに部屋着で飛び込めるくらい。 ・ワイキキビーチのど真ん中だから、ロイヤルハワイアンセンターもワイキキビーチウォークも徒歩圏内。 と、大満足でしたが、他の方の口コミにもあるように、夜は騒がしいです。毎日深夜までストリートミュージックが聞こえます。ただ、それも｢皆陽気だなー。海外って感じ｣と私は楽しめました。オペラみたいなのが聞こえた日もあり、何だかお得感がありました。 こんなに立地もサービスも良いのに、日本人が少ないのが不思議なくらい。ほとんど日本人がいないので、海外に来た感はあります。

Hotel personnel and services were friendly and prompt. The hotel was kept very clean, including the two rooms we booked. Our rooms had beautiful views of the beach, and you could walk on beach right out of hotel, very nice!  There are many great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Another plus, Starbucks is located on the hotel premises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to stay here on another trip except we did not anticipate the $60 a day valet parking because parking is very limited in Waikiki.  Maybe other hotels have limited parking - I don't know; however, hopefully, others will find free or cheaper parking options when staying at this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel location for the price! 5 minutes walk to the beach, big rooms, lovely queen size beds, and there were so many free services and lessons for the Christmas season. You can borrow a free surf board / beach chair and all, which is really useful considering the ridiculous prices for their rental at the beach! We stayed here for 11 nights and loved our stay. Huge shoutout to Magdalena for being an amazing housekeeper and really doing such a good job everyday, as well as the two F&B director and manager who were conducting all the free Christmas classes, from poke bowl making to cocktail mixing and gingerbread house design. We had a lot of fun!

Central location near Waikiki beach. The Ocean view rooms can see the beach from the room. Restaurants are within walkable distance. Staff are friendly. Free bottled water provided (2 bottle in each room and 2 bottles at check in). The only downside is the noise from the street and from the pool can be bothersome if you are sensitive to.

Renovated room was nice, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The location is excellent, right next to a bus stop, and complimentary benefits like reusable water bottles with cold refill stations and free beach chairs/umbrellas from a partner hotel add great value. Minor quirks exist (e.g., outlet placement, sticky door), but the overall experience is highly recommended, especially considering the competitive price.

1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

For our recent trip to Hawaii, we chose the Poolside Suite at Wayfinder Waikiki — and it was such a great choice. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a tropical, laid-back style, and had direct access to the pool right from the terrace. It honestly felt like our own private villa! The pool area is small but super stylish and peaceful — perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. ☕️ The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the whole vibe of the hotel felt very local and welcoming. One thing to note: it’s a little bit of a walk from the main ***** of Waikiki, but that also means it’s quieter and more relaxing. If you’re looking to enjoy both the beach and a cool hotel experience, this is a great place to stay!

Hands down, this hotel is all about location, convenience, and comfort. If you want to be right in the middle of all the Waikīkī buzz, this is it. You’re just minutes from Waikīkī Beach and within easy walking distance to International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center, countless restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Everything is so accessible that you can explore easily on foot. The rooms feel fresh and newly renovated, with a modern island-chic style. Clean, bright, and comfortable — not ultra-luxury, but definitely more than sufficient for a relaxing stay. Perfect if you want the essentials done well without paying for full resort-style extras. You’re surrounded by food options — poke, shave ice, smoothie spots, breakfast cafés, and nicer dinner restaurants. Convenience stores are just steps away, making it easy to grab essentials without needing transport. If you value prime location, walkability, renovated rooms, an outdoor pool, a gym, and solid value over ultra-luxe amenities, this hotel is a great choice.

Отель нам очень понравился. Прекрасные виды на город с 30-х этажей. Номер состоит из 2 комнат, есть кухня с большим холодильником и плитой. Практически, как квартира. Я бы здесь с удовольствием пожила подольше. У отеля есть парковка за отдельную плату, но можно бесплатно парковаться на соседних улицах. В качестве подарка дали бусы из ракушек и карту на прокат видео в автомате внизу. Бассейном отеля не пользовались. Воды в бутылках в отеле даже при заселении не было. Если ищете экономный вариант в Гонолулу – рекомендую.
