Лучший отель из всех, где мы были во Вьетнаме! Прекрасный дизайнерский ремонт, качественная мебель, спокойные цвета. Отель абсолютно новый, все материалы очень качественные. Чистота практически идеальная, белоснежное постельное белье и удобные кровать и подушки. Персонал заслуживает отдельной благодарности. Спасибо, что сделали наш отдых таким приятным. Нам настолько понравилось, что мы несколько раз продлевали проживание и не хотели уезжать. Завтраки очень вкусные, повар на раздаче очень милая и доброжелательная. Расположение удобное для тех, кто на байке, автомобиле или готов к такси, отель находится чуть в отдалении от центра города. Фотографии номеров и отеля полностью совпадают с реальностью. В общем у нас осталось только прекрасное впечатление, рекомендуем на 100%.

Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat beberapa perkara yang boleh diperbaiki: ❌ Tiada penghawa dingin di dalam bilik, yang kadang-kadang menjadi pengap. ❌ Sarapan dihidangkan agak lama, anda terpaksa menunggu. This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip. The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

Hotel yang cantik di lokasi yang hebat. Bilik bersih dan katilnya selesa, pancuran mandian juga cantik walaupun saya terlupa untuk mengambil gambar, satu-satunya masalah kami ialah kami menempah bilik dengan penghawa dingin dan kami hanya mempunyai kipas siling yang agak bising tetapi kami hanya menginap selama dua malam jadi tidak rasa perlu menukar bilik.

The room was located on the top floor with a view, which was a nice advantage — it was pleasant to sit and enjoy the view. However, there were some downsides. The cleaning felt rather superficial, as there were hairs on the floor from previous guests. There were also noticeable stains on the towels, and the bed sheets did not look completely clean, likely because some stains could not be fully removed. This created a somewhat unpleasant overall impression. The shower also worked a bit oddly, as the water did not always come out from the expected outlet when switching modes. On the positive side, the reception staff were very polite, and at check-out they even offered a small complimentary succulent, which was a nice and unexpected gesture. It is also worth noting that there is no elevator in the hotel, so getting to the upper floors with large luggage may be inconvenient. In our case, it was not an issue since we only had backpacks.

Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier Grab car is easily available Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car

Service: I would like to give a major shoutout to front desk Lam who was very accommodating to change our room location due to difficulty accessing the given room due to a leg injury. His service was with a big smile and was attentive to offer me to view 2 rooms before selecting the final room. He also arranged for our belongings to be transferred to the new room. Great service attitude. THANK YOU SO MUCH LAM! Cleanliness: Our stay was for two nights but the toilets were not properly cleaned after our first night stay. Other than that, it was OK

The hotel's main advantage is its location. Apart from that, the hotel feels quite old. There is no elevator at the hotel, the receptionist carried our luggage upstairs when we checked in. However, when we checked out, we had to carry our luggage downstairs ourselves. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very weak, making it inconvenient to use. My stay at this hotel ended up being a very unsettling experience. The room door has a partially frosted glass panel, so I could clearly see the shadow of anyone standing outside. A man stood in front of my room several times, and I could see his shadow lingering there. I also saw him reaching for the door handle. It happened around midnight, and I was terrified. I was literally shaking when I reported it to the reception. The receptionist told me he had spoken to the man and said the man was ”just smoking” in the balcony. However, based on what I personally witnessed, it did not seem like someone who was simply smoking. I repeatedly saw his shadow outside my door as he stood there, checking my room. This made me feel extremely unsafe. What made the situation even worse was that there was no additional security latch on the inside of the door, so I did not feel adequately protected. I could barely sleep for the rest of the night. I hope the hotel takes guest safety more seriously by improving room security and ensuring guests feel safe during their stay.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
