Hotel Dalat dengan Bar

Saya sangat menyukai hotel ini, ia menonjol dari luar dengan fasadnya yang terang, dan pada waktu petang dengan lampu terang. Kakitangannya baik dan peramah. Kami mempunyai bilik dengan balkoni, dari situ anda boleh melihat pemandangan indah bandar dan pergunungan. Bilik ini mempunyai tab mandi, semua peralatan mandian yang diperlukan, sarapan pagi yang lazat, hidangan panas untuk dipilih dari menu. Ada buah-buahan, yogurt, pencuci mulut. Kopi atau teh juga boleh dipilih dari menu. Dan kopi di sini adalah yang paling menakjubkan. Bilik bersih, linen seputih salji, air, teh, kopi percuma. Di tingkat 6 ada teres, dari situ juga boleh nampak pemandangan yang tersergam indah. Terdapat meja dan kerusi, anda boleh duduk di sana dengan secawan kopi dan bertemu matahari terbit dan terbenam. Saya cadangkan hotel, anda tidak akan menyesal. Daftar masuk pada jam 14:00.

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

I stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours. The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately. I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up. I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

I stayed in the hotel 5 days and everything is OK, no problem. The male receptionist is quite, he supported and found me a small scooter without driving lisence so that I could explore the city happily without worrying about the police. The female receptionist is more sociable and talkative, she helped to carry my luggage uphill when I left the hotel.

A new hotel with reasonably sized rooms but no air conditioning. It's a bit far from the city center, and there's no soundproofing, so you can hear all the street noise. The breakfast is varied, but the dining tables need cleaning; I sat at the same table two days in a row and found the same food stains that hadn't been wiped up.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier Grab car is easily available Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car

Очень атмосферный отель. Шикарный интерьер, удобное расположение. В номере неповторимый запах старой деревянной мебели. У всего антикварного есть другая сторона - комфорт как в прошлом веке

The hotel's main advantage is its location. Apart from that, the hotel feels quite old. There is no elevator at the hotel, the receptionist carried our luggage upstairs when we checked in. However, when we checked out, we had to carry our luggage downstairs ourselves. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very weak, making it inconvenient to use. My stay at this hotel ended up being a very unsettling experience. The room door has a partially frosted glass panel, so I could clearly see the shadow of anyone standing outside. A man stood in front of my room several times, and I could see his shadow lingering there. I also saw him reaching for the door handle. It happened around midnight, and I was terrified. I was literally shaking when I reported it to the reception. The receptionist told me he had spoken to the man and said the man was ”just smoking” in the balcony. However, based on what I personally witnessed, it did not seem like someone who was simply smoking. I repeatedly saw his shadow outside my door as he stood there, checking my room. This made me feel extremely unsafe. What made the situation even worse was that there was no additional security latch on the inside of the door, so I did not feel adequately protected. I could barely sleep for the rest of the night. I hope the hotel takes guest safety more seriously by improving room security and ensuring guests feel safe during their stay.
