SSobel PhangThe room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Linh was really helpful and able to speak good English. We requested for extra pillows and Linh immediately send it up to our room. The balcony view was amazing, overlooking the city on one side and forest on the other side.
The area is rather quiet but we have no problem getting in and out by Grab. However the road leading towards hotel is probably under construction. There is a cute cafe named deer in the forest & dessert shop named NA & cakes that serves very affordable yet delicious cakes.
I would definitely come back again and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family

AAngela Wong YYGreat staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort.
The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The environment is soothing and relaxing, just the right place to unwind after a hectic tour. Although it's a little out of the city, we're easily connected to everywhere by your most efficient Grab service. Of special mention is the service of your great staff. At the breakfast room, Vy is the perfect PR who gave us very good information about where to visit and eat. I love the restaurants she suggested especially Rom and the chicken salad. Last night I had a very nice experience with Nga who knew I had stomach upset. She was most kind and thoughtful to suggest dishes I could eat and even offered ginger tea with honey. I'm very touched. Having travelled all around the world, I've never experienced such excellent service. Big thumbs up to Mercure!

RricharddurhamGreat place to stay if you want a quiet pace with great views that still has easy access to the city centre. The staff are ever friendly. If you have your clothes washed there make sure you tell them not to write your room number in permanent ink on your clothes. Incredible that they do that. They really need to stop doing that. Also, they could iron shirts (on request). I would still stay there again.

Mereka juga memberi tetamu sampul merah semasa Festival Musim Bunga. Saya terlupa untuk mengambil gambar bilik. Bufet juga sangat kaya! Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah kalis bunyi hotel ini tidak begitu baik. Bilik-bilik berdekatan dengan jalan raya dan anda boleh mendengar bunyi kereta. Selain itu, bunyi bising tetamu di sebelah juga kedengaran. Anda perlu meminta pelayan untuk campur tangan. Tidak mengapa untuk tinggal selama satu malam.

PPing ShanHotel ini terletak di lokasi terpencil, dengan hanya satu atau dua restoran berdekatan. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 20 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke kawasan tasik. Sesekali anjing akan menyalak pada anda apabila anda pulang pada waktu malam. Saya tinggal selama tiga hari dan bekalan elektrik terputus dua hari pada waktu pagi, jadi sangat menyusahkan untuk menyegarkan diri! Walau bagaimanapun, persekitarannya tenang dan hotel ini kelihatan baik. Biliknya luas dan baru dihias Terasa bersih dan selesa Namun peralatannya tidak lengkap tiada kertas tisu atau penghawa dingin. Isyarat wifi stabil. Tilamnya lembut dan selesa, ketinggian bantal sederhana, dan pencahayaannya mencukupi. Bilik mandi bersaiz tepat, dengan pemisahan kering dan basah, dan suhu hidraulik dan air adalah OK. Kakitangannya ramah dan bersedia membantu, tetapi hanya dua atau tiga orang yang memahami bahasa Inggeris, dan yang lain tidak dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik.

TTuanTran 93Car Parking at the hotel is really inconvenient. You have to leave it at a parking lot quite far from the hotel and ride a motorbike back to the hotel. Then when you need to get the car again, you have to ride the motorbike back out to the parking lot.

Receptionist work is amazing: I booked golf by telephone as arrived late and she organized breakfast for me take with take away options for early tee time. Enjoyed my stay here. Amazing hotel
