My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar from 4–6 September. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed especially by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you to Wendy and Chau, who made our stay truly memorable. We arrived at around 8.30am after taking the overnight sleeper train to Sapa. As it was far too early for check-in and our room was not yet ready, they very thoughtfully offered my wife and me shower facilities so that we could freshen up before starting our day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful welcome to Sapa. Throughout our stay, Wendy and Chau were always friendly, attentive and ready to help. They gave us excellent advice on visiting the various attractions around Sapa, including Fansipan, and helped us make the most of our time there. Our room was another highlight — beautiful, comfortable and with an amazing view overlooking the mountains. Waking up to the mountain scenery was simply unforgettable. They also helped me arrange a motorbike and gave me useful advice on how to get to the different attractions around Sapa, including the Alpine Coaster. Exploring Sapa by motorbike turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! What really makes Sapa Horizon special is its people. The genuine warmth, thoughtfulness and personal attention from Wendy and Chau made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Wendy, Chau and the entire Sapa Horizon team for the wonderful hospitality. You made our visit to Sapa extra special, and we would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place for retreat in Sapa. Nice environment with friendly staff and delicious food. Trekking tour is provided, visiting villages with 6hours walk is so much fun! The view from our room is amazing, one of the best hotel i stay with peaceful balcony for my morning yoga routine. I love this place so much and i will definitely come back again!

There was construction work in the building right next to the hotel, directly beside my room. The noise was extremely loud, and I couldn’t sleep, especially after just arriving from a long trip. I called reception and they told me they would ask the workers to reduce the noise, but nothing changed. I then asked to change rooms, but they said there were no rooms available. The next morning, the same loud noise started again and woke us up suddenly. Only after I complained again did they finally change our room.

Undoubtedly one of the finest hotels we experienced in Sapa and certainly worth considering! What made our stay particularly memorable was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff on my birthday. They graciously surprised us with a birthday cake and a heartfelt card, transforming an already wonderful stay into an exceptionally meaningful celebration. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering an extensive and delectable selection that catered to a variety of preferences. There was certainly no shortage of choices! The location is another remarkable advantage. Situated within close proximity to Sun Plaza, as well as numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, the hotel is highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the convenience and vibrancy of Sapa’s town centre while remaining surrounded by its spectacular mountainous scenery. And for those specifically searching for a hotel with a picturesque view of the iconic Sapa mountain train, this is definitely one to consider. We booked the Deluxe Mountain View room, and the scenery made the experience even more worthwhile. 🚞⛰️ Exceptional hospitality, strategic location, impressive breakfast, and captivating views: all complemented by thoughtful service that made my birthday truly unforgettable. Azure Sapa Hotel has one of the better locations I found while planning my whole trip, despite reviews from others to book a better and luxury ones in the Sa Pa centre. We chose somewhere that is slightly further away from the city centre. The staff in Azure Sapa Hotel were very patient with us when we reached early and told us rooms would be ready before afternoon starts so we could have a rest, they were always smiling and nodding their head as a sign of respect when we enter the hotel. The views from the room were exceptional, we could see the sunrise, clouds and mountains when we woke up during our trip (provided you travel there at the the fortunate period). The only thing that needs to be improved would be the air-conditioning unit that keeps turning on and off during out stay where we have to change the mode to get the room cool.

Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Very hospitable hotel! I arrived at 6am and they let me check in right away for additional 300k VND. They also let me check out late. The room is not luxury but clean and had everything I needed. The AC warmed my room very quickly, and hot shower worked fine too. They have many breakfast options. I really enjoyed my pho bo and black coffee. The view from my room was great.

Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view. The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose. Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

I was at Laxsik with my wife for 3 nights.  The location was absolutely beautiful.  The service staff were professional and very helpful.  We are already planning our next trip to the resort.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
