"Nice clean room. Comfy beds but the pillows are too thick. Elevator is good. Good bathroom. Decent location with a supermarket at the corner and lots of places to eat. 4 blocks away from the main hustle area but you will get quiet at night to sleep. Brother and sister owned and run. They rent motorbikes but the bikes are small and have no phone holders. Rent 125cc automatic Hondas and Yamahas with good phone holders from the family run Massage place right next door. They give outstanding massages also and woman speaks fluent English and can help you solve any problem."

"This family-run hotel is bright, clean and close to everything ( the night market, the main area, and SAPA station are all walkable. ) Two of the male staff speak good English, and you can use what’s app to contact them. They always give quick responses. You can rent motorbikes, do the laundry, book bus tickets and so on at the front desk and they offer decent prices. All the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. They even offer us an early check-in because we take the night bus. You can leave the luggages there and when the room is ready they will send you messages. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel."

The service is second to none and the staff are kind and attentive. The pool is beautiful and the roof top bar offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

The hotel offers tour and motorbike rental so if you’re interested you can check with them.
They don’t have elevator but rest assured the staffs are going to assist you.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a really outstanding hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms and communal areas feel modern and well maintained. You can use great facilities in the spa area such as heated pools and sauna rooms for free. One of the things that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of my room and the entire hotel. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in and the overall atmosphere created is perfect for relaxing without any worries. Attached pictures include the mountain view from my room and one of the breakfasts I had whilst staying here.

HHeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

We had a truly pleasant stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel, thanks to the hotel’s excellent service and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Tom, who speaks fluent English and is extremely considerate and attentive to guests’ needs. He went out of his way to ensure our requests were well taken care of, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.
The breakfast was decent, offering a selected variety with thoughtful attention to guest preferences. Overall, the service level exceeded our expectations, and the staff’s genuine care made a real difference. One small area for improvement would be the shower water temperature at room 702, which was inconsistent during our stay. We hope the hotel can address this promptly.
Aside from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We would highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again.

OOodoriiKami menaiki bas tidur semalaman dari Hanoi dan hasilnya kami sampai ke Sapa pada jam 6 pagi.
Kami dijaga oleh kumpulan concierge dan kakitangan yang paling hebat. Kami dihidangkan teh dan juga perlu menyegarkan diri menggunakan kemudahan di kolam renang dalaman mereka kerana waktu daftar masuk tidak sampai petang.
Kakitangan concierge sangat prihatin. Terkejut kami, dia memberikan kami pengering rambut untuk digunakan apabila dia menyedari bahawa kami mempunyai rambut basah semasa menunggu di lobi.
Kolam renang luaran mempunyai pemandangan yang menakjubkan walaupun ia adalah Bandar Kabus.
Kami mencuba perkhidmatan bilik mereka dan memesan Pho dan congee, mereka sedap!
Semasa menjelajah Sapa, kami menemui jalan pintas ke Sun Plaza melalui hotel kami dan ia menjadi laluan kegemaran kami yang sering digunakan semasa perjalanan ini.
Kami menikmati penginapan kami dan akan mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada rakan-rakan kami jika mereka merancang untuk pergi ke Sapa.

NNicoleSGThe hotel is in a great location, and the room was well presented, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, offering a wide variety of both Western and Asian dishes. One of the highlights was the beautiful landscape views from the restaurant.
However, I had two concerning experiences during my stay. On the third day, my key chain, which held the keys to all of my suitcases, went missing. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. I also encountered an issue with the in-room safe: the code I had set worked when I first locked my valuables inside, but later it would no longer open the safe. Again, nothing was missing once the issue was resolved.
I have been travelling for nearly two months, staying in multiple hotels across three other countries, and I have never had belongings go missing or experienced any problems with a hotel safe before. I can't say what caused these incidents, but they were certainly unsettling.
That said, the staff were supportive and did their best to help resolve both issues, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but with some caution based on my experience.

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
