Very nice and pleasant hotel. Beautiful clean , the best and most coyness I have slept in hotels . Certainly top level 3*. Actually could be a low level 4*
New furniture, white company toiletries.
Ok breakfast, not 5* but all clacks breakfast things are there.
Location should be checked carefully before bookings it is NOT in the classic touristy area, a fair 30 minutes long walk to the tourist old town, pl Catalonia and sea.

Checking in was good and we thought we were in for a great stay. After that it was sadly downhill all the way. Rooms ok but basic, and upgrading to a Suite is definitely not worth the extra money. Take earplugs as the noise from the roads, restaurants, bin emptying etc is constant. The bar was not opened for our whole stay, and the staff were very dismissive when we questioned why it was not available. One receptionist just shrugged his shoulders and looked back down to his paperwork. After check in they barely acknowledged us as we came and went. No air conditioning in the rooms so we had to leave windows wide open at night - cannot imagine what it would be like in summer. No tea and coffee making facility in the room. No outside space to use unless you go down the road to the sister hotel. Basically confined to your room, and you had to go out to find all your food and drink as there was no Room Service on offer either.

What an amazing and beautiful hotel and what makes it this way is the service that you receive from the front desk.
First time with my bf in Barcelona for my birthday trip and the attention from the front desk to deliver a little gesture was a cherry on top.
I booked a corner room with a balcony and it’ was really spacious and nice with the city view.
I’ll definitely be back

The hotel is away from the city centre but it is easily accessible by metro. Staff at check-in and breakfast are friendly. We had a triple room, it consists of a double bed and a sofa bed in a separate area. The first night, there were no bed sheets provided for the sofa bed. We went down to the front desk and sheets were delivered to our room promptly. The next day, housekeeping provided a proper blanket and towels for the sofa bed, which is good. I recommend that they should provide these on the first night for triple rooms though. Our room has a jetted tub, but it never worked in the 5 nights we stayed. Other than this, our stay was good. The room has modern decor and a balcony. Breakfast is great with a lot of options: different types of bread with tomato paste and olive oil to add, scrambled egg, sausages, fresh fruits, yogurt, veggies, coffee, tea and juice. Breakfast staff did an excellent job in keeping all the items refilled very quickly.

This hotel is amazing and plush, the decor is top notch and it’s definitely a high class 4 star hotel, well worth the rating. It was clean and the bed was massive and super comfortable. The service was great and managed to get a 3 hour extra late checkout option by asking at reception. The location is good, a bit further away from the night life but easily reachable by cab, would stay again

Hotel is conveniently situated right at the Barcelona Sants train station. Would recommend this hotel if need to catch a train to other cities in Spain due to connection to train station and taxi stand right outside with easy access to taxis. However, room was tight and squeezy if travelling with children that require an extra bed. Check-in was delayed by half an hour, which did not leave a pleasant first impression.

The location was excellent and I felt very safe when out for a run in the early morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast and it was perfectly acceptable -- nothing spectacular but no problems either. The shower in particular was a problem in that it drained poorly, was very slippery when wet (see: drained poorly), and caused a lot of flooding on the floor of the main bathroom, which increased the slippery danger. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the staff leaving an extra pillow in the armoire if we wanted it.

Stayed for only for one night but the friendly and accommodating staffs made it worthwhile. The room is a getting old and the LED TV is quite small but the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast selection is good. The location is also good. There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel. Overall I will stay again in this hotel.

Hotel room wise, apart from the room is small for the price you pay, the toilet is extremely small… yet the room comes with an unnecessary long corridor walkway. We had problem finding space to put our luggages.
For probably one of the cheapest and most decent room for its location, am overall satisfied with the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is brilliant and is only a short ride from the airport and very close to the Metro station Fira. There is easy access both to the metro and the bus. There is a shopping mall with number of eateries and the cinema within walking distance. The room is average. The main thing if you are staying with family ...there is no door for the bathroom and you have to isolate the entrance from the room to get privacy there. The toilet area though luckily has a door. It is difficult when you have booked as a family with grown up kids. The connections and the TV are ancient and there are no USB connections. The channels available are all in Catalan/Spanish...the TV doesnt even have a HDMI or ability to connect to your phone...so pretty much useless unless you speak Spanish....not something you are expecting of a Hotel that caters to tourists and to conferences! The reception was very helpful and the lifts etc work. The restaurant staff are also very nice and helpful. The breakfast is buffet and was wonderful.

DDan@1978Hôtel très bien situé . Isolation moyenne . Douche avec portes défectueuses , eau qui passe en dessous . Dans la salle de bain , pas de volet , trop d’éclairage qui rentre dans la chambre . Piscine moyenne , hauteur 80cm trop petite , par contre la vue est sublime à 360º. Lit très confortable , coussin également . Petit déjeuner excellent .

PPengguna TetamuOur stay in Hesperia Hotel Presidente was pure magic. The people of this accommodation are amongst the kindest we have ever met and their hospitality is unique. Despite the beautiful interiors and warm, welcoming atmosphere, this hotel is located in one the best areas of Barcelona and is in walking distance almost to everywhere. The glass windows offer one of the best views of Barcelona and the view from every room makes you fall in love with the city from the start. The balance between modern amenities and luscious colors of the interior architecture leaves you speechless. And of course, the restaurant and the bar are exactly what you’re looking for, a mix of luxury and intimacy so the moment you walk in you feel like home. I can’t wait to visit again in the future and meet the wonderful people who made our stay unforgettable along with this dreamy accommodation.

Malangnya hotel dan bilik kami mempunyai bau yang sangat hamis - hampir seperti permaidani basah atau tuala basah yang kami tidak suka. Pengemasan adalah sangat perlahan, saya tidak pasti sama ada terdapat hanya seorang tukang cuci tetapi pada asasnya kami boleh pergi berjam-jam dan kembali dan masih mendapati bilik kami belum dibersihkan lagi. Selain itu, kami tidak menyukai makanan...pilihan terhad dan ia adalah perkara yang sama setiap hari...dan bukan semuanya sedap untuk dimakan. Kami telah membayar untuk half board jadi kami tidak mahu wang kami sia-sia tetapi jika tidak saya tidak akan makan di hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is a little far from the metro but still accessible by taxi or bus. During the spring the rooftop was a bit too chilly for us and the pool is not heated. It’s also very small and extremely shallow so it’s more of a wading pool. Nice view of the sea and okay service.

Personal de limpieza muy bien . Comodidad correcto.desayuno muy justito , mejor no cogerlo e ir a cafeterías de alrededor . LO PEOR NO ES QUE SURGA UN PROBLEMA SINO QUE NONSE INTERESEN POR SOLUCIONARLO DE NINGUNA FORMA .EVITAR IR A ESTE HOTEL . At the reception the only professional was the young woman from the first day, after nothing, NOISE FROM THE AIR MOTOR EVEN THOUGH IT IS OFF, the receptionist with an Italian accent refused even to change the room in a 5-day stay, it had never happened to me, a lot of apology and no solution. Cleaning staff very good. Correct comfort. Very fair breakfast, better not to take it and go to nearby cafeterias. THE WORST THING IS NOT THAT A PROBLEM ARISES BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING IT IN ANY WAY. AVOID GOING TO THIS HOTEL

PPengguna TetamuStayed here at the end of August for 5 nights. Hotel is in a brilliant location. 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia also a 2 minute walk from the hop on hop off buses around the city. The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I left my Apple Watch in the hotel and only realised when I had got through security at the airport. I rang the hotel and they found my watch in the room and helped me return it to myself which I am very grateful for. The room was cleaned every day while we were out. For the cost of the hotel, the location, cleanliness and hospitality was top notch. If I ever visit Barcelona again I would be sure to stop here any time.
