The hotel staff are friendly except Mr Inric the responsible person for the breakfast he’s not giving a clear answer about food, bad attitude, angry face all the time, not changing the food for five days everyday same food, he’s ****** towered Arabian and not allowing to take tea bag takeaway.
Receptionists all are great and helpful especially night shift staffs.
Room is cleaned everyday, over all the hotel is secure and safe.

Location not very ideal as not very near metro. Room floor not very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not much amenities around.

room was nice and clean, good service. located few minutes walk from alhambra so very convenient. however not many restaurants or food options around. have to walk downhill 20 minutes into town. it is located on top of a hill which is very tiring to pull luggages up

It’s a convenient hotel for a short stay located pretty close to sagrada familia, very clean and price is relatively affordable. Staff are super nice and helpful.

Rooms are nicer, cleaner and bigger than expected. However, staff are a bit nosy and rude.

Walk 10 min to Hospital San Paul, 20 min to Familia, close to bus stop and 5 min to Metro. Quiet area at night and only few restaurants around

It was a lovely place and the location is so great. Close to the airport and also in the city center. Only 27 minutes by train to Barcelona stadium

Thé hotel was very well connected with public transport and very near to Sagrada familia. The service was amazing. Thé hotel service was good and the staff were very friendly.

Great breakfast and the rooms are comfy. The location is really good we walked about 10 mins to the sagrada familia
