Izaila Plaza Catalunya

這個酒店有幾點好， 第一就是位置特別好，特別是來回機場，幾分鐘的路程也不用爬樓梯。附近全是商業美食，中心地帶也特別安全。 第二個就是陽台，隨便的晾洗衣服。 第三就是廁所離卧室特別遠，上廁所完全不會打擾到別人。 第四就是安靜，客人也很少，外面還一直有兩大瓶水。 第五就是服務特別熱情，提前都會發好郵件，找不到我就不停的找攜程，把密碼和住宿指南都給我。見面很熱情的告訴我們怎麼去景點。 缺點是沒有早飯，電梯太破，關不好門就不動。第1晚到的時候是凌晨2點多，事先跟店家已經反覆溝通，發了郵件。所有的引導照片和密碼都發給了我。但是電梯停在3樓下不來，我自己走上樓梯判斷是有人沒有關好電梯門，還好順利把大箱子電梯上去了。最後一天是早晨4點多離開酒店，電梯更誇張，直接停在了4樓和5樓的中間。按每個樓層都不動，就卡在那裡，無奈我把兩個大箱子分別搬下去，雖然衹有二層，但其實它的樓層很高，至少有三層的高度。

We stayed 5 nights with Ainhoa and Bruno at Izaila Plaza in late September. We cannot speak highly enough of the kindliness, friendliness and assistance they showed towards us. From making tourist recommendations, advising us how to best get around the city and their general positive attitude, we could not have asked for more. They are the most wonderful people and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and Izaila Plaza. Please, please, if you ever do come out to Australia again we would love to welcome you to our city. We will also hopefully be back in Barcelona one day to renew acquaintances. Ideally situated just off the Placa Catalunya that makes reaching La Ramblas, Passeig de Gracia, Cortes Ingles, and the main Tourist Information Office by foot all within 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious by European standards and are very clean and modern. The couple that runs this small hotel are so friendly, very helpful, and delightfully enthusiastic about sharing their city and their favorites. There's a small old timey-style elevator you can use, but we mostly used the stairs. Includes fast wifi (fast enough to stream videos) and air conditioning. As a smaller place, if you come in at night after hours, you have to punch in a code to enter the building and then the hotel. Highly recommend and would come back next time I'm in Barcelona.

A great location - just a few minutes walk from the square where the airport bus drops you off. The rooms are quite small, but more than adequate for a city break. Everything was modern, clean and tidy. The staff are also really nice, friendly and welcoming. Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet for Barcelona! The soundproofing between rooms is also an added benefit. 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay for my wife's birthday, perfect location, historical building with modern rooms & very clean. The staff are friendly & informative (Thanks Bruno 👍🏼), would definitely book here again. Really nice cafe (FARGGI) on the corner of the street, easy access to all the transportation (which is very efficient). Thanks for a great stay ☺

Loved staying here! Bruno was incredibly helpful with travel tips and accommodating about my train delay and giving me self check-in information, the room was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was large and had a great shower, and the location was very central. My room did face the street, so when you stay in a central place, you have to realize there's going to be some street noise - I'm used to that as I live in a large city, but people who are used to more quiet might need to request a room not facing the street. With the balcony window closed, though, the noise was very minimal. And it was so great to have the large windows to open! And the proximity to many metro stops, as well as easy walking access to so many sites, was fantastic. The room would probably be great for someone with mobility issues since it was so spacious, but getting into the hotel might be an issue. There is a lip at the front door of the building, and then the elevator (old / historical building) is narrow and has multiple doors. Something to be aware of.
