It was excellent. Nice service and a clean place.

Clean and comfort, very very big! It even has a living room which is separate from the bedroom. There is a fresh rose in the room. Only one bothering thing is that our room is near the street, so it’s a bit noisy at night cause there is a restaurant nearby.

Staff are really helpful, we were staying at floor with stairs to access, staff helped us to carry up and down heavy luggages and pushchair, they all are very polite and nice. Hotel itself looks like a museum, if you are staying in this hotel, they will give to a free pass to visit this hotel group museum, just sadly we don’t have time to visit.

Definitely 5 star! People here are so nice, the room was cozy as well. Good service:) highly recommend it!

Wonderful reception, super-comfortable rooms, divine swimming pool and gorgeous gourmet breakfasts. What more could one ask for?

Amazing stay, best we've been at so far (travelling 5 countries and for 4 weeks). They also gave a US a free upgrade! We just happened to be sick, so didn't get tō see much in Barcelona, however our stay was so nice with friendly staff and room service, as well as a beautiful and comfortable hotel room. Thanks!

其實整體還是不錯的 但環境給低分是因為套間的客廳的裝飾竟然用了中國的老物件 有牌匾感覺不是很妥當 還有點發黴的味道

房間很好，居民樓改造。地理位置OK，但門口在修路，停車不方便，最近隔壁樓有施工，早上8：30開始。沒有免費的水提供，前台電話很難打通，不是24h前台。衹有一位工作人員操作系統，入住和退房等待時間過長，不是四星的標準。

房間很大很豪華，比同價位其他酒店房間更好

訂的家庭房，小兩居室的樣子，雙衞，超出預期。服務員也很友善，會幫忙叫出租車去火車站。離地鐵站有一點距離，十分鐘左右，就當運動了。

複式套房 並未先前告知或標明此方形房型在地下室，房間內十分潮濕以至於有股黴味，選擇此房型建議三思。 另外酒店方處理態度很消極，我定了兩間三晚，在辦理入住一小時後由於房間潮濕和樓上游泳池裝修噪音提出退房，但酒店衹願意退款最後一晚的房費。 攜程處理問題很及時，感謝多位員工一直跟進反饋，問題得以解決。

酒店外面修路，出入畢竟不便。出去景點都比較有距離。家庭房挺舒服，不過是loft那種，一直上下走，挺累的。主要活動區域客廳在一樓，廁所，房間在二樓，淋雨房是全透明的，跟長者家一起住有點不便。
