Absolutely fantastic service, Rick? Went above and beyond the call of duty to help me into the hotel and to my room. Reception discussed various options for getting to the main concourse the next morning and were very helpful, calling a taxi and making sure I was collected.

Big variety of food for breakfast, highly recommend. The location is really great

Great location. Room was clean and had big enough space for luggage. Bed was comfortable. Staffs are friendly. Some housekeepers seemed reluctant to help as they don’t understand English at all, not even basic word like “water”. They just kept saying no to every request at first, but they were actually very helpful when I showed my request in Spanish through google translate.

Hotel is conveniently situated right at the Barcelona Sants train station. Would recommend this hotel if need to catch a train to other cities in Spain due to connection to train station and taxi stand right outside with easy access to taxis. However, room was tight and squeezy if travelling with children that require an extra bed. Check-in was delayed by half an hour, which did not leave a pleasant first impression.

Hotel feels clean and new. Great location if you’re connecting from the main train station (Barcelona Sants) and also dislike staying in the city centre. Pillow and mattress were great and slept well over the 4 nights. Minus 1 star for service because room was still not cleaned when I return at 5.30pm on one of the days.

Check in was quick. Liked the theme of hotel. Metro lines and regional train lines right below the hotel.

The hotel is really nice and modern. It’s in the cosmic style and looks really interesting. The room was clean and bright. I wanna emphasize the breakfasts, there was a good variety of fruits, cheese and kinds of eggs, but it’d be great to add more vegetables to the menu. Location is also not bad, bus station, subway station and train station are in the same area (right under the hotel :) ). The Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes away.

Great location! Right behind the rail station, kind confusing for first time visitor in Barcelona, since they might know there are two exits in the rail station. I made a circle to find the entrance of the hotel. The hotel theme is space and we are the astronauts which is really cool. The room is very clean and neat. Very good and highly recommended to others.

The hotel is very located, close to the metro station, and together with the train station Barcelona-Sants. The staff is very kind and always willing to help you. Very recommendable hotel!!

This is my second time I have stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient if you reach by train. It is just on top of train station. Breakfast is good.

Excellent location, clean room but without mineral water

Overall is not bad. Very close to metro.

Location location location! Easy to get any location you wish to go!

Very convenient but rather small , but glad that it has kettle for hot water, very hard to get one in spain
