Ulasan Fieris Hotel

The hotel features a sleek, modern design with comfortable, well-furnished rooms. The attention to detail in the decor and the quality of amenities enhance the overall guest experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable.One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were consistently courteous, helpful, and attentive to my needs, which made a big difference in my overall experience.

這家酒店房間較小，設施也較為簡陋。不過，對於短期居住來説還是可以接受的。位置還算便利，價格相對合理。服務人員態度友好。如果衹是短暫停留，這裡是個選擇，但若是長期居住，可能就不太合適了。整體來説，性價比一般。

相較於國內的酒店，這個價格比較類似的水平，周圍有商場裏面有吃的店面，kfc,McDonald,subway, domino's pizza等都有，路邊小吃也比較多，但是沒有嘗試過。 缺點，一是不像國內，可以免費續礦泉水。其次，印尼所有的酒店窗户，好像都不能打開，雖然有窗户但是是鎖死，或者沒有開窗的地方。另外，酒店對面就是清真寺，每天定時定點很多次祈禱廣播，剛開始覺得比較吵，習慣了也還好，畢竟印尼任何一個地方都能聽到這種祈禱聲音。

My review is based on a couple of experiences with this hotel. I staid in this hotel one night with my wife, but my mother staid here once 2 weeks. The hotel is professional run by the staff, helpful and going the extra step. The room: nicely sized, clean and good upkeep. Food: good quality, and during breakfast, a good choice and tasty. The coffee corner: a nice selection of cakes and good coffee. In short: a nice and great hotel.

I would like to express my appreciation for Hotel Fieris. Last August 2023, I was there for 2 weeks as a Dutchman to visit my partner in Jakarta who had become seriously ill and often had to go to the hospital close to the hotel. The staff helped my partner and me very well with everything. The stay was pleasant, the service good and the food tasty. Comfortable modern rooms. Guest service manager Manda very helpful. Friendly staff specially front desk and restaurant. Great restaurant menu, room inclues buffet breakfast which was excellent by the way. I will definitely will go back to this hotel.
