Room was not as booked rest ok staff was good polite and helpful room was not good bathroom handle was broken

Their have two different floors for executive rooms. Their 1st floor was horrible. Very old and poor interior with broken floors and their bathroom was full with smell. Their exhaust was damaged. Tv remote was not working. Completely rubbish.

The stay was not so comfortable which i expected. For everything we need to call the reception and room service. A cockroach was also in the room, which indicates the level of cleanliness. The breakfast was also not upto the mark.

I stayed for 2 days and the first thing that i noticed was that the bathroom cum toilet was stinking badly. The exhaust was obviously not working. The stink was all pervasive and also in the room. The housekeeping- maintenance person just came and sprayed room freshner in the toilet. This was done every time i complained about the stinking bathroom. The food was ok in quality but very overpriced- tandoori roti was charged rs 79 - each. The vegetables dishes were also overpriced like a 5 star hotel with a big stink.

Comfortable room and supportive staff. Nice place to visit, great food and health too. Neat environment.

Overall good stay. Nice location and parking space is also available. Breakfast is good. Nice food quality but too much expensive.

It was seriously a pathetic experience. I went there to celebrate my birthday sith my friends but the 2 owners of that property were really very rude and arrogant for no reason. Moreover, earlier they assured me that i will not have to pay extra charges if any person comes in my room to meet me but they charged 1000 rs. Because only a single girl came to meet me. The light there was not consistent as if we were staying in a society. My whole birthday was spoiled due to them.

Good things: location, food things need work: ac in rooms were not working, multiple follow up required for room services and getting the closure on issues, towels in bathrooms were old n dirty.
