Very good location, great breakfast, clean, friendly staff, and good experience overall. It's ideal for business and it has many restaurants at a walking distance. Good parking for people who have a car.

The hotel is very clean with professional staff. The pool was average, but the service at the pool was spectacular. The food was good, but the selection was a bit short. The pool party at nght was fun. El hotel está muy limpio con personal profesional. La piscina era normal, pero el servicio en la piscina era espectacular. La comida era buena, pero la selección fue un poco corta. La fiesta en la piscina por la noche fue divertida.

Simply put, the El Prado has ‘old world elegance’ with all of the new world amenities!! The breakfast buffet lacked nothing!! The pizza at night was absolutely delicious!! The staff was over the top with their attentiveness to our needs. We loved the pool area and adjacent bar!! We are already planning our next trip!!

This was the first of 3 hotels we stayed at over 6 nights. It is an older hotel but has been maintained. Only complaint we were not able to control the a/c unit in the room. They staff does speak English and are friendly and knowledgeable. They have an excellent Breakfast buffest each morning with was included in our rate. The roof top looks like they might be doing some work on. but is accessible , provides a view of Barranquilla *( best to see at night the city lights) . The pool is on the 3rd level with a bar area also ( not sure of the hours for the bar) is a decent size.

I liked the location and the cleanliness. Breakfast was good, though choice was limited. Recently built property with good soundproofing and effective A/C Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with an Italian shower. Reception lent me a mobile phone for mobile data tethering as there was no Internet connection in our room. Ice dispenser on even floors. Nice, professional, and friendly staff. Well-located plugs to charge our devices, though there could have been more of them. Internet was not working in our room. No minibar/fridge. Bad lighting, especially over the desk and over the sink, so that it was difficult to shave. Ice dispensers quickly empty. View over a middle-class building with clothes drying outside was awful. No rooftop bar or pool.
