酒店靠河，房間窗户靠市區街道，晚上有點吵。但酒店整體環境很精緻舒適，服務很周到，提前寄存的行李下午check in的時候已經幫忙放進房間了。早飯很好吃，每層樓都有免費茶水咖啡供應。歐洲老派精品小酒店的風格。

In fact, it is more ordinary, and I live on the fourth floor. The whole aisle feels freshly painted and has a paint smell. Finally, service. The two waitresses of check in and out are obviously squeezed out of smiles. A German brother who was on duty at night made me feel serious and enthusiastic.

Excellent location, close to Basel landmark Zhongqiao. Choose a room with a view of the Rhine River, open the window to see passing vehicles and pedestrians on the bridge. There is also a gingerbread store next to the hotel, which is super convenient for buying souvenirs.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and they were able to communicate in English, which was very helpful. I would like to express my gratitude to Sina and the rest of the staff for their assistance in planning and organizing our last-minute travels. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a variety of halal options. We experienced a slightly uncomfortable night due to a malfunctioning air cooler, but the staff promptly provided us with fans to alleviate the situation. Overall, it was a brilliant location, and I would stay again.

Although the front desk is not the same as the hotel check-in location (1 min walking) but the front desk staff is very friendly and the price is good in Switzerland!

Very close to the conference center, many buses are here. There are coop and many restaurants nearby. At the peak of the conference, I placed two orders for three nights. The staff was very intimate to become three consecutive nights. There was no need to check in and check out repeatedly. The staff are very warm and friendly and will choose here next time you come to Basel.

The room was great, but the soundproofing was not very good, and the sound of the next door could be clearly heard...
