Stayed last minute and booked via Trip, the hotel is dated, everything worked fine, but on the night we arrived the bar was closed, you could order from reception and sit in the dining area? not ideal, they had a private event in the bar area and the disco in the hotel was loud, we were on the third floor and could still hear it. A low budget hotel the old adage springs to mind “you only get what you pay for “

Hello. My stay at the Village Hotel Basingstoke was as good as always. P.S. It’s just a little strange that I had to pay an extra 10 pounds when leaving the hotel.

Very comfortable accommodation for our overnight stay! Rooms were warm. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights on a trip back to Uk from the UAE. Room was clean. Bed was very comfy as were the pillows. Good breakfast. Plenty of choice and well cooked. Maybe a cappuccino machine? Very pleasant staff on the bar. Thanks to the manager and Cally on the bar.
