ابتداء من مكتب الاستقبال كان قمة من الترحاب من الاستاذ سامح مع مشروب الاستقبال والبل مان اصتاحبنا الى الغرفة والعشاء كان بمنتهى الترحاب من المتر محمد وفى الافطار البوفيهات اكثر من رائعة من التنوع مع الترحاب من العاملين بالمطعم ورحبت منا الانسة منه الله موظف الجودة وخدمة النزلاء من ما اعطانا احساس بالتسوية بالمكان فهو فى قمة الجودة لا يجعل الزائرين الخروج منه الا عند العودة

The room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra. Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff. Location excellent. The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up. This could be a great hotel, but is a now a reminder of indifference and apathy. The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person. The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert. Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.

The rooms are so so fancy ,, fells like palace ,, so clean and the stuff are so friendly and helpful ,, highly recommend this place one of the best in Egypt ,,, they have high quality food as well and their steak is amazing

جميل الفندق بطرازه القديم يعيشك في حقبة تاريخية من القرن الماضي ، طاقم الفندق متعاون وبشوش جداً ، واحب اشكر الاخت فرحة على استقبالها اللطيف . الفطور كان جيد وانصح بزيارة المطعم العلوي sky views للاستمتاع بالوجبات اليونانية والايطالية والاستماع للفنان المباشر

We stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning. Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped. Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.

We came to Hilton Corniche for one night before continue our trip to the North Coast but after the very kind welcoming and professional way of communication by the reception team, the very organised and clean beach , the excellent housekeeping and very good executive lounge We decided to continue and complete our trip in Hilton corniche. Stayed first on the ”executive level 11”. The room was decent, but had a laboring AC to get things cold. Bed was comfortable, and decent bathroom for all things. Check in was good and all staff were very good. Breakfast area was decent buffet selection. Stay there you get a 4star 2nd stay was another room several floors down, well worn carpet there, noisy from the road below, hard to sleep. Weak AC, terrible shower setup, with a base and a shower curtain hanging from ceiling. But it sufficed. Stay on this level is 3star. Location is decent in Alexandria, you are surrounded markets on the streets, but you are never far from Corniche or short walk to restaurants and pharmacies shopping.

I would like to thank Mrs Joumana from guest relations. We faced some challenges when we arrived on the first days but she managed to turn our experience completely. The cleaning became perfect and all our requests were addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the complimentary gesture offered by the hotel. I am leaving the hotel as a happy satisfied guest.

من اسوء التجارب في حياتي حتى الآن ابتداءا من موظف الاستقبال شاب أسمه بولا شخص غير صريح ولا اري فيه إيه احترام وتقدير للنزلاء وغرفة الفندق غير جيدة تمام ويوجد بها اشياء كثيره لأ تعمل بكفاءة جيده مثل الستائر والنوافز وحتي سخان المياه و غطاء الوصلات الكهربائية ليست بحالة جيدة وهذا خطر كبير بالنسبة للأطفال والأشخاص الذين ليس لهم خبرة في مجال الكهرباء حتى على مستوى الحمام لأ يقومون بشكل دوري بتزويد المنظفات الشخصية في الحمام ومناديل الحمام أكثر من ثلاثة أيام لم يقم أحد بوضع مناديل ورقيه للحمام وحتى المدفيءه لا تعمل بكفاءة عالية والسجاد متسخ وغير قابل للتنظيف
