Emerald Manor Hotel

部屋は綺麗で広かった。 もともとの建物が古く、また立地が山の中ということもあり、部屋の中にヤモリやトカゲ、虫がたくさんいました。 リネン類は清潔でした。 全般的にスタッフの対応は良かったが、食事などの時間が限られていたり、レンタル自転車で走れるエリアが限定的だったりしました。

很高興第一次到蘇比克就選擇這家飯店，員工非常友善，總是笑臉迎人！遇到問題都會幫忙解決，這次出遊遇到台灣除夕夜，還特別提供一個漂亮的用餐區讓我們使用！非常感謝！早餐在泳池畔邊用餐，非常特別！早餐也很美味！

I heard bad stuff about this Hotel which made me very worried so I asked if we could refund our deposit. Since i was too busy to look for another hotel at short notice, we decided to stay with them. We booked the family suite and 2 Queen Rooms to accommodate 14 pax. There was ample space and we enjoyed the place a lot. There were details we didn't expect and their service team was always more than willing to help. However, the place is a bit off where the action is, it would be a little difficult if you don't bring a vehicle (SBMA taxis are quite pricey too) but it was not a problem for us since we drove there. We will definitely stay here should we visit SBMA again.

Service: Staff was really nice, accommodating and gives prompt response. 5-star service!! Rooms: Booked 3 rooms, 2 Queen Rooms, and 1 double Queen....and they are huge, double queen is good for 4 pax, and an extra bed is no problem, still has enough space. The t&b is also clean and they provide towels, soap, and even linen and pillow mist. Food: Rooms come with free bfast, not buffet, but totally decent and is served by the pool area. Amenities: Free flowing coffee by the lobby is my favorite. Pool is huge and clean, and it has a playground also for kids. Board games are also available and also bike rentals. I regret not bringing my running shoes as the area is really nice for a morning run! Overall: If you're looking for a clean, quiet and nice place to stay for the night in subic, this is the place to be. Will surely be back here again!

Friendly Staff, Excellent service and wide pool! We booked Emerald Manor Hotel after I read reviews and the reviews are right, staff are friendly, they greet everyone with a smile. I think this is also important. Filipinos are known for their hospitality and beautiful smile. It made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Whenever we ask something from the housekeeping, they provided us with a speedy service. The pool is also large and wide, perfect for families. My 3yrs old enjoy the pool as well as my family. We booked the Family room and it was large. We were thinking of booking the family suite but it was already booked out but the family room is also good so we are happy. The complimentary coffee at the reception area is also good and the reception staff mentioned it to us which makes it better while we wait. The included breakfast is also delicious and serving is good. I would definitely recommend this especially for families.

I'm just glad to have discovered this gem. I initially booked this hotel for my daughter's 9th birthday getaway. It's very accessible and just a few minutes away from Zoobic Safari & Ocean Adventure. This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The room is so clean and spacious. Breakfast is superb! (Hoping for more options on our next visit. 😉) The pool area is wide, you can just stay there all day to chill and relax! I would also like to commend the staff for their hospitality and also granting my simple request for a happy birthday banner in the room. The surprise for my daughter was a success! They really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We really enjoyed our stay to the point that while we were still there, we are already planning a trip to come back by November for my 2nd daughter's 3rd birthday. What we loved most is the ambiance - quiet, clean, and very close to nature. It's like a home away from home. 💚
