Little roaches found in room, towel smelly and bedsheet not clean enough, a suggestion for the hotel, should change all your towels and bedsheet to new as they look very old and get rid of those small roaches, you got nice design on your hotel exterior and interior but cleanliness is not up to standard, I don’t mind paying abit more if you have better cleanliness.

Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars

Recommended by a friend, it is my first time staying at Best Western Panbil, Batam and it is exceeded my expectation. The team prepared a birthday surprise in the room with baloon and cake. It was so pretty and memorable. A nice touch! Thank you! We visited ARTrium and Eco Farm which within the premises of the hotel. We tried the Gelato and loved it! There is a supermarket, complete with a wide range of products, very convenient. The room is spacious, minibar included with a good variety from alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages and some snacks. The bed is SUPER comfortable. I personally love the amenities especially the shower gel with Lemongrass Ginger, relaxing and calming. The staffs are very friendly and shout out to Pak Ade for the hospitality. Definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is having a good advantage on location, located in the heart of Batam Center, where luxury and homey abound. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar. The staffs are giving a good hospitality and helpful. Sahid Batam Center hotel could fit for business and personal use. Over all, Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is a good hotel to stay. Lokasinya mudah berhampiran dengan terminal Pusat feri Batam hanya 10 minit perjalanan dengan teksi ke hotel dan 20 minit dari hotel ke lapangan terbang ! Kakitangan hotel sedia membantu. Walau bagaimanapun, Di dalam bilik tetamu bersih tetapi terlalu gelap dan PLUG bilik untuk telefon I saya 14 tidak sesuai! Nasib baik saya mempunyai bank kuasa untuk menampung sepanjang malam. Cadangkan untuk menambah baik ASAP untuk kemudahan tetamu. Terima kasih. Secara keseluruhan, Kadar bilik yang baik ada di sana tanpa aduan lanjut dan akan kembali untuk lawatan saya yang seterusnya.

Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. I stayed with my husband in 3505 for 2 nights. This resort is Perfect for all sorts of travellers, business, solo couples or families! Decent breakfast spread starting as early as 6am so you can have a hearty meal before you go about your day. There’s a games room with pool tables, darts and foosball tables - fun for friends, families and couples. A huge swimming pool for both grown ups and kids, a tranquil spa and a kids room for the little ones. The room, although some have commented that it’s slightly dated, it is very well maintained! Plenty of TV channels, room size was spacious and everything was functioning well. Not to mention it was very clean as well and bright with a lot of natural light. We were upgraded to the suite, with a nice view of the pool. There hotel grounds were always clean. We came across landscaping staff keeping their plants tidy. There wasn’t a single fallen leaf in the pool! Sunbeds were kept dry and clean for guests. All the staff of Holiday Inn Resort Batam have certainly made us smile with their friendly service, namely Dinda, Ocha, Raya and Angga (I hope I spelled their names right.) I didn’t manage to get the names of the staff at the restaurant during breakfast hours but I hope the management will also extend my praises to them after seeing this post. The chefs, the live station cooks and all the service staff greeted us whenever they see us. They promptly cleared plates and offered freshly brewed coffee (the caramel latte was good!). Also kudos to housekeeping for keeping our rooms fresh. Location was slightly outside the city area but we had no problems getting anywhere with Grab. Also - the welcome cookies were yummy! :)
