Hotel berhampiran PT Kerta Gaya Pusaka di Batu Ampar

Kakitangan sangat mesra. Mereka memberi kami bilik bersambung walaupun kami hanya menempah bilik biasa. Hotel ini agak lama, dan beberapa kemudahan sudah usang. Tetapi secara keseluruhan masih bagus untuk titik harga ini. Lokasi juga bagus. Berjalan terus keluar dan anda boleh menemui banyak restoran.

The facility itself is already astounding and the staffs are super welcoming. The food is great with lots of options to choose. I love the pastries side the most :-). The location of the hotel itself is just nice as it is near to different malls, massage, spa etc.

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

I don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

It’s a simple hotel but the location is superb. It is very near to ferry terminal, many eateries and convenience stores around. There are not much of facilities in this hotel and the management should improve on the breakfast varieties. Room are decent and clean. Checking is fast and simple too. Overall, me and my friends are satisfied with the stay. 👍🏻

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

i like the location near ferry terminal … very convenient and nearby have many shop and restaurant … about the hotel room … clean enough … about the staff … fantastic service … will be back to this hotel stay in future …

Highlight of the hotel is its buffet breakfast which has a great selection in a comfortable setting. The room is clean has everything needed, bed is comfortable. We stayed at 506, a smaller room that’s street facing. Size of the room is fine for an overnight stay. The main challenge we had is noise. Music from the street went past 11pm and the next morning before 6am there is another loud speaker with dance music outside - this went on to about 7.30am. Not sure if this is a regular event though. Location of the hotel has an interesting selection of food stalls/shops. The nearby Nagoya Hill mall isn’t very accessible on foot as roads aren’ designed for pedestrian and pavements have some missing covers for man hole (not fault of this hotel - just that it may be safer to by taxi).

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

Very Nice place, unique luxury hotel concept compared to any other hotel here in Batam, its a good room size too. The staff are very attentive with quite a good customer service training.I Had a very good relax experience, Eska is known for their signature massage.. However, I understand the cancellation policy, as I request for extending my 2nd day, since i wasnt able to travel on the 1st day due to medical issue..Brought the doctors prescription with me, prove that im not fit to travel..it is very Disappointing that the Management is ”not considerate enough to at least grant to extend my 2nd day for me to have a enough rest and recover. After all, 2 Nights stay is what i payed for as i booked it on line. They insist that they are fully booked for the day and the coming week, thats why not possible to extend One more day...To my surprise , the occupancy of table during dinner is only ME””.. and around 4 to 6 table the next day during buffet breakfast.. No matter how beautiful and luxurious your hotel premises can be..if your Management is Poor and inconsiderate, and not flexible enough to handle certain situation..Hotel Guest will check out feeling sick and hopeless”!
