Good Hotel in Batu

Nice environment, good service, very clean, near the city, near jatim park 1, 2 and 3 😁

Staying close to the mountains, touching nature closely, the atmosphere is very cold, unbelievable that the day is hot but the night is very cold, but the room should be improved, the sound of children running hungry outside is very loud, like the room doesn't keep much sound. But clean room, good location, see Mount Batu

The front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK. Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

Fantastic location that’s just 5min away from the transport Museum. Room is spacious & has a good view of the mountain. Breakfast spread is also good!

Very nice hotel, however the standard room only have one option, which is two single beds. They can help you to combine those beds, but you will get 2 bedcovers that could be messy if you're not careful with it.
