People, pay attention: when you get to your rooms, always check the a/c, especially in the summer. It seems this hotel has huge problems with the a/c and the whole management and no matter if the a/c is broken in the rooms, they'll still put you there and charge you the absolutely same amount of money as for a "normal" room. Absolutely unacceptable for NH Collection, excuse me!!
My case: I went to my room and thought everything is ok. 4 hours later I figured out that the a/c doesn't cool down the room, but only the ventilation & heating functions are working. When I complained, the guy at the reception told me: "I can't do anything right now, you just open your window and tomorrow when the technician can't repair the a/c, your room will be changed". ***?! Really?! NH Collection??
On the next day they have me another room, where the a/c worked exactly for 24h. On the day I had to check-out, the a/c stopped working as well. The lady at the reception only said: " Oh, also this room needs to be repaired". When she opened her list, there were at least 10 rooms marked red with broken a/c.
In sum: Never again there!!!
