Me and my daughter Amelia spent 14 nights here for the first time at the end of July, beginning of August. Overall a great holiday experience was had by us both. Good rooms, cleaned well although up the hill to room 555, got my daily 10k steps in though. Aircon worked well in the 40 degree heat. Chose Kustur because of the holiday village style complex and didn't let me down, low rise buildings and plenty of space set amongst the pine trees with squirrels and hedgehogs. Sunbed wars started at about 8, got ours, got a coffee and watched the world go by before using the well equipped gym. Went on a couple of trips and back by lunchtime but no beds available so went to the manmade beach where we had fun in the waves or the aqua park slides. Main restaurant chaos at dinnertime as only open for 2 hours to feed the whole hotel, struggle to get a table and often food run out and not enough hot food stations available for the amount of guests making queuing the normal, but always found something to eat and tasty. Breakfast fresh omelette made was very good. Drinks are generally good, Abdullah and Ibrahim? good at the main pool bar and a couple of the girls made proper mojitos. Tuborg beer on draft and not too gassy so enjoyable in the heat, free bottled water available from fridges. A la carte Panorama nice, great views for sunset. Did the fish and Asian nights, food very good and nice to be waited on. Animation team helped make this holiday, big shout out to Bengisu, Berkan, Zak, Sarah and Bailey who would chat with us and get us involved in the activities, aqua gym, pool games, darts, beach volleyball, water polo, Zumba and not forgotten the club dances day and night time. Evening shows were great and not just acts coming in, they performed their own, Tarzan, Medusa and Born to be. All very professional and worth watching, band/singer 3/4 times a week singing same songs on repeat and then DJ with dancing. Daily activities could be better advertised as only on DJ booth by pool, although animation team went round announcing, evening show board near main restaurant has space to put activity timetable up as some guests were unaware, beach volleyball for example some guest didn't know it was on and at the same time as waterpolo so not many people playing if at all so this could be improved or play in the morning before gets too hot. Smoking, never seen so many people smoke , ashtrays everywhere, in the outside part of the restaurant , in the snackbar, you name it with no consideration for non-smokers. Great mix of nationalities, predominantly French speaking, but Dutch, German, UK, Poland, Turkey, Moldova , Romania, Azerbaijan to name a few. Would we go back, most definitely, a great time was
